I bought a ticket for the Nashville show in a week as soon as they were available. This is my first time using ticketweb. They said the tickets would be sent in an email but I haven't seen anything yet and I have been checking my junk/spam folder. Is it normal to not have a ticket this close to the concert, or should I contact them for help?
