GREEN LANTERN : BLACKEST NIGHT (2024)

The Green Lantern Corps is struggling to rebuild after the devastation of Oa by Atrocitus and his Red Lanterns. Now based on Mogo, the sentient planet, Hal Jordan, John Stewart, and Guy Gardner try to reorganize and lead what remains of the Corps. Hal, as the newly appointed Field Director, takes on the massive responsibility of keeping the Corps unified and strong, while John Stewart, ever the strategist, works closely with him to restore order.

Guy Gardner, however, is restless. His rage at the losses they suffered during the siege of Oa grows, especially with the weight of their ongoing battles and the Corps’ weakened state. His anger threatens to consume him, leaving John and Hal concerned about his mental state.

Meanwhile, reports of strange resurrections and undead warriors spread throughout the universe. Lanterns who fell during the siege—along with long-dead comrades and enemies—return, but now they serve the will of Nekron, the ancient embodiment of death. These Black Lanterns begin to swarm the universe, feeding off emotions and spreading destruction.

Nekron emerges from the void, raising the dead from across the cosmos. His goal is clear: to wipe out all life and plunge the universe into eternal darkness. As he sends the Black Lanterns to planets across the galaxy, the Green Lantern Corps faces an impossible enemy—one that grows stronger with every life it consumes. Nekron even raises fallen Lanterns to turn them against their living comrades.

Guy Gardner’s growing rage becomes uncontrollable when the Black Lanterns resurrect Atrocitus, the Red Lantern who nearly killed him. Fueled by his hatred and anger, Guy leaves the Corps, abandoning his green ring. As he tracks down the Red Lantern power ring, he takes on the power of rage, becoming a Red Lantern to hunt down and destroy Atrocitus once and for all.

Hal and John, though worried about Guy, know that time is running out. They seek allies from across the emotional spectrum—knowing that only by uniting the different Lantern Corps can they hope to fight the Black Lanterns and stop Nekron.

In their search for allies, Hal and John find the most unpredictable Lantern of all—Larfleeze, the sole wielder of the Orange Lantern power of greed. Larfleeze, known for his insatiable desire to hoard power, initially refuses to join the battle. He sees the chaos created by the Black Lanterns as an opportunity to collect more for himself.

However, the Black Lanterns begin to encroach on Larfleeze’s territory, targeting him and his constructs. With no other option, Larfleeze reluctantly joins forces with Hal, John, and the other Lanterns. His motivations remain selfish, but his power of avarice—one of the most dangerous in the emotional spectrum—becomes a key asset in the fight against Nekron.

As the conflict escalates, the combined forces of the Green Lantern Corps, the Blue Lanterns (led by Saint Walker), the Star Sapphires (led by Carol Ferris), the Yellow Lanterns (reluctantly united under Sinestro), and Larfleeze's Orange Lantern Corps must band together to survive.

Meanwhile, Guy Gardner’s transformation into a Red Lantern grows darker as the power of rage consumes him. His sole focus is destroying Atrocitus, but his rage puts him at odds with the Green Lanterns. John Stewart and Hal Jordan attempt to bring him back to their side, warning him that his anger will lead him down a dangerous path.

Guy eventually tracks Atrocitus down, but their battle is interrupted by the arrival of Nekron’s forces. Faced with the larger threat of the Black Lanterns, Guy is forced to set aside his personal vendetta. With his Red Lantern rage and his Green Lantern loyalty in conflict, Guy begins to understand the destructive nature of unchecked anger. However, he uses the power of the Red Lanterns to channel his rage against the Black Lanterns, leading a devastating assault on their forces.

As Nekron’s forces gather for a final assault on Mogo, the last bastion of life and the Green Lantern Corps’ new home, Hal Jordan leads the united emotional spectrum in a desperate last stand. The Black Lanterns, growing stronger with each emotional death, seem unstoppable. Even the combined power of all the Lantern Corps is not enough to fully stop Nekron.

Guy Gardner, wielding both Red Lantern and Green Lantern powers, fights alongside Hal and John in the battle. His raw rage proves crucial in holding off the Black Lanterns, but it is Hal’s leadership and ability to unite the different emotions that creates a path to victory.

As the battle reaches its peak, Hal Jordan sacrifices himself to become the embodiment of the White Lantern, the power of life itself, giving the remaining Lanterns a fighting chance against Nekron’s forces. With the power of the White Lantern, Hal confronts Nekron directly.

In the climactic battle, Hal’s White Lantern energy overwhelms Nekron’s connection to the dead. Nekron is weakened, and Hal, along with the united emotional spectrum, destroys Nekron, severing the Black Lanterns’ hold on the universe. Nekron dissolves into darkness, and the Black Lanterns disintegrate, releasing their grip on the galaxy.

The battle over, the surviving members of the Green Lantern Corps gather on Mogo, mourning their fallen comrades but celebrating the return of life and the defeat of Nekron. Hal Jordan, now bearing the power of the White Lantern, steps down from his position as Field Director of the Green Lantern Corps, knowing that his path now lies elsewhere as the protector of life.

John Stewart is promoted to Field Director, taking on the responsibility of leading the Green Lanterns in this new era. Guy Gardner, having come to terms with his rage, returns to the Green Lantern Corps, but retains his connection to the Red Lanterns, using his rage for justice rather than destruction.

Larfleeze, true to his nature, quickly leaves the battle, seeking to hoard the power he can gather from the aftermath of the conflict. His role in the fight was unpredictable, and he remains a wild card in the galaxy’s future.

My DCCU *PHASE 3 PART 12*

THE BATFAMILY (Series, 2024)

EPISODE 1: NEW BLOOD

Batman introduces Spoiler (Stephanie Brown) and Orphan (Cassandra Cain) to the Batfamily. Spoiler, with her playful and rebellious attitude, rubs Batman the wrong way, especially when she immediately starts flirting with Tim (Robin). Orphan, who remains mute, struggles to communicate with the others but proves to be an asset in combat, particularly under Bruce’s tutelage.

Nightwing returns to Gotham to help ease the transition for Spoiler and Orphan, balancing his time between Blüdhaven and Gotham. Tim is attending Gotham University, and we see him trying to keep up with his workload and crime-fighting. Oracle (Barbara Gordon) watches over the team from the Clock Tower.

Nightwing: “So, how are the new recruits looking?”

Oracle: “Spoiler’s a handful—she’s reckless, a bit like you were. Orphan, though...she’s got something different. She’s quiet, but you can feel there’s a storm underneath.”

Nightwing (smirking): “Seems like Steph's already got her eyes on Tim.

Oracle (laughing softly): “They’ll make an interesting pair, if she doesn’t get him killed first.”

Tim’s exhaustion becomes evident early on, as he arrives late to the Batcave, his third cup of coffee in hand. Spoiler notices his lack of sleep, setting up their future bond.

Spoiler teases Tim:

Spoiler: “Let me guess—you’ve already had five coffees in the last 2 hours?”

Tim (yawning): “Three. I’m pacing myself.

Spoiler (smirking): “I’d be impressed if you weren’t also dying.”

Batman tells Tim he needs to take a step back, but he refuses.

Batman(concerned): "Tim, for the love of God, please rest. You're giving Alfred heart attacks, you are like a zombie in your classes despite your high grades and you consider it good work if you manage an hour of sleep a night. Please, son."

EPISODE 2: TRIAL BY FIRE

Spoiler and Orphan are put to the test, going on their first major mission to track down a lead on Cluemaster. Spoiler's recklessness almost gets her hurt, leading to a confrontation with Batman, who warns her about the dangers of her impulsive behavior.

Tim’s workload intensifies as he juggles crime-fighting and his studies in criminology, biology, and chemistry. He starts to pull all-nighters, relying heavily on caffeine. Spoiler begins noticing his exhaustion.

Steph: “You’ve been up for days, haven’t you?”

Tim: “I’ve got it under control.”

Steph (sternly): “You’ve got dark circles bigger than your domino mask, Tim. This isn’t sustainable.

Meanwhile, Orphan struggles to express her emotions. Batman takes her under his wing, quietly offering her support. Their father-daughter bond is hinted at, with Bruce spending extra time training her personally.

Batman: “You don’t need words to show your strength, Cassandra. In this family, actions speak louder.

Orphan silently nods, showing her respect and trust.

EPISODE 3 : THE FAMILY THAT FIGHTS

Spoiler’s impulsiveness during a mission results in her barely escaping a fatal trap set by Cluemaster. Batman’s frustration boils over, and he scolds her, causing tension between them. However, she refuses to quit, determined to prove herself.

Batman and Robin go on a patrol together with the two of them reflecting on their time as partners in recent months, since Tim has had to take a backseat and Bruce has searched fruitlessly for Jason.

Batman: "He's out there somewhere Tim. He will come back to us. I want him to know how proud of him I am."

Robin: "he knows, B. I promise you he knows. We all do."

Batman: "and I'm proud of you too, Tim. You prove yourself as the best thing to ever happen to this family every few days."

Steph and Bruce argue again in the Batcave with Bruce trying to be a good father to her, and she runs off out of the cave and back into the manor. Nightwing steps in as a mediator, trying to ease the growing tension within the Batfamily. He talks to Batman about trusting Spoiler.

Nightwing: “She’s rough around the edges, but she’s got potential. You need to give her a chance to prove it, Bruce.”

Batman (sighing): “I’m not losing another one, Dick. I won’t let her get herself killed.

Meanwhile, Tim’s exhaustion reaches its peak. Spoiler, noticing how much he’s pushing himself, takes matters into her own hands and forces him to rest. She drags him to her room, where he finally collapses from fatigue and sleeps for hours in her arms.

Spoiler (whispering): “It’s okay to rest, Tim. You don’t have to do everything by yourself.

Tim (half-asleep): “I don’t know how to stop.”

Spoiler: “I’ll show you.

EPISODE 4 : SINS OF THE FATHER

The next morning, Alfred knocks on the door, entering with Bruce right behind him. Alfred’s polite cough wakes them, and Bruce raises an eyebrow at the scene but says nothing. As they scramble to explain themselves, Nightwing turns the corner, sees them through the open door, and starts laughing.

Alfred (dryly): “It appears Master Tim has finally found some much-needed rest.

Bruce (stern but amused): “Sleep is important, Tim. Try to make it in your own bed next time.

Nightwing (from the hallway, grinning): “Busted! I knew it!” (cackling as he walks away)

Tim (blushing furiously): “It’s not what it looks like!

Spoiler (groaning): “Oh my god, you guys…

The Batfamily learns that Orphan’s father, David Cain, is still alive and under Amanda Waller’s control. Orphan struggles with the realization that her father is still out there, alive but more dangerous than ever. She wants to face him, but Batman is hesitant.

Spoiler becomes increasingly protective of Orphan, stepping into a big sister role. The two bond during a quiet moment on a rooftop, where Spoiler opens up about her own father, Cluemaster.

Spoiler: “Fathers are complicated. Mine...he’s a criminal. But that doesn’t make me him. And your dad...he doesn’t define you either.

Orphan (nodding, silently appreciative): “...Thank you.

Meanwhile, Batman and Nightwing track down Amanda Waller to question her about Cain’s whereabouts. Oracle provides remote support, keeping an eye on them from the Clock Tower.

Waller: “Cain’s dangerous, sure. But he’s useful. You, of all people, should understand that, Batman.”

Batman: “He’s a threat. And if you won’t take care of him, I will.

Later in the episode, Bruce attends a talk show interview, where he is questioned about his new additions to his family and his family as whole.

Host(nonchalantly) : "So, Mister Wayne, why is it you have decided to adopt so many children, when you had quite the socialite past and yet you adopted a child at 25, 23 whole years ago. No biological children?"

Bruce(comfortable, a smile on his face and a gleam in his eye, clearly relishing the opportunity to talk about his children): "Well as you know I never got to have a long fulfilling life with my parents, they died when I was 7. So when I met Richard, who was 7 when I met him, my heart broke and i simply had to adopt him. And I honestly couldn't be prouder of him, he owns a security firm in Blüdhaven that makes loads of money and he's very successful from it and he is loving life, and he still gets involved in his security jobs when hes bored."

"Then theres Jason, who is sadly no longer with us. He passed away when he was 12 and it broke my heart in ways I can never explain. If he was with us today then I know I couldn't be prouder of the man he would have become. If I could say one thing to him now it would be that I love him, as I never got the opportunity to say it one last time before he was killed in one of the Jokers rampages."

"Tim became the new light in my life after his parents passed on. Dick and Jason both babysat him along with my aide Alfred and when his parents died I simply had to take him in, and look at him now! Studying 3 majors in college; criminology, biology and chemistry. He's a little genius, although its a nightmare to watch films with him because he always instantly guesses the twist."

"Steph, one of the two girls I recently adopted, is from the Bowery and is Gotham through and through. She's rowdy and rambunctious and has ADHD like Tim, and I haven't technically adopted her since shes almost 19 and I can't legally adopt someone over 18 but she has moved in and is starting a bond with her elder brothers and younger sister. Her story broke my heart, her dad was a crook and killed her mother so I intended to adopt her at 16 but the court case was so long drawn out I was unable to adopt her and simply sheltered her for a year or 2 but now she's part of the family and is in my will and everything."

"Little Cassandra is almost mute as a result of the violence her father showed her growing up. I found her when she was sneaking into the Manor to try and get some food, and I took her inside, fed her and took her over to GCPD, had her father locked up and then adopted her so I knew she'd have a place to stay. She's a emotionally intelligent girl, able to advise her siblings on so much without even saying a word. I'm so proud of her."

"As for biological kids Jerry, none that I know of, haha."

Bruce concludes his interview and then heads home, where he is greeted by his kids.

EPISODE 5 : HEART OF THE KNIGHT

Cluemaster teams up with a mysterious new crime boss connected to the League of Assassins, causing Gotham’s criminal underworld to spiral into chaos. Nightwing returns to Gotham full-time to help deal with the growing threat. His leadership style differs from Batman’s, more laid-back but just as effective.

Nightwing’s relationship with his siblings is explored in-depth. He views Tim and Jason as the true “golden kids,” even though the rest of the family sees him as the "golden boy." He also feels responsible for the rest of the Batfamily, constantly trying to balance his role as both a hero and an older brother.

Nightwing: “They all think I’m the perfect one. But it’s Tim and Jason who’ve had it tougher. I just...I have to make sure they’re okay.

Batman: "calm down, Dick. They are all more than capable. It's amazing you feel so protective, but I think you worry to much. That's my job."

Bruce smiles and Dick laughs at him

During patrol, Nightwing randomly practices acrobatic moves to keep himself entertained, much to Batman’s bemusement.

Nightwing (flipping mid-patrol): “What? Gotta stay flexible.

Batman (grumbling): “Keep your head in the game.

Just then Orphan signals for help on her commlink, and Batman and Nightwing race over to help her.

The three of them easily dismantle a giant drug smuggling operation together and Bruce proudly puts his hand on Cassandras shoulder and she smiles up at him.

EPISODE 6 : THE CALM BEFORE

The Batfamily takes a rare night off, spending time together at Wayne Manor. Spoiler, Robin, Orphan, Nightwing, Oracle, and Alfred all gather around, enjoying a peaceful moment before the storm. They reflect on the heavy burden of their roles as heroes.

Each member of the family opens up emotionally. Tim finally admits his exhaustion, and Spoiler convinces him to slow down. Jason’s absence is heavily discussed, with hints that his return is imminent. Batman shares a rare moment of vulnerability with Oracle, discussing his fears of losing more of his children.

Batman: “I failed Jason. I can’t fail them again.”

Oracle: “You didn’t fail Jason. He’s coming back, Bruce. You’ll see.”

Meanwhile, Orphan quietly listens to everyone, and her bond with the family strengthens. They begin to treat her as a younger sister, offering her support despite her silence.

Tims fatigue is clear and he and Steph share a hug in the library while he studies and they sit together. She takes his coffee and tells him to go to bed and she'll meet in him there.

EPISODE 7 : RETURN OF THE RED HOOD

Jason Todd (Red Hood) returns to Gotham, and his reappearance shakes the family to its core. Jason’s relationships with each family member are explored—he respects Nightwing, is protective of Tim, and pretends to hate Bruce while secretly craving his approval. His dynamic with Orphan, in particular, is unexpectedly deep as they connect through shared trauma.

Jason’s nightmares from his death and resurrection are revealed in emotional flashbacks. He tries to maintain his tough exterior, but his vulnerability is clear to those closest to him.

Jason and Orphan bond in silence, sitting together in the Batcave as Jason reflects on his pain. Orphan listens without judgment, her silent empathy breaking through Jason’s walls.

Jason (softly): “You don’t say much, but...you get it, don’t you?

Orphan (nodding): “...Yes.

Jason goes out in his old Robincycle, now customised to suit his new aesthetic. He comes to a full stop on a hill overlooking Gotham. The batmobile slowly approaches and Batman gets out.

Jason: "thought you'd come. You always come to investigate"

Batman"Gotham's a big place. Theres enough room for all of us. Probably room for more. So many districts, no wonder its taken 28 years and theres still little progress. You gonna join us, son?"

Jason has a tear in his eye and silently nods. Batman passes him a bag and they eat burgers together, watching over the city together.

EPISODE 8 : BLOOD TIES

Spoiler confronts her father, Cluemaster, during an intense mission. The encounter is deeply emotional, as Spoiler tries to convince him to turn himself in and leave his criminal life behind. Cluemaster, however, remains committed to his crimes, and Spoiler is forced to make a difficult decision: let him escape or bring him to justice.

Tim, who has grown closer to Spoiler throughout the series, is present during this confrontation and supports her emotionally. Spoiler hesitates, torn between her duty as a vigilante and her personal connection to her father. Tim steps in, offering a calm and rational perspective, reminding her that her father’s choices don’t define her.

Spoiler (frustrated, tears in her eyes): “I can’t do this, Tim. He’s my dad...

Robin(gently): “I know. But he’s also Cluemaster. You don’t have to let him control your story. You can make your own choices.

Orphan also plays a significant role, quietly supporting Spoiler as they both share complicated relationships with their fathers. Though she remains silent, Orphan's presence strengthens Spoiler’s resolve.

Spoiler (after a long pause): “Thanks, Cass. I...needed that.

Orphan nods, placing a hand on Spoiler's shoulder, silently offering comfort.

Meanwhile, Nightwing and Batman work on dismantling the criminal network that Cluemaster has aligned himself with. This subplot involves intense action sequences where Nightwing's acrobatic skills are highlighted.

Nightwing (dodging bullets with ease): “You know, I’m starting to think Gotham’s crooks have terrible aim.

Batman (gruffly): “Focus, Dick.

EPISODE 9 : REDEMPTION

Jason Todd (Red Hood) teams up with the Batfamily to take down a major arms dealer who has ties to Black Mask. Jason's methods, though effective, are brutal, and it causes tension within the team, especially with Batman. Bruce tries to keep Jason from crossing the line, leading to heated confrontations between father and son.

Before the major mission, Tim is at Gotham University, struggling to stay awake in one of his lectures. He’s juggling criminology, biology, and chemistry, and it’s catching up with him. His classmates don’t understand how he manages to stay on top of everything. Tim, nursing his third cup of coffee that morning, takes a moment to text Spoiler during the lecture, joking about needing sleep.

Tim: “Running on 3 hours of sleep. Again. What’s new.

Spoiler (teasing): “Told you, caffeine doesn’t count as sleep.

Tim: “Tell that to Bruce.

Spoiler: “Let’s get you an actual bed tonight. Your bed, I swear. ;)

Tim blushes and looks up from his phone and continues his studies

The dynamic between Jason and Tim takes center stage as the two Robins work together, each grappling with feelings of inadequacy. Jason feels overshadowed by Tim’s intellect and discipline, while Tim fears he can never live up to the legacy of Jason’s sacrifice. During a mission, they are forced to rely on each other, leading to a begrudging respect.

Jason (sarcastic): “You’re smarter than me, Drake, but don’t think that makes you better.

Tim (calmly): “I don’t. You were Robin first. You have nothing to prove.

Jason (softly): “Maybe not to you. But to Bruce? Always.

Spoiler and Orphan continue to solidify their sister-like bond, with Spoiler offering advice to Orphan about trust and family. Orphan begins to slowly open up emotionally, showing more vulnerability in her interactions with the team.

Spoiler: “Family’s complicated. But if there’s one thing I’ve learned...we don’t have to do this alone.

Orphan (quietly): “...Family.

EPISODE 10 : THE LONG NIGHT

The season finale brings all the threads together as the Batfamily faces off against Black Mask and his army of mercenaries. The climactic battle takes place across Gotham, with each member of the family having a pivotal role. Batman and Red Hood confront Black Mask directly, while Spoiler, Orphan, Nightwing, and Robin work to disable a series of bombs planted throughout the city.

This episode delves into Batman’s relationship with Jason, as Bruce finally opens up about his guilt over Jason’s death. In a rare moment of vulnerability, Bruce admits that he still blames himself for what happened and that he’s proud of the man Jason has become.

Batman (strained): “I never wanted this for you. Not this path, not this pain.

Jason (angry): “You didn’t choose for me, Bruce. I did. I came back, and I chose this.

Batman (softly): “And I’m proud of you, Jason. For coming back. For being here.”

Tim finally finds balance between his academic life and his role as Robin. After defusing one of the bombs with Spoiler’s help, he admits that he can’t keep burning the candle at both ends and decides to cut back on his studies, focusing more on his work as Robin.

Tim: “I can’t keep doing both, Steph. I need to prioritize.

Spoiler (teasingly): “I thought you liked juggling a hundred things at once?

Tim (smiling): “Not anymore. I’m focusing on what matters.

Nightwing acknowledges his place in the family, embracing his role as the older brother and mentor. He shares a heartwarming moment with Orphan, who finally speaks her first full sentence to him.

Orphan (hesitant): “...Thank you. For...everything.

Nightwing (grinning): “You’re welcome, Cass. Anytime.

Nightwing returns to Blüdhaven and Robin cuts criminology, reasoning he doesn't have to do it as he is already a world class detective.

Cassandra calls Bruce Dad for the first time and his heart melts.

Steph and Tim go on a date and later on Bruce and Tim sit in the cave drinking coffee, and Tim refuses another cup saying he needs to sleep at some point and Bruce smiles.

Jason patrols a part of Gotham, wearing a Batfamily commlink and mentions a potential lead and Oracle answers him.

The series ends with Bruce in front of his parents graves

As the episode reaches its conclusion, Bruce takes a rare moment to visit his parents’ graves. He reflects on the journey his family has taken, from Dick’s early days as Robin to Jason’s death and resurrection, to the current dynamic with Tim, Spoiler, and Orphan. He quietly thanks his parents for instilling in him the values that helped him build this unconventional family.

Bruce (softly): “You’d both be proud. They’re strong, resilient... better than I could have ever imagined. I’ve made mistakes. But they’ve saved me from them.

Emma Stone as Barbara Gordon / Oracle

Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth

Gotham is recovering from the chaos left in the wake of the Joker’s death. Bruce Wayne attends gala events and meetings, channeling Wayne Enterprises' resources into the city's reconstruction. Despite the apparent peace, Bruce is haunted by his past failures, especially regarding Jason Todd.

Meanwhile, Tim Drake, now several years into his role as Robin, balances his civilian life at Gotham Academy with his responsibilities as Bruce's partner. Eager to return to action, Tim constantly checks in with Oracle, who monitors Gotham’s underground activity from her hidden base in the clocktower.

These quiet moments of Bruce and Tim’s civilian lives are contrasted with their clear yearning for action. The bond between Bruce and Tim is highlighted, showing Bruce as a proud mentor and Tim as a worthy partner, the duo flowing together in perfect tandem.

The calm is shattered when Scarecrow hijacks Gotham’s airwaves, threatening to unleash a new, more dangerous strain of fear toxin across the city. His target is Ace Chemicals, the site of the Joker’s transformation, which he has rigged with explosives.

Bruce and Tim immediately suit up as Batman and Robin, heading to Ace Chemicals. They get in the Batboat and Robins submarine and arrive there at speed. They navigate through the factory’s labyrinth of corridors, silently taking down Scarecrow’s militia. However, they are interrupted by the sudden appearance of Red Hood, who commands the scene from a distant platform.

The Red Hood makes a quick escape, leaving Batman and Robin to defuse the bombs while fighting waves of militia soldiers. The Red Hood’s fighting style leaves Bruce unnerved—it’s familiar, almost like a ghost from his past.

After Ace Chemicals, Bruce begins investigating the Red Hood, suspecting him to be someone with intimate knowledge of the Bat-family.

Scarecrow, having grown more reckless, stole a file from Jason about Batman’s weaknesses, which pushes Jason to his breaking point. Furious, Jason threatens Scarecrow, pinning him to the wall by his throat, snarling in rage. Scarecrow points to what the file told him, and Oracle is wheeled into the room. In a tense moment Jason puts his gun to Scarecrows face before rushing to Oracle to check she is okay. She recognises his voice, his swagger, and realises he is Jason. He quietly confirms this and she cries in memory of the young man who was once her little brother and the monster he has become. Jason silently walks away.

Meanwhile, Bruce starts piecing together the mystery of the Red Hood. Nightwing returns to Gotham to assist in the investigation, working the streets while Bruce focuses on decoding the Red Hood’s identity. Bruce’s detective skills are front and center as he replays footage, analyses Red Hood’s fighting style, and speaks to former League of Shadows members. Tim, meanwhile, assists Dick, patrolling parts of Gotham on his own, as he is completely trusted to do so by now.

In one tense scene, Bruce and Dick interrogate militia soldiers, learning that Scarecrow has kidnapped Oracle. The two rush to the clocktower, where Tim meets them, finding it derelict.

Red Hood takes his war on Batman to a personal level when his militia stages an audacious assault on the Batcave itself. Using insider knowledge of the Batcave’s systems, Red Hood deactivates certain key defenses and breaches its perimeter with his militia, overwhelming the external security systems.

In one of the biggest action set pieces of the story, Batman, Robin, and Nightwing are forced to defend their home base in a desperate struggle. The Batcave, fully realized in all its grandeur, becomes a battleground. We see massive underground rooms filled with Batmobiles, the iconic dinosaur and penny, training areas, and secret passageways winding through the rock. The Batfamily uses every part of the cave to their advantage.

Nightwing takes to the higher vantage points, using the vertical spaces and shadows to pick off soldiers, moving like a ghost through the upper levels of the cave.

Robin employs his detective skills and tactical mind to spring traps and re-engage security systems, fighting off militia soldiers with precision and skill.

Batman, ever the master strategist, uses the cave’s secret passageways and hidden gadgets to turn the tide against overwhelming odds, but not without showing vulnerability. His hesitation grows as he sees firsthand that Red Hood is fighting as someone who knows all the Batfamily’s moves.

In one scene, Red Hood sees the Jason Todd memorial and shatters the glass case, symbolic of him turning his back on Batman’s legacy and teachings, and his past as Robin. He then fights Batman one on one.

During the battle, Batman notices something specific about Red Hood’s style—a precise strike pattern, the way he sets traps—it all begins to match Jason Todd’s training. Bruce momentarily freezes when a voice modulator on Red Hood glitches for just a second, allowing Batman to hear a familiar tone beneath the mask. Before Bruce can act, Red Hood and the militia retreat, having caused severe damage to the Batcave and leaving Batman to wrestle with the uncomfortable truth that gnaws at his mind: could Jason really be alive?

After interogating more criminals, in which we get a scene where Batman yells at a mercenary to talk and Robin and Nightwing both comedically remark how Batman is rarely in this good a mood, Batman, Robin, and Nightwing track the final showdown to Ace Chemicals, where Oracle is being held captive by Scarecrow. The trio breaches the building, fighting through Red Hood’s militia.

In the midst of the chaos, Jason discovers that Scarecrow intends to torture Oracle to further break Batman. He rages again, even shooting two of Scarecrows chief lieutenants before he yells at Scarecrow to not even dare think about touching Barbara, his voice shaking in anger.

Scarecrow reluctantly agrees for fear of his life.

Batman, Robin and Nightwing work together in brilliant tandem to defeat the militia, overwhelming them with teamwork and incredible skill. Jason, infuriated, joins the fray and reveals himself to Bruce, leading to an agonising conversation between them.

Batman - "I'm sorry I couldn't save you Jason"

Jason - "you think that's what this is about? You think I care that you couldn't save me? I honestly don't know whats more annoying, your guilt or your antiquated sense of morality. Bruce, I forgive you for not saving me. What I can never forgive you for is letting him live. The things he did to me. I was left to rot with him for almost A YEAR! He did things to me I can't even say because they were so vile and so depraved. And you let him live! I thought that I would be the last person that sadistic death-worshipping son of a bitch ever hurt. I can look past the fact that you ignored all the graveyards he filled and thousands he hurt but I can never, ever look past how you let him get away with touching me. Because if it was you, Bruce, if it was you he beat to a bloody pulp, if it was you he took from this world, I wouldn't have done anything besides chasing him across this entire planet and sending him straight to hell myself. But your moral compass didn't let you. Why? I'm not talking about Penguin or Croc or Bane or even the Riddler. I'm talking about him. Just him. I thought you would've killed him because... because he took me away from you".

A solitary tear rolls down Jasons cheek, and its revealed Batman is also crying. Bruce and Jason fight once more and Bruce tries to get through to him but Jason shuts him down. The rest of the militia arrive and Jason begins fighting Tim.

The two former Robins trade blow for blow and barb for barb, with Tim saying easy on the merchandise after Jason hits him in the face, while Jason taunts him for being a cheap replacement, saying that he is just wearing an empty suit. The two of them aggressively insult one another with acrobatic fight moves before Tim admits to Jason that "there wasn't one moment that I have been Robin where Bruce was remembering you. Mourning you. He loved you. I read his file on you and it is nothing but self hatred for letting you die. He misses you every waking moment, and in every sleeping one too. He has nightmares about your death you know. You were always his favourite."

These words shock Jason, who stops in his tracks.

Scarecrow, disgusted, notices Batman getting close to Oracle and attempting to free her. He stabs Batman with fear Toxin, causing him to fall and start hyperventilating, and the antidote he took years ago begins trying to flush the toxin out and kill it, causing him to have a physical reaction. Seeing this, Jason goes to Scarecrow, who is about to murder Oracle. Batman fights off the toxin and stands up, yelling no as Scarecrow aims his gun.

A gunshot rings out and Scarecrow falls over, Jason coming into frame with a smoking gun. He killed Scarecrow to save Barbara. The rest of the militia are quickly defeated, and Batman stares at the Red Hood. The room falls into silence as Jason stands over Scarecrows corpse, having a silent staredown with Batman. Batman softly calls out to Jason as he goes to leave .

"Jason. I... I failed you."

Jason turns back around and removes his helmet. His expression isn't one of hate, nor of forgiveness. It simply reads as doing what he knows must be done.

"Maybe you did. Maybe I just wanted you to."

He drops the helmet on the floor and begins walking away again, with Bruce calling out once more.

"Jason, wait. Come home. Please"

Jason softly replies "Take care of the kid Bruce. He's better than me. Don't let him ruin that."

Jason vanishes into the night, and as Dick and Tim go to pursue him, Bruce puts an arm out to stop both. He tells them to let him go, saying he will come home when he is ready. He didn't leave as an enemy. He chose to save this family. Their family. His family. He will return, eventually. The two students of the Bat nod in agreement.

Back at the Manor, cleanup begins. The Batcave is damaged heavily from the invasion, a physical reminder of the battle they just endured. Bruce stands by the shattered case of the Robin suit and decides he is going to replace the glass, before placing the Red Hood helmet on a stand beside it. Robin and Nightwing take inventory on the vehicles and mention that for the most part they are fine, except an old Robin bike has been stolen. Nightwing smiles and says it was Jasons, and Tim nods.

An alert beeps on the Batcomputer and it is revealed that the Bat signal has been lit. The heroes sigh and suit up. Despite the damage, despite the loss, they will answer the call.

In a dark Gotham alley, Jason watches the Gotham skyline. It is revealed he is standing next to a mural of his time as Robin deep in the city, a reminder that Gotham loves its heroes, even the fallen ones. He sees the Batsignal flare up and he smiles to himself. He revs up his bike, throwing its tracker near the mural and zooming off into the night.

MY DCCU *Phase 3 part 10*

The Peacemaker show (2023) keep it the same besides the Justice League at the end, and have him be re recruited by Waller at the end, to lead into this.

The Suicide Squad: Mission Luthor (2023)

Starring Will Smith as Deadshot Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn Idris Elba as Bloodsport Viola Davis as Amanda Waller John Cena as Peacemaker Adewale Akinnouye - Agbaje as Killer Croc Sylvester Stallone as King Shark Daniella Melchior as Ratcatcher II Danai Gurira as Orca Mathew Lillard as Killer Moth Brenden Fraser as Firefly Stanley Tucci as Lex Luthor

Lex Luthor has resurfaced as the puppet leader of a mineral-rich Southeast Asian country. Using his LexCorp technology, he has fortified the region into an untouchable stronghold. The Justice League, fearing global ramifications, enlists Task Force X—the Suicide Squad—to infiltrate the country and bring Luthor to justice. However, the squad is thrown off balance when Waller unexpectedly adds Peacemaker to the team, reigniting his violent rivalry with Bloodsport.

Amanda Waller gathers the team, briefing them on Luthor’s operation and the mission ahead. After introducing the core members and new recruits, she pauses before revealing the final member of the team: Peacemaker. Bloodsport’s face immediately hardens, a look of barely contained rage as Peacemaker enters the room, as smug as ever. The tension is palpable, and before Peacemaker can even speak, Bloodsport fires a shot at him.

Peacemaker ducks, narrowly avoiding the bullet, before throwing a knife back at Bloodsport in retaliation. The two tear into each other viciously, and the squad is forced to step in and break them apart. Waller threatens to detonate their bombs, and though the brawl ends, the tension remains. Peacemaker, as always, smugly states that he’s here for peace, even if it means taking out anyone who stands in his way—including Bloodsport. The rest of the team, especially Ratcatcher II, is visibly shaken by Peacemaker’s presence, knowing his brutal betrayal in the last mission is still fresh.

D-List Cannon Fodder: Waller pads the team with six D-list villains for the initial infiltration phase:

Tarantula – A reckless assassin with a death wish.

Zebra-Man – An unstable villain with uncontrollable electromagnetic powers.

Ten-Eyed Man – A mercenary who sees through his fingers but is utterly incompetent.

Black Spider – A double-crossing criminal who used to moonlight as a vigilante.

Hellhound – A heightened senses thug who lacks strategic thinking.

Brutale – A knife-throwing assassin with a flair for dramatic deaths.

The squad’s first mission is to infiltrate the jungle borders of Luthor’s country. As they trek through the thick undergrowth, it quickly becomes apparent that Luthor’s nation is equipped with advanced LexCorp defenses. Automated drones and mines litter the terrain, turning what should have been a stealth mission into a bloodbath.

Cannon Fodder Deaths:

  1. Tarantula gets too cocky and recklessly moves ahead, only to trigger an automated defense drone. It tears her apart with gunfire as the rest of the squad watches in horror.

  2. Zebra-Man, panicked by the sudden attack, tries to use his powers but loses control, causing an electromagnetic burst that fries his own brain and several nearby electronics.

  3. Ten-Eyed Man is overwhelmed in the chaos, fumbling with his weapons due to his awkward ability. He’s cut down by a barrage of bullets before he can even fight back.

  4. Black Spider tries to betray the squad, hoping to escape with some LexCorp tech, but Killer Croc catches him and tears him apart in brutal fashion.

  5. Hellhound, with his heightened senses, becomes overwhelmed in a minefield. His panic leads him directly into a mine, and he’s blown to pieces.

  6. Brutale goes out in a blaze of glory, taking out several soldiers with his knives before being shot down by a drone.

These deaths serve as a grim reminder of how dangerous the mission is, and the core team is left shaken but determined.

Character Dynamics and Rivalries:

Bloodsport & Peacemaker’s Rivalry: Bloodsport and Peacemaker’s rivalry becomes an ever-present tension that threatens to implode the squad. Their constant attempts to outdo and provoke one another escalate with each battle. Peacemaker's arrogance, mixed with his belief that he can justify any violence for the sake of peace, infuriates Bloodsport, whose sense of honor and resentment from the last mission fuels his hatred.

Deadshot & Harley Quinn’s Bond: Amidst the chaos, Harley and Deadshot often find themselves leaning on one another. In quieter moments, they talk about the old squad, reflecting on Rick Flag’s death and Captain Boomerang’s demise. Harley, who struggles with her emotional attachment to people, expresses her guilt over being one of the few still standing. Deadshot, the ever-reserved mercenary, opens up more to her about how much he respected Rick’s leadership and Boomerang’s chaotic loyalty. Their shared trauma creates a strong bond, and they form an unspoken pact to make it out of the mission alive.

The Build-Up to Sacrifice:

Killer Croc & Orca’s Relationship: Throughout the mission, Killer Croc and Orca develop a camaraderie, their shared beastly natures making them natural allies. The two joke about how they’re the ‘real monsters’ of the squad, but underneath the banter, there’s a deep understanding between them. They both know that their brutal appearances and abilities make them outsiders, even in a team of criminals. Despite this, Croc often expresses a hidden desire for a sense of family and belonging, while Orca remains fiercely independent.

As the squad makes their way deeper into Luthor’s territory, the stakes become higher, and the group finds themselves surrounded in a canyon, cut off from their exit. They’re pinned down by waves of Luthor’s mercenaries, who are backed by drones and heavy artillery. The situation grows dire as they realize they’re running out of time.

The Sacrifice: In a moment of grim resolve, Killer Croc and Orca both realize that someone has to stay behind to hold off the mercenaries while the rest of the team escapes. Orca cracks a final joke, "We’re the muscle, right?" and Croc nods, the weight of the decision settling on him. They don’t even need to say goodbye; their understanding is unspoken. As the rest of the squad flees, Croc and Orca make their last stand, using their brute strength to take down as many enemies as they can. Croc rips apart drones, while Orca uses her agility and ferocity to tear into soldiers. They fight back-to-back, creating enough chaos for the others to escape. In the end, they’re overwhelmed, but they die on their terms, taking a significant portion of Luthor’s forces with them.

Firefly & Killer Moth’s Rivalry Evolving into Partnership: From the start of the mission, Firefly and Killer Moth are at each other’s throats. Firefly mocks Moth’s obsession with, well, moths, while Moth sneers at Firefly’s pyromaniac tendencies. Their rivalry escalates to the point where they almost jeopardize the mission during a firefight, and Waller has to intervene to stop them from killing each other. However, as the mission progresses, their rivalry shifts into something closer to respect—though they would never admit it.

The Build-Up to Their Sacrifice: After Killer Croc and Orca’s sacrifice, the remaining team finds themselves in Luthor’s capital, facing even more advanced defenses. The group is separated by a maze of LexCorp technology, and Firefly and Killer Moth find themselves cornered by a swarm of drones. At first, they bicker about whose fault it is, but as the situation grows more desperate, they realize they need to work together to survive. Their teamwork turns out to be surprisingly effective, with Firefly using his flame thrower to create distractions and Moth using his gadgets to disable drones.

The Sacrifice: As they fight through the capital’s defenses, they come across a massive generator powering Luthor’s main defenses. Realizing they need to take it out to give the rest of the team a chance to succeed, Firefly and Moth look at each other, knowing what needs to be done. In their final moments, they set aside their differences, teaming up to rig the generator with explosives. Firefly grins at Moth, saying, “Guess you’re not so useless after all.” Moth replies, “Likewise, pyromaniac.” The two share a brief, unspoken respect before they blow the generator sky-high, sacrificing themselves in the explosion but crippling Luthor’s defenses.

Final Showdown with Luthor

With Luthor’s defenses weakened thanks to the sacrifices of Croc, Orca, Firefly, and Killer Moth, the remaining squad—Harley, Deadshot, Bloodsport, Peacemaker, Ratcatcher II, King Shark, and Katana—finally confronts Luthor in his bunker. Luthor, as always, remains calm and collected, taunting them with the idea that he has already won. He offers them a deal, promising them riches and freedom in exchange for letting him go. Peacemaker, still grappling with his blind loyalty to Waller and his disdain for Luthor’s manipulations, raises his gun to shoot Luthor.

Bloodsport steps in, reminding Peacemaker that Waller’s orders were clear: Luthor must be brought in alive. The tension between Peacemaker and Bloodsport reaches its boiling point, especially when Peacemaker echoes himself in the previous movie, stating "those were your orders". Bloodsport snaps at the fact Peacemaker betrayed them again and the two brawl brutally. Luthor seizes the opportunity to call for backup, laughing that it wont be long before the might Task Force X are surrounded and live up to their special little nickname. Bloodsport and Peacemaker brutalise one another until Peacemaker looks at Ratcatcher II's heavily traumatised, crying face and says he is sorry. Confused, Bloodsport stops fighting and follows Peacemakers gaze. Peacemaker says he is done being the slave of people who claim to work for peace and instead cause war, telling the team to take Luthor aboard the ship and deliver him to the Justice League. Waller rages at him over comms and gives him another chance, but in that moment, Lex's final reinforcements arrive. Peacemaker puts up a valiant last stand, killing dozens upon dozens of soldiers.

Waller switches to a whole team comm and bargains that any of them to kill Luthor and rescue Peacemaker gets whatever freedom they want as Peacemakers stupid loyalty is useful, even to someone as heartless as her. The entire team pretend they can't hear her, with King Shark even saying he doesn't know who Luthor is. Waller rages and detonates the bomb in Peacemakers head after he has killed several dozen enemy soldiers.

The movie ends with the Task Force back at Belle Reve, and Waller is fuming. Luthor is publicly exposed in the Amazo scandal at the birth of the Justice League and the creation of Metallo, Parasite, Cyborg-Superman and Doomsday and he is sent to a black site even Waller didn't know about.

EDIT: THIS MOVIE COMES OUT IN JULY 2023, WHEREAS THE FLASH MOVIE COMES OUT IN OCTOBER 2023

MY DCCU *Phase 3 part 9*

Flash: Race Against Time (2023)

Central City is bustling, and Barry Allen (Lucas Till) is still adapting to being both the Flash and a mentor to his new sidekick, Wally West (Jace Norman), now known as Kid Flash. Barry struggles with the responsibilities of teaching Wally the ways of the Speed Force while continuing to protect Central City.

Wally is eager but reckless, often acting before thinking, which leads to several close calls. In the aftermath of a particularly dangerous mission, Barry begins questioning his own capabilities as a mentor. He remembers the guidance he once had from Jay Garrick before Jay mysteriously disappeared.

Central City begins experiencing strange speed-related crimes, executed by a speedster in black and yellow, who remains a shadowy figure. Barry is on high alert, suspecting that this new speedster is connected to the Speed Force disturbances he’s been sensing. Wally tries to help but gets outmatched, increasing Barry’s doubt about his ability to train him properly.

Seeking help, Barry begins to investigate the last known traces of Jay Garrick, the speedster who once mentored him long before Batman. He tracks an anomaly in Keystone City where he finally finds Jay (Bruce Greenwood), who has been in hiding ever since his confrontation with a deadly enemy—a speedster Jay only refers to as "Zoom."

Jay’s return marks a significant moment for Barry, as he seeks his guidance not only to confront Zoom but also to become a better mentor for Wally.

Barry and Jay begin training together, with Jay sharing wisdom about the Speed Force that Barry had forgotten. Jay explains that Zoom is not just any speedster but a dark reflection of everything a speedster should not be—ruthless, selfish, and willing to destroy others to prove his dominance over the Speed Force.

Meanwhile, the attacks in Central City intensify. Zoom's methods grow more brutal, and he begins targeting Wally specifically, sensing Barry's emotional attachment to him. Barry’s frustration and fear begin to grow, not just for Wally’s safety, but also his sense of inadequacy as a mentor.

Wally, feeling disillusioned and wanting to prove himself, starts going out on his own missions without Barry’s supervision, leading to dangerous encounters with Zoom. Barry realizes he’s been too focused on fighting Zoom and not enough on helping Wally grow.

Through Jay’s mentorship, Barry learns to trust Wally and begins guiding him in a way that encourages his independence without putting him in danger. Jay also tells Barry that the only way to stop Zoom is to confront him not just physically, but mentally—to understand his motives and outthink him.

Barry, with renewed confidence, trains alongside Wally and Jay to prepare for the final showdown with Zoom. The team races through the streets of Central City, using their combined speed to keep up with Zoom’s attacks. However, Zoom continues to evade capture.

In a climactic moment, Barry confronts Zoom head-on, determined to unmask him. As they fight through the Speed Force, Zoom taunts Barry, claiming that he’ll never truly understand the Speed Force the way he does. In their final confrontation, Barry gets the upper hand and unmasks Zoom, revealing the terrifying truth—Zoom is Eobard Thawne (Antony Starr).

Barry is shocked but not entirely surprised, as he had always known Thawne as his nemesis. Thawne reveals that he manipulated events all along, orchestrating the entire series of attacks to weaken Barry, undermine his mentorship of Wally, and make him doubt himself. His ultimate plan was to corrupt the legacy of the Flash by turning Wally against Barry, but Barry’s renewed focus and training under Jay foiled his plan.

With Thawne’s identity revealed, Barry and Jay work together to stop him once and for all, chasing him through the Speed Force. Wally plays a crucial role in disrupting Thawne’s connection to the Speed Force, using a technique Jay taught him. In the final moments of the fight, Thawne is seemingly defeated, but before disappearing, he warns Barry that he will return—his connection to the Speed Force will never allow him to stay gone for long.

Barry, Jay, and Wally stand triumphant but knowing that this is only the beginning. Barry looks to Jay and thanks him for the mentorship, but it’s clear that Barry has grown into his own role as a mentor to Wally.

Barry and Wally continue to protect Central City, with Wally now more confident and responsible as Kid Flash. Jay remains in the city, keeping a watchful eye on both of them. Barry reflects on how far he’s come—not just as a hero, but as a mentor. With Thawne gone (for now), Barry has a renewed sense of purpose.

In the final scene, Barry sits with Wally on a rooftop, discussing their next mission. Jay watches from a distance, proud of the hero Barry has become, knowing that the legacy of the Flash is in good hands.

Post-Credit Scene:

A dark figure emerges in a future lab. It’s Thawne, slowly regenerating from the Speed Force. "You can’t run from me, Barry. Not forever." The screen fades to black, teasing the inevitable return of the Reverse-Flash.

MY DCCU *phase 3 part 8*

SHAZAM! BLACK ADAMS REVENGE (2023)

The movie opens with a flashback to ancient times, showing Black Adam (Dwayne Johnson) rising to power after losing his family and becoming the champion of the Wizard Shazam. Consumed by vengeance, Adam's rage nearly destroys the world, leading the Wizards to imprison him. The scene transitions to the present day, where Billy Batson and his foster siblings have been using their powers to protect Philadelphia but are struggling to work together as a cohesive team.

Dr. Sivana, who is still seeking revenge after his defeat in the first movie, locates the tomb where Black Adam has been imprisoned. Using his knowledge of ancient magic, Sivana frees Black Adam, who immediately seeks to reclaim his status as the true champion of Shazam’s power. Black Adam believes the power was always meant for him, and he despises Billy for being an unworthy successor. He sees Billy as a child playing with the power of gods.

Black Adam's first action upon returning is a show of force—he unleashes his power on Philadelphia, causing massive destruction and drawing Shazam’s attention. The Shazam Family responds, but they are easily overpowered by Black Adam’s sheer strength and ruthlessness. Shazam narrowly saves his family by retreating, shaken by their first encounter.

The theme of family remains central to the story. Billy is wrestling with feelings of self-doubt, especially after the humiliating defeat at the hands of Black Adam. He’s beginning to feel the weight of responsibility for his siblings, which is starting to strain his relationships with them. Freddy, in particular, feels frustrated because he wants to prove himself as a hero but is often held back by Billy’s protective nature.

Billy seeks out the Wizard Shazam’s guidance in the Rock of Eternity, where he learns about Black Adam’s tragic past and the Wizard’s decision to strip him of his power. The Wizard warns Billy that Black Adam’s rage and pain have made him the most dangerous enemy he will ever face, someone with no limits or hesitation when it comes to using his powers.

Meanwhile, Black Adam tracks down the Rock of Eternity and confronts the Wizard Shazam in a tense showdown. The Wizard tries to reason with Adam, but Adam, blinded by his own sense of betrayal and anger, destroys the Wizard’s essence, leaving Billy without his mentor.

Black Adam issues an ultimatum: surrender the power of Shazam to him, or he will bring further devastation upon the world. He tells Billy that the magic never belonged to him, but to Adam, the rightful champion. He sees the Shazam Family as an abomination, sharing powers that were meant for a single champion.

With no guidance from the Wizard, Billy begins to question his worthiness. The Shazam Family is torn—some siblings believe they should give up their powers to prevent further destruction, while others, like Freddy, believe they should fight and prove they are heroes. The tension between them grows, especially as Billy becomes more withdrawn, haunted by Black Adam’s accusations and the guilt of dragging his family into danger.

Mary steps up as a leader, trying to hold the family together while Billy searches for answers. She pushes Billy to face his fear and recognize that the power of Shazam isn’t just about being chosen by the Wizard, but about using it to protect those he loves.

Black Adam returns to Philadelphia, causing chaos as a way to draw Billy out. The Shazam Family faces him, but they are no match for his relentless power. Black Adam captures Billy’s siblings and holds them hostage, demanding that Billy surrender his powers. Billy, filled with self-doubt, is on the verge of giving up.

However, Freddy’s bravery—despite being powerless without Shazam's magic—helps reignite Billy’s determination. Freddy faces Black Adam head-on, distracting him long enough for Billy to realize that the true strength of the Shazam power comes from his family and the bonds they share, not just the magic itself.

Billy decides to fight not just for himself but for his family and for the people of Philadelphia. He confronts Black Adam in an epic battle, and this time, instead of relying solely on brute strength, Billy uses strategy and the combined efforts of his siblings to weaken Adam. Each sibling taps into their unique abilities, proving that the power is stronger when shared.

In the climactic battle, Billy manages to trick Black Adam into overloading his own powers by forcing him to absorb the magical energy of the Rock of Eternity. This severely weakens Adam, and in a final moment of clarity, Adam realizes that his obsession with vengeance and power has left him as broken as when he lost his family.

Billy offers Black Adam a chance at redemption, but Adam refuses, choosing to be re-imprisoned rather than live in a world where he is no longer the true champion. The Wizard’s spirit briefly reappears, commending Billy for his wisdom and heart, and the Shazam Family finally unites as true heroes.

The movie ends with Billy realizing that he doesn’t need to face everything alone. The final scene shows the Shazam Family standing together, stronger than ever, ready to protect the world.

My DCCU *phase 3 part 7*

BATMAN/ROBIN : THE LAST LAUGH PART 2 (2023)

The film opens with Gotham in chaos. The city is on high alert as the Joker’s reign of terror escalates. The streets are littered with debris from recent bombings, and emergency services struggle to keep up with the sheer volume of destruction. Bruce Wayne and Tim Drake, both physically and emotionally drained, are still grappling with the aftermath of the Joker’s latest attack.

The Joker, having escaped the abandoned school, retreats to an old, dilapidated warehouse where he’s regrouping. His old gang, initially scared to rejoin him, now finds themselves coerced under threat of brutal violence. Joker uses fear and intimidation, torturing the most loyal of his old crew to ensure their obedience. This scene establishes Joker’s complete control over his former associates, underscoring his newfound brutality and strategic acumen.

Back at the Batcave, Bruce is visibly haunted by his inability to capture the Joker and the trauma of nearly losing Tim. He’s barely holding himself together, haunted by his decision to save Tim over killing the Joker. Tim, determined to prove himself, argues with Bruce about his restrictions. Bruce’s frustration and guilt come to a head as he struggles with the weight of his past failures and the responsibility of keeping Tim safe. Bruce also looks at the old Jason Todd Robin suit, with the words "Jokes on you" haunting his every moment.

Gotham is gripped by fear, with citizens unsure where the next atrocity will strike. Joker taunts Batman with cryptic messages and ominous calls to the police, hinting at his next moves but never revealing his location. Citizens are mowed down in broad daylight, pharmacies and police stations are burnt down, and gunstores are blown up. There is nowhere and nothing that is safe from the Jokers rampage.

Barbara Gordon, under constant SWAT protection, vents her frustrations to Bruce when he visits her at her apartment. She feels suffocated by the constant surveillance and is angry at being treated like a prisoner in her own home. Bruce, though sympathetic, maintains that it’s necessary to protect her from the Joker, referencing the danger she’s in due to her past encounters with him. Barbara reluctantly accepts this, though her frustration is palpable.

The city holds a funeral for all those killed so far, and it proves to be a horrible mistake. Joker’s next attack is a devastating bombing, resulting in numerous casualties. The scene is chaotic and horrifying, with Joker’s taunts broadcasted over a live feed. The attack is meticulously planned, and Joker's message is clear: he intends to bring Gotham to its knees and make Batman suffer emotionally. He laughs maniacally into the camera, telling the world it can never get enough of him, as these deaths will go on until the Bat breaks his rule and kills the Joker.

Tim begs Bruce to let him help, claiming his newfound experience with the Joker will make him less likely to make mistakes but Bruce demands he remains safe after almost dying.

Tim, frustrated with being kept from action, sneaks out of the Batcave once again. He starts investigating Joker’s old hideouts on his own, hoping to find any clue that might lead to the Joker. He discovers a hidden message left by the Joker at one of these locations, which leads him to believe he’s close to finding the Joker’s main hideout.

Alfred is increasingly worried about Bruce’s mental state. He tries to provide comfort and rationality amidst the chaos, advising Bruce to take care of himself so that he can continue to protect Gotham. Bruce, while grateful, is consumed by guilt and fear for Tim's safety.

One night, Bruce returns to the Batcave early, and realises Tim is missing. Fearing the worst, he immediately races back out into the night, heading first for the Clock tower. He speaks to Barbara, but she says she hasn't seen him, and he should ask Dick. Bruce phones Dick but Tim hasn't spoken to him, and Bruce almost has a heart attack when Alfred is unable to locate his tracker.

Robin has traced Jokers gang to an old abandoned amusement park on the outskirts of Gotham, but wisely phones Batman. Instead of being mad, Batman is thankful that Robin has asked for help instead of flying into danger. Alfred and Barbara, also present on the call, rejoice he is okay. Alfred, on a private call, asks Barbara to maintain comms while he does something else for the mission and she agrees.

Joker has set up elaborate traps throughout the park, turning it into a deadly maze. Batman and Tim, now operating together despite the tension, navigate through the park, fighting off Joker’s henchmen and avoiding the traps.

It is essentially the biggest two man Predator sequence we have ever seen, as the two travel through the park via grappling and ventilation shafts.

It all comes to a head as they face off against the Jokers crew at the far end of the park, in a brutal fight sequence. The Joker prepares to get involved in the fight, even grabbing Robin and putting a gun to his head, stating that Joker's record against Robin's are 1 - 1 and Joker is now prepared to win that forevermore. He presses the gun into Robins head.

Batman is about to make the decision to kill the Joker, when all of a sudden, a single gunshot breaks out.

All is quiet for a moment, and we zoom in on Joker's cackling face, before we hear the shot again and a trickle of blood runs down, before we realise the gunshot we heard was the same as this gunshot, and the Joker falls down dead. Standing with hate in his eyes is Alfred Pennyworth, a smoking revolver in his hand. He snarls "never touch one of my boys again"

Batman and Robin embrace before they embrace the man who saved them. Robin asks about the no gun rule and Alfred simply replies "* master drake, I can assure you that unlike Master Bruce, I subscribe to no such niceties.*"

The film ends with Gotham being told of the news of the Jokers genuine death at the hands of an unnamed SWAT officer after Batman led the mission into the amusement park, and to prove his genuine death this time, Gordon publicly invites journalists to the moment he cremates the Joker.

Batman and Robin recover in the Batcave, and Tim puts his head on Bruces shoulder, to which Bruce wraps his arm over Tim. They are sat just above the river that docks the Batboat, Batsub, Robins submarine and Robins watercraft. The movie fades out as they share a quiet moment together.

My DCCU *phase 3 part 6*

SUPERMAN : LAST SON (2022)

We open with Cyborg-Superman (Richard Madden) gazing over Metropolis. A quiet determination glints in his eye, and we hear Lex Luthor (Stanley Tucci) speak to him. "soon, Henshaw. Soon"

Cut to the Kent farmhouse in Smallville. Clark Kent (Henry Cavill) is in the kitchen with Lois Lane (Amy Adams) and their toddler Jon. Lois is playing with Jon while Clark is cleaning up after breakfast, smiling at the sight of his family. Connor Kent (Joshua Orpin) walks in from outside, brooding and distant. Clark notices this but doesn’t engage immediately.

Lois hands Jon to Clark, playfully telling him it’s time for "Super-Dad duty" while she heads to work at The Daily Planet. She kisses Clark on the cheek and leaves with a smile, but there’s an underlying tension between Clark and Connor that doesn’t go unnoticed.

As Clark walks with Jon in his arms, Connor glances over, watching them from a distance. The scene shifts to a flashback of Connor, remembering the day he found out he was a clone of Superman, made from Lex Luthor’s twisted experiments. His fists clench in anger, but he doesn’t say anything, retreating into his own thoughts.

We then see Luthor in an underground facility, where an injured soldier is wheeled in. The soldier, Captain Hank Henshaw, is a major Superman admirer. Lex promiseshim salvation, offering to rebuild him with advanced technology, using Kryptonian DNA and alien cybernetics. However, in the process, Lex wiped away much of his humanity, implanting in him a twisted belief: that Superman had failed the world by being too compassionate, too weak.

Over time, Cyborg-Superman grew to resent Clark Kent, not just for being everything he wished he could be but because, in his cybernetic form, he could no longer connect with his own humanity. Lex fed these feelings, turning Cyborg-Superman into a weapon of revenge. He willingly embraced becoming a monster because he believed that as Superman’s superior, he could finally prove his worth to the world and to himself — a belief seeded by Lex's manipulations.

Cyborg-Superman sees himself as the ultimate savior of mankind, convinced that to replace Superman means fulfilling a greater destiny. Henshaw wakes with a start, revealing the previous scene to have been a cross between a flashback and a nightmare. Henshaw calls Lex, demanding Lex lets him kill the Superman now, but Lex says no, the time is not right. Henshaw hates Superman, as Lex told him that if Superman truly cared about the American people then he would have helped in the war on terror that mutilated Hank.

Back in Smallville, Clark is teaching Jon how to fly in an open field, holding him up in the air while Jon giggles. Connor watches from the barn, clearly conflicted. Clark looks over and calls to him, asking if he wants to join in. Connor shrugs, pretending not to care, but his emotions are bubbling beneath the surface.

Later, at the farmhouse, Lois notices the tension between Clark and Connor. She gently tells Clark that Connor feels isolated, that he’s grappling with being different, but Clark waves it off, saying he’s doing his best. Lois doesn’t push, but her concern grows.

That evening, as the family sits around the dinner table, Clark notices Connor not eating. He tries to engage him, asking how his training has been going. Connor responds coldly, telling Clark he doesn’t need to train — he’s already as strong as Superman, after all. Clark tries to brush it off as a joke, but the sting is obvious.

Clark, unable to take it lightly, instead says that Connor only thinks he is as strong. Connor replies that even after all this time the great and mighty Superman doesn't see him as good enough. Clark, his anger rising just as equally as Connor's, argues back that Connor is no hero as he is always hiding and trying to make himself the victim no matter what Clark does to help, and a vindicated Connor yells back that he is a better man than Superman ever will be, to which Clark, much to his regret, shockingly states that Connor is just a copy, before immediately releasing what he has said and instantly apologising, tears in his eyes.

The words hang in the air, and the pain is visible on Connor’s face.

Connor runs out of the farmhouse, disappearing into the night. Lois, furious, confronts Clark, telling him he’s done the one thing she feared most — pushed Connor away. Martha steps in as well, reminding Clark that being a father isn’t about being perfect, it’s about being there. They both reprimand him, telling him he needs to fix things before it’s too late.

The next day, Cyborg-Superman finally attacks, decimating large parts of Metropolis. Superman rushes in to stop him, and the two titans battle. Cyborg-Superman gains the upper hand and pins him under a falling building.

Meanwhile, Connor has returned to the Kent farm, where Martha sits alone with Jon. Connor picks Jon up when he cries and soothes him, before bouncing him a few times and showing his more caring side. Martha smiles a warm smile at him and says how much she reminds him of Clark, and Connor gets a stony face. He catches sight of the fight on TV, before gently putting Jon down and rushing out to help Clark.

He pulls Superman from the wreckage and for a moment Superman is confused bur swiftly relieved and they join forces against Cyborg-Superman. Henshaw taunts the two of them, even stating that he and Superboy are one and the same, both tools of Lex Luthors made to undermine and destroy everything superman cares for; his legacy, his identity, and his family. Superboy goes ballistic in rage and accidently destroys two buildings but Henshaw escapes.

When the dust settles Superman and Superboy argue in midair about how Superboy will never be Superman because he has no sense of responsibility and he is basically a giant bomb or a weapon, and Henshaws words about being a tool of Luthors ring in his ears. Superboy flies away, and Superman oversees cleanup and Search and Rescue.

Superboy visits the Kent farm once more and says goodbye to his "mother" and "ma" and Jon, before leaving again. Lois and Martha look crestfallen and once again interrogate Clark and tell him what he did wrong. Determined to make it right, but not sure how, Clark heads to the Fortress of Solitude to confer with both his father figures.

Connor is jumped by Cyborg-Superman when trying to find him, having listened out for his particular voice. Henshaw ties him up in Kryptonite chains.

Inside the Fortress of Solitude,Clark stands before the hologram of Jor-El. The hologram offers wisdom, speaking of the responsibility of being Superman, but Clark, overwhelmed by the weight of fatherhood, doesn’t find comfort in his father’s words.

Suddenly, a new voice echoes in the chamber—Pa Kent, created from Clark’s memories and projected as a hologram. This version of Pa Kent is not an artificial intelligence but a digital reflection of Clark’s own recollections. Pa Kent’s wisdom is gentle yet direct. He reminds Clark that being a father means more than protecting—it means understanding, listening, and accepting imperfections. He also reminds Clark that love and family aren’t bound by blood but by heart.

The conversation between Jor-El and Pa Kent offers Clark a profound realization—he must embrace Connor not as a burden or a failed experiment, but as his son. Clark resolves to save Connor not just as Superman, but as a father.

Clark returns to Metropolis and confronts Cyborg-Superman once again, this time with renewed purpose. As he fights, Clark tries to reach Connor, trapped in a chamber within Cyborg-Superman’s lair. Lois and Jon arrive, watching the battle from a distance, as Lois calls out to Connor, reminding him of the family waiting for him.

In a climactic moment, Connor breaks free of his chains and joins the battle. His heat vision, despite the presence of Kryptonite, implies he may in fact eventually be stronger than Clark, but it is never stated outright and shown more as an andrenaline type boost.Father and son fight side by side, and together they defeat Cyborg-Superman. The villain, in a final act of defiance, triggers a self-destruct sequence, intending to take Superman with him. But Clark shields Connor from the explosion, sacrificing himself to protect his son.

Though gravely injured, Clark survives. The family returns to the Kent farmhouse in Smallville, where Clark and Connor finally share a quiet moment. Clark admits that he’s made mistakes and tells Connor that he is proud of the man he’s becoming—not because of his powers or his origin, but because of his heart.

The scene shifts to the Fortress of Solitude, where Clark has brought Connor to introduce him to both of his “grandfathers.” Jor-El’s hologram appears first, greeting Connor with the same respect he offers to Clark. Then, a second hologram flickers to life—Pa Kent, created from Clark’s memories, stands before them.

Clark explains to Connor that he constructed Pa Kent’s hologram by augmenting his own memories of his father’s personality and wisdom, just as Jor-El’s essence is preserved in the Fortress. The moment is touching, as Connor realizes that he, too, is part of something larger—a legacy of both Kryptonian and human values.

Pa Kent’s hologram looks at Connor with a warm, proud expression, telling him, “Family isn’t about where you come from. It’s about what you choose to be.” Connor, for the first time, smiles, finally accepting his place within the Kent family.

The camera pans out, showing the family united in the Fortress of Solitude, with the grandfathers watching over them.

End credits roll.

My DCCU phase 3 part 5

Wonder Woman 3 (2022)

The film starts with a flashback to the battle against Circe, and the moment Barbara Minerva is cursed is highlighted. Her eyes glow yellow for a fraction of a moment, indicating her future transformation into Cheetah.

Following the events of the last few years, Diana is deeply troubled by Minervas disappearance, searching for her former friend, unable to shake the feeling she is in danger. She confides in her now boyfriend Bruce Wayne one night while they lay in bed. THIS FILM IS SET SLIGHTLY BEFORE THE LAST LAUGH PART 1 Bruce strokes her cheek and says everything will be alright and she smiles and snuggles closer to him. She says she hopes Tim is having fun on his first completely solo patrol, showing the complete contrast in the Batman movie which indicates his fear of the Joker. Bruce replies he hopes so too and they lay holding each other.

In the morning, Queen Hippolyta Iris-messages Diana and tells her Artemis of Bana-Migdall has declared war on both Themyscira and Diana herself. Diana nods in solemn determination and the message ends, before Bruce asks who Artemis of Bana-Migdall is. Diana does some exposition explaining how Bana-Migdall is a rival tribe of Amazon's who think the Themysciran way is stupid, although the Themyscirans have no idea where the Bana-Migdall live or what they do.

Bruce acknowledges Diana must leave, but not before telling her a new lead on Minerva Alfred gave him that morning; she is in Africa.

Diana travels to the continent, following all sorts of clues like claw marks and word of mouth. She helps a village when a landslide happens and when a group of terrorists attack, before she finally gets a solid lead on Cheetah.

Diana confronts Cheetah, drawing her out by placing her magic lasso on the ground. Minerva has embraced her curse, and the two fight. The two have an absolutely furious fight, which takes them from the savannah down into a ravine and back to the savannah again, fighting around various animals.

After an exhausting fight Diana finally gains the upper hand but refuses to deal a killing blow, which Cheetah takes advantage on and cuts her arm before fleeing.

Meanwhile, due to the amazons not having Diana, Artemis launches a full scale invasion of Themyscira, defeating Hippolyta in single combat and challenging Diana next, proclaiming the winner is the true champion of the Amazons.

Diana phones Bruce to let him know that she is going to Themyscira to fight a civil war and he shares his fears about losing her, both of them saying "I love you" before ending the call.

Diana goes to Themyscira, and walks up her old home into the throne room, where Artemis sits atop her mothers throne, which angers Diana.

The two engage in brutal single combat. It is incredibly evenly matched, kick for kick, blow for blow, headbutt for headbutt. After a grueling battle,Diana wins but chooses to spare Artemis, offering her peace. Artemis accepts Diana as the leader of the Amazons and agrees to a truce.

At that moment, Cheetah returns, having secretly followed Diana, and challenges both women. Artemis roars at the challenge and Diana, exhausted, reluctantly accepts. Diana must now confront both sides of her personality (compassion and friendship vs Amazonian strength and pride). A massive three way fight occurs and Diana through sheer force of will is able to prevail over both women, causing Artemis to accept her more and Cheetah to be knocked unconscious and revert back to Minerva form.

Artemis returns to Bana-Migdall while Minerva escapes dueing Dianas cleanup of Themyscira. The film ends with Diana returning to the realm of mortals where Bruce awaits her after reinstating Hippolyta as Queen of the Amazons.

My DCCU *Phase 3 part 4*

In 2022, Matt Reeves' The Batman still comes out, and is its own seperate universe.

AQUAMAN 2 (2022)

Arthur Curry, now ruling as King of Atlantis, leads a peaceful but delicate reign. Alongside him is his trusted apprentice and sidekick, Kaldur'ahm, also known as Aqualad. Kaldur has been Aquaman's right-hand man for some time, learning the ways of Atlantis’s politics and battles, as well as honing his water-manipulating powers and combat skills. Their mentor-apprentice bond is strong, with Kaldur being both a warrior and trusted confidant to Arthur.

However, both Atlantis and the surface world remain on edge. The surface nations, after witnessing Atlantis’s might during the events of the first film, have grown more distrustful and militarized their coastlines. In Atlantis, political unrest brews as certain factions remain loyal to Arthur's half-brother Orm, who is imprisoned but still holds influence over parts of the kingdom.

Amidst these tensions, Arthur and Kaldur investigate mysterious disappearances of Atlantean ships. The surviving fragments point to the work of Karas, an ancient Atlantean warlord believed to have been lost to the ages. Karas has risen once again and possesses the Abyssal Trident, a weapon capable of controlling oceanic forces far greater than Arthur’s Trident of Poseidon.

As Karas’s attacks grow bolder, Arthur and Kaldur’ahm prepare Atlantis for war. Karas, fueled by a hatred for Atlantis’s monarchy, seeks to reclaim the throne, blaming the royal bloodline for the destruction of his people in an ancient conflict. Worse, Karas believes the surface world must be drowned, as its continued pollution of the oceans has become too great a threat.

Kaldur'ahm, fiercely loyal to Arthur, takes on greater responsibilities as Aquaman's partner. As they face mounting threats, Kaldur struggles with the growing weight of leadership. Arthur, while teaching Kaldur the ways of being a protector, increasingly relies on him as the war with Karas looms. Their relationship is tested as Kaldur seeks to prove his worth, while Arthur tries to shield him from the darker sides of war.

Meanwhile, Orm watches from his prison cell, warning Arthur that the political undercurrents of Atlantis are just as dangerous as the threat of Karas. Some Atlantean nobles begin to question Arthur’s right to rule, especially with the growing presence of Kaldur at his side.

Realizing that he may need help from unexpected sources, Arthur reluctantly frees Orm, knowing his brother's military expertise is vital to defending Atlantis. Orm, though humbled by his defeat, still harbors ambitions for the throne. Despite this, he agrees to help Arthur and Kaldur lead the Atlantean forces against Karas’s growing army.

As Karas launches his assault on Atlantis, using the Abyssal Trident to create devastating tidal waves and ocean storms, Arthur, Kaldur, Mera, and Orm join forces to defend their home. Kaldur steps up as a military leader, directing troops and battling alongside Arthur. His command over hydrokinesis and combat prowess make him invaluable, but he faces immense pressure to live up to Arthur’s expectations.

Karas, meanwhile, reveals his ultimate plan: to flood the surface world and reshape the Earth as a new Atlantean empire, ruled by him. Armed with the Abyssal Trident, he brings chaos to both Atlantis and coastal cities around the globe.

In the final act, Karas’s forces push deep into Atlantis, and the surface world teeters on the brink of disaster as coastal cities are ravaged by storms and rising seas. Arthur, Kaldur'ahm, Mera, and Orm lead a desperate last stand to stop Karas before he can unleash the full power of the Abyssal Trident.

Kaldur'ahm plays a critical role in the final battle, his powers and bravery helping turn the tide. Arthur and Kaldur, fighting side by side, confront Karas in an epic underwater duel. Karas uses the Abyssal Trident to summon ancient sea creatures and control the oceans themselves, nearly overwhelming the duo.

In a climactic moment, Kaldur manages to disrupt Karas’s control over the Abyssal Trident, allowing Arthur to strike the final blow and shatter the weapon. With Karas defeated, the seas calm, and Atlantis is saved.

With the immediate threat over, Arthur consolidates his rule, finally earning the full respect of the Atlantean people. Orm, though bitter, keeps his end of the deal and departs Atlantis, vowing to find his own path. Arthur offers Kaldur'ahm an official position as Atlantis’s second-in-command, not just as an apprentice, but as a full-fledged leader.

Kaldur, now fully confident in his abilities, accepts his role as Atlantis’s protector, continuing his journey alongside Arthur. Their bond is stronger than ever, with Arthur viewing Kaldur as a partner rather than just a sidekick.

In a mid-credits scene, Black Manta, who has been conspicuously absent during the events of the movie, is shown watching from a distance. Now fully aware of Kaldur'ahm’s partnership with Aquaman, he begins preparing for his next move—targeting both Arthur and Kaldur for revenge, setting the stage for the third movie.

My DCCU *Phase 3 part 3*

BATMAN/ ROBIN : THE LAST LAUGH PART 1 (2021) CAST - BEN AFFLECK AS BATMAN / BRUCE WAYNE TANNER BUCHANON AS TIM DRAKE/ ROBIN JEREMY IRONS AS ALFRED PENNYWORTH EMMA STONE AS BARBARA GORDON BRYAN CRANSTON AS COMMISSIONER JAMES GORDON VIOLA DAVIS AS AMANDA WALLER WILLEM DAFOE AS THE JOKER.

Rating: 18 (the very first in this universe to be marked as such, and one of very few that will be)

The movie begins in a remote, heavily fortified black site. This is where Amanda Waller (Viola Davis) has kept Joker (Willem Dafoe) for over a decade. Believed to be dead by Gotham, Joker has been subjected to brutal torture and psychological experiments, as Waller used him as a guinea pig for new methods of control and punishment. However, Joker has learned and adapted. His body and mind have been shaped into something even more dangerous than before. He’s been waiting for the perfect moment to strike back.

One night, Joker triggers his plan. Using small items he’s hoarded—bits of wire, loose screws, and pieces of metal—he begins to manipulate the cell's mechanisms. He picks the lock to his restraints, and, in a premeditated fury, ambushes the guards on his cell block. The violence is precise and brutal. Joker moves with cold efficiency, killing without the chaotic flair he’s usually known for. He impales a guard with a sharpened piece of metal, then suffocates another by forcing a gas mask onto his face.

As Joker moves through the corridors, the alarms blare. Soldiers swarm, but Joker, always five steps ahead, uses weapons he has hid throughout the facilities over the years and eventually escapes. He leaves the site and begins to laugh to himself, stating how much fun he is about to have.

A week later, Batman (Ben Affleck) and Robin (Tanner Buchanan) investigate a crime scene involving a paramedic defribilated to death, with the words "shocking, isn't it" spraypainted on the outside of the ambulance. Robin notes it is the third such murder with a pun in as many days, after a firefighter burnt to death with the words "Up in smoke" written on his firetruck and a policemen impaled alongside "like a pig on a stick" enscribed on his chest in blood. Batman, however thinks deeply about how these murders are hauntingly familiar to the Jokers grisly crimes, and wonders if a copycat killer has emerged, believing the Joker to be dead at the hands of Waller, though he doesn't mention the last part to Tim, maintaining the narrative that the Bat killed the Joker as revenge for murdering Robin.

They debrief Gordon atop GCPD headquarters and Gordon is startled, sharing the same sentiments as Batman. Gordon says he hopes the copycat kills himself to avoid the same fate as the Joker, obviously indicating being killed by Batman, but Batman simply stands there silently before he and Robin disappear into the night.

The next night, while on patrol, they hear news of a brutal, nightmarish scene at Gotham Academy, Tims school. During a teacher only day, in which new teachers were settling into new classrooms, there was a break in. The two detectives study the brutal crime scenes; a biology teacher dissected, a chemistry teacher poisoned, a philosophy teacher crucified and the principal drowned in ink, with the words "all in her head" carved onto her desk. Barbara, over comms, mentions being glad she quit at the end of the summer, while Tim is distraught, many of the victims being his teachers. Batman cannot shake the sense of the Joker from his mind, despite these killings being more intentional than before, although the sick and twisted humour is still present.

Bruce and Tim a memorial gala organised by a group of socialites to raise money for the victims families, before a shocking, brutal video is released to the media that is displayed everywhere in Gotham at once, with warnings of its disturbing nature.

In the footage, Joker has a group of civilians with no particular group favoured, all tied and bound in wheelchairs to evoke the murder of Robin in Batmans mind. He tortures them, with the news showing it but completely blurred, but the gore is there due to screaming and a large amount of blood barely hidden by the blurs. His cackling and jokes throughout tell the audience just how much he is enjoying it. After he has had enough, he talks directly to the camera, with a grin on his face as he says "You know Bats, your old Robin was a whiny little boy,so full of screams and fear. What a joke compared to you, but so much fun to kill. But hes lucky that I didn't know then what I know now. He wouldve lasted longed, screamed louder. But then I suppose you would have been able to save him! Well, I guess I have you to thank for me learning all these neat little tricks. And make sure you kiss your new Robin goodbye, because though I couldn't use these tricks on your old one, I'm certainly going to use them on him! This used to be a war to try and make you break your rule but you always saved Gotham and your sanity. But this time, Bats, I won't just take your little Boy Wonder and slaughter him like the sheep he is, but I will force you to give up the one thing that you have left... your soul." He then delves into cackles of madness, before shooting all of his captives and cutting the feed. The newsreaders again apologise for the footage, while Bruce falls to his knees.

The next few days in Gotham are pandemonium. The bridges are filled with people trying to get out of the city, people refuse to go to work which results in first responders and schools being massively understaffed, Bruce pulls Tim from Gotham Academy the day before the academic year begins anew and grounds him, while Gordon places Barbaras watchtower home under 24/7 SWAT protection, reasoning to the city Council that she was a former victim of the Joker who survived and he may come back to finish the job. Barbara fumes to Bruce, especially when he visits using the secret rooftop entrance, but he shares her fathers fears, barely whispering "we mustn't take any risks with Him. You of all people should know that." She looks crestfallen at this and silently nods. Batman leaves and meets Amanda Waller on a predetermined location in Gotham, atop a boat owned by Bruce Wayne. He immediately rages at her.

Bruce - "you should've killed him all those years ago" he snaps at her.

Waller - "like you should have, decades ago? I thought I would be able to break him, make him a slave to my methods. Its not my fault he is a monster beyond repair. I had 11 years which I was basically never there to figure that out, but you had, what, 14 years since you met him when you handed him to me? After he killed your son and crippled your other apprentice? If anyone is to blame, it's you." she retorts

Bruce falls silent, flooded with guilt and shame and rage. He glares at Waller, who glares back. Waller tells him to kill the Joker, and Batman says he won't even consider another option, before leaving.

Back at the cave, Tim is revealing his frustrations to Alfred about not being let out, but Alfred shares Bruces concerns, reasoning that Tim barely remembers the scars Joker left on the city and the family, and that if he wants a reminder all he must do is "look at Miss Gordons wheelchair or Master Todd's derelict suit", with a tear in his eye and a crack in his voice. Tim swiftly apologises and lowers his head in shame. He talks to Bruce about it when he returns to the cave, stating that with all due respect, Tim isn't Jason and he wants to avenge his predecessor. Batman tells him that he can't do it, he cannot risk the possibility of losing another son. He has tears flowing down his face when he says so, causing Tim to hug him and console him, with Alfred joining. Bruce tells Dick via Batcomputer facetime that Dick is to stay in Blüdhaven and not come anywhere near Gotham until Joker is dead, which Dick is angry about as he too wants to avenge Jason, perhaps even more so as he actually knew Jason whereas Tim didn't. Bruce also notifies the Justice League via the same method that they are not to intervene and that he doesn't want them corrupted by the Jokers violence causing them to stray from the right path and descend down the same road as him. They all offer condolences, with Diana telling him she loves him and he returns the sentiment, indicating the growth of their relationship.

The next night, Batman leaves with the intention of killing the Joker, who has been hard at work slaughtering Gotham citizens. A SWAT group is hung from a bridge, while other members of their group have their corpses arranged to spell "pigs will fly" . A garbage collector is burnt alive inside a dumpster, a zookeeper is cut into pieces and fed to animals, a judge has been killed with blunt force trauma via a mallet, and a coroner was choked and placed inside a mortuary chamber. Batman shakes with rage at the scene of each crime, while it is clear Joker has been enjoying this sadistic game with the Bat. After a fruitless night of searching for the Joker, Batman returns to the cave and has another arguement with Tim, who begs to be let to help while Bruce lists all the reasons he shouldn't be allowed out, even calling him Jason, which Tim notes hasn't happened in a long time. Batman immediately apologises but Tim in a private moment to himself later states he feels that Bruce has never seen him as more than a Jason replacement and he decides to prove himself better than Jason by catching the Joker.

Batman goes out again the next night, but unbeknownst to him, or even Alfred, Tim sneaks out. He quietly takes his suit without Alfred realising and sneaks out, with his knowledge of the secret passageways in and out of the batcave playing to his advantage.

Batman tries in vain to track down the Joker, only finding members of his former gang, who have all refused to join back up with him out of fear of what he has become, too far gone for even the most devout of followers. Batman angrily leaves and the former followers say he appears even angrier than when the kid was killed.

Meanwhile, Tim is racing across the rooftops, when he catches a glimpse of the Joker. He shadows him to an abandoned school, before accidently setting off one of the Jokers traps and getting captured which causes Joker to mention how nostalgic the moment is.

Batman investigates the crime Joker was leaving the scene of when Tim spotted him, a vicious killing of a martial arts teacher which consisted of two gunshots to the knees and multiple stabbings to the chest before a bullet through the brain, a joke about how martial artists are useless when the enemy has a gun.

Joker reveals the capture of Robin on television through an anonymous phonecall which the police are unable to track because he removes the feed too soon.

Alfred panics and notifies Bruce who almost has a mental breakdown. Alfred tells Bruce that Tim, unlike Jason, left his tracker on, and they locate him within seconds. Batman races to the abandoned school, fighting off booby trap after booby trap before getting to the gymnasium where Robin is held captive. Joker holds a knife to his throat, laughing at the Bat, who stops dead in his tracks. He says the chair Robin is in is rigged to blow soon, and the only way to stop it is to manually defuse it, which means giving the Joker time to escape. The Batman has to make his choice, kill the Joker and let another Robin die or save the boy and let Joker live to kill another day. Joker says that there is also a dead mans trigger and that if he falls unconscious it detonates, or if he is captured it detonates, so the Bat has no alternative avenues. Joker runs away and Tim yells at him to kill the Joker. Bruce hesitates for the smallest of moments and saves Robin, much to his chagrin, but is disgusted in himself that he ever considered anything besides saving his son, that is simply how much the Joker has gotten into his head. An nearby walkie talkie crackles into life, with the Joker cackling that he forgot to mention the dead mans switch was A) never for the chair and B) never existed, but the diffusion of the chair means the activation of several more bombs. As Batman and Robin wonder what it means, the building around them begins to collapse. Bruce instinctively throws himself over Tim to save him. After the collapse calms and the dust clears, Bruce hauls Tim from the wreckage and embraces him. The father and son hold each other for a moment, reflecting on how close the Joker came to destroying everything they both held dear, before the both realise a horrible truth.

The Joker is still out there, planning something even worse.

We fade to black over audio of gunshots, car crashes and the Jokers maniacal laughter.

My DCCU *phase 3 part 1*

SUICIDE SQUAD II (2021) We're going to keep this the same because it is a good enough film to perfectly kickstart the third phase of this DCCU.

Green Lantern 3 (2021)

The movie begins with the tragedy of Sector 666. The Manhunters, once created by the Guardians, go rogue, wiping out Atros's entire world. As he watches his home burn, Atros succumbs to his rage, vowing vengeance on the Guardians and their Lantern Corps. He becomes Atrocitus, forming the Red Lantern Corps, with the goal of annihilating the Green Lanterns and dismantling the Guardians’ authority.

On Oa, the Guardians announce the need for a Field Director to lead the Green Lantern Corps on tactical missions across the universe and to be the frontline voice of authority. Hal Jordan and John Stewart, being Justice League members and close friends, are in friendly competition for the role, constantly ribbing each other over who’s better suited for leadership. Hal is known for his daring, fearless style, while John’s military background and methodical approach make him a natural leader.

Guy Gardner, though respected by both, doesn’t share the same camaraderie. He often reminds Hal and John that he was meant to be Earth’s first Green Lantern, and only circumstance kept him from the role. His abrasive attitude rubs them the wrong way, though they all know he’s a skilled Lantern.

Atrocitus, seething with rage, plans an all-out assault on Oa. He leads his Red Lanterns to the heart of the Green Lantern Corps, determined to destroy it. Unlike the Green Lanterns, whose rings are powered by willpower, the Red Lanterns' rings are fueled by pure rage, making them ferociously unpredictable and dangerous. The siege begins with little warning, and Atrocitus’s forces tear through the Lantern defenses.

In a devastating battle, Atrocitus and his Red Lanterns decimate Oa, killing most of the Green Lanterns and nearly wiping out all life on the planet. The power of the Red Lantern rings, however, drains quickly, as they sap the life force and energy of their wielders. The survivors are few, but among them is Guy Gardner, barely clinging to life after narrowly escaping the Red Lanterns’ slaughter.

Hal Jordan and John Stewart, both battered but alive, manage to find Guy in the ruins. Despite their differences, they recognize that Guy’s survival is key—he can give them critical information about the Red Lanterns’ weaknesses. Together, they gather the last few survivors of the Green Lantern Corps and turn to the Guardians, who are shaken by the catastrophic loss. Some of the Guardians, overwhelmed by the defeat, start to believe that the Corps has been broken beyond repair.

However, Hal refuses to give up. He rallies the survivors, convincing them that despite the devastation, Oa is not lost. Hal explains that the Red Lantern rings drain their bearers' energy, making Atrocitus and his army vulnerable if they strike at the right moment—while the Red Lanterns are weakened from the assault on Oa. The Guardians, seeing Hal’s determination and unwavering will, put their faith in him to lead a final, desperate counterattack.

Hal, John, Guy, and the remaining Green Lanterns launch a surprise attack on Ysmault, the home of the Red Lanterns. Knowing that the Red Lanterns need to rest and recharge after their devastating siege on Oa, Hal’s plan is to strike hard and fast before they can recover. Guy, though still recovering, insists on joining the mission to avenge the fallen Lanterns and prove himself to Hal and John.

The infiltration of Ysmault leads to an epic battle between the surviving Green Lanterns and the Red Lantern forces. Hal’s leadership shines as he coordinates the assault, showing why he’s the best candidate for the Field Director role. John provides strategic support, and Guy’s relentless energy drives the attack, even as his abrasive personality continues to irk his companions.

In the climactic showdown, Hal faces Atrocitus one-on-one. Atrocitus, still burning with rage, believes that his vengeance is justified. He sees Hal as nothing more than an agent of the corrupt Guardians, who allowed his world to be destroyed. Their battle is fierce, with Atrocitus’s rage-fueled strength clashing against Hal’s willpower.

Hal tries to reason with Atrocitus, but it’s clear that Atrocitus is too consumed by his rage to listen. In a final, desperate move, Hal manages to overpower Atrocitus and fatally wounds him, ending his reign of terror. As Atrocitus dies, there’s a moment of quiet sorrow, as Hal recognizes the deep pain that drove his enemy.

With Atrocitus defeated and the Red Lanterns in disarray, the surviving Green Lanterns regroup. The Guardians, impressed by Hal’s leadership, name him the new Field Director of the Green Lantern Corps, recognizing that his ability to inspire hope and rally others in the face of overwhelming odds is exactly what the Corps needs.

John Stewart, ever the noble soldier, congratulates Hal without bitterness, acknowledging that Hal’s will and leadership in the darkest moment saved them all. Even Guy Gardner, though still as brash as ever, begrudgingly respects Hal’s victory. He takes the opportunity to remind them all, however, that he would’ve done the same—if only he’d gotten there first.

The film ends with Hal Jordan standing at the ruins of Oa, now rebuilding, as the surviving Lanterns begin to restore what was lost. He looks up at the stars, knowing that while the threat of the Red Lanterns is over, the universe is still full of dangers—and the Green Lantern Corps will need to be stronger than ever to face them.

Post-Credits Scene - On Ysmault, the camera pans over the remains of the battle. A faint glow emanates from the rubble, and as the dust settles, a black ring emerges from the ground. As it floats into the air, the symbol of the Black Lantern Corps flashes, teasing the next great threat—Blackest Night is coming.

Miss Martian is struggling to fit in, both as an alien on Earth and as a young superhero.

Artemis intends to prove Oliver Queen proud but has hidden a deep secret her whole life as his apprentice.

Red Arrow (Roy Harper) is determined to prove he can operate without Green Arrow’s guidance, working independently and covertly.

The Justice League (Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Green Lantern, Green Lantern, Martian Manhunter, Flash, Cyborg and Green Arrow all discuss potential new recruits to the league.

Guy Gardner, Dr Fate, John Constantine are all mentioned here. Black Canary is accepted into the league, as is Dr Fate. Shazam is accepted but Nightwing isn't, much to his chagrin.

Nightwing gathers other youthful heroes and tell them he is going to lead them on a new mission, and they believe he has been sent by the League to do so. Nightwing has stolen files from the Hall of Justice in an attempt to prove himself to the league, and has assembled his own team to help him.

The mission is to find and locate missing metahuman children.

Act 2: Formation of Young Justice

The young heroes follow leads that take them to an abandoned Cadmus Labs facility, where they discover a secret underground lab experimenting on metahumans. Inside, they find Superboy (Joshua Orpin)— a clone of Superman created by Cadmus to serve as a weapon. The team frees Superboy, who is confused and volatile, but Miss Martian helps calm him down.

As they try to escape, they are confronted by Guardian, the facility's head of security, who is unaware of the lab’s true operations. After a brief battle, the team convinces Guardian to let them go, and he agrees to investigate Cadmus from within.

Nightwing convinces his team that the mission was successful, despite Tim Drake shooting him a covert look and congratulates the team. Tim and Dick have a private argument about how Dick is lying to the other heroes and that Dick stole League property, something Batman made him aware of. The two Robins clash and Dick tells Tim this is his only chance to prove himself to the league because in all this time Dick still hasn't, which Tim reluctantly agrees to.

Act 3: The Bigger Threat

As they continue their investigation, the team discovers that the trafficking ring is linked to the League of Shadows, and that Ra’s al Ghul is behind the kidnappings. The metahuman children are being trained and brainwashed to serve as elite assassins for the League. Cheshire, Artemis’s sister, is one of Ra's key agents overseeing the operation.

Infiltrating a League of Shadows base, the team is confronted by Cheshire, who reveals Artemis's criminal lineage to the rest of the team, causing tension. Artemis, determined to prove herself, faces off against Cheshire, allowing the rest of the team to move forward and gather intel on the League's plans.

The team uncovers that Ra’s al Ghul intends to use the brainwashed metahumans to destabilize governments around the world, creating chaos that the League of Shadows can exploit to impose their version of order.

Act 4: The Final Showdown

Young Justice traces Ra’s al Ghul to his stronghold in the Himalayas, where the final stage of his plan is underway. The team battles the League’s assassins in a thrilling showdown. Before the fight Dick makes Tim promise he wont die, stating he already lost a younger brother once. The two share a somber moment before readying for battle. Nightwing and Aqualad work together to lead the charge, while Miss Martian uses her telepathy to free the brainwashed metahumans from Ra's control. Superboy, Kid Flash, Red Arrow, Aqualad, Robin and Nightwing lay waste to the forces of the League of Shadows.

Artemis and Cheshire face off again, with Artemis trying to convince her sister to leave the League behind. Ultimately, Cheshire lets her go, showing that her bond with Artemis is still strong, but she remains loyal to Ra's.

In the final confrontation, the team manages to disrupt Ra’s al Ghul’s plan, but Ra’s escapes, leaving behind a cryptic message about a "greater darkness" that will test their resolve.

Act 5: Becoming a Team

After the battle, the Justice League arrives. Though initially reprimanded, the League recognizes their potential and the necessity of a covert team to handle missions like this. The team are at first outraged that Dick lied to then but then excited to be considered part of the League, even if it isn't public. The film ends with Batman giving Nightwing and the others the go-ahead to form Young Justice officially, allowing them to operate independently with oversight from the League. As the team gathers at their new headquarters — Mount Justice — they reflect on how far they’ve come and the challenges ahead.

Nightwing, standing as the team’s leader, reminds them that they are not just sidekicks — they are heroes in their own right.

My DCCU *Phase 2 part 13*

The Flash: Cold Front 2020 premiering a few weeks after his solo movie, this 5 part miniseries picks up immediately afterwards

Episode 1: “The Ice Age”

Barry Allen (played by Lucas Till) is back in Central City, determined to balance his life as both the Flash and a forensic scientist. The city is peaceful, but that changes when a powerful new villain, Leonard Snart (Bill Hader), also known as Captain Cold, arrives in Central City.

Captain Cold, wielding a state-of-the-art cold gun capable of freezing anything in its path, begins a string of heists. His attacks are precise, targeting high-tech labs and banks, and his tactical genius quickly becomes a major challenge for Barry. Snart’s ice-cold demeanor and dark sense of humor give him an unsettling edge as a villain.

Barry’s investigation into Cold’s crimes is complicated by his work at CCPD. He’s struggling to manage his time and protect the city, causing friction with Joe West and Iris, who notice that Barry seems increasingly distant. At CCPD, Barry meets a young intern named Wally West, a spirited and fast-thinking kid who has a fascination with the Flash.

The episode ends with Captain Cold freezing an entire section of the city, sending a message to the Flash: he’s only just getting started.

Episode 2: “The Cold War”

Captain Cold's attacks escalate, leaving Central City in a state of panic. The Flash tries to stop him, but Snart is always one step ahead, using the cold to slow Barry down and exploit his weaknesses. Meanwhile, Barry begins to bond with Wally West, who idolizes the Flash and hopes to one day be a hero himself.

Wally’s curiosity leads him to the STAR Labs team, where he learns more about Barry’s abilities and the technology that keeps Central City safe. Unbeknownst to Wally, the events unfolding around him will soon pull him deeper into the world of metahumans.

In a dramatic confrontation, Barry finally tracks down Captain Cold, only to be outsmarted once again. Cold reveals his true goal isn’t just robbery—it’s revenge. He blames the Flash for the death of someone close to him and has been plotting his downfall for years.

As the Flash narrowly escapes Cold’s latest trap, Wally is accidentally exposed to the Speed Force during a malfunction at STAR Labs.

Episode 3: “Speed of Light”

The accident leaves Wally disoriented, but he quickly realizes that something is different. He begins experiencing superhuman speed, much like Barry, though he struggles to control it. Barry quickly deduces that Wally has been connected to the Speed Force, but is concerned about the dangers of Wally using these powers without training.

At the same time, Barry is still focused on stopping Captain Cold, whose icy reign continues. He seeks advice from Joe and Iris on how to balance his responsibilities to both Central City and his growing bond with Wally. Barry decides to mentor Wally, helping him harness his newfound abilities.

Captain Cold, meanwhile, forms an alliance with a more dangerous foe—Gorilla Grodd. Grodd, having returned to Central City after his exile, offers Cold the power to enhance his cold weaponry with telepathic technology, making him an even greater threat.

The episode ends with Barry and Wally—now suited up as Kid Flash—teaming up for the first time. However, they quickly realize that Cold is no longer working alone.

Episode 4: “A Chilling Partnership”

Gorilla Grodd and Captain Cold launch a devastating attack on Central City. Grodd’s telepathic abilities allow him to control the minds of civilians, turning them into an army, while Cold uses his upgraded weapons to freeze key areas of the city.

Barry and Wally, now working together as Flash and Kid Flash, face their toughest challenge yet. Barry is impressed with Wally’s potential, but knows that Wally’s inexperience could put him in danger. Their partnership is put to the test as Grodd’s mind control threatens to tear the city apart.

Meanwhile, Captain Cold continues to torment the Flash, using his cold powers to freeze sections of the Speed Force itself, slowing Barry’s movements. Cold’s personal vendetta becomes clearer as he reveals that the Flash inadvertently caused his sister’s death during a previous battle.

With Grodd’s telepathic control weakening Barry’s allies, Wally takes a huge risk, using his speed to disrupt Grodd’s telepathic field. Together, the Flash and Kid Flash manage to separate Grodd from Cold, but the villains escape, leaving Central City in chaos.

Episode 5: “Grodd’s Gambit”

Gorilla Grodd, now seeing Central City as his domain, launches a final, all-out attack. He uses his telepathy to control key figures in the city, including Joe West. With Grodd’s power growing, Barry knows they need to stop him before he can establish a permanent mental hold over Central City.

Barry and Wally devise a plan to counter Grodd’s telepathy. Wally, still inexperienced but learning quickly, volunteers to act as bait to draw Grodd out, while Barry prepares a device to amplify Wally’s connection to the Speed Force, protecting him from Grodd’s mind control.

Meanwhile, Captain Cold, who had planned to use Grodd to eliminate the Flash, realizes that Grodd is becoming too powerful and unpredictable. He betrays Grodd, hoping to regain control of the situation, but Grodd turns on him, nearly killing him in a battle of strength and wits.

In an epic final showdown, Barry and Wally confront Grodd and Cold. With Grodd’s plans unraveling and Cold weakened, the Flash uses the Speed Force to neutralize Grodd’s telepathy, while Kid Flash faces off against Captain Cold. In a tense battle, Wally manages to destroy Cold’s enhanced weapon, leaving him defeated.

My DCCU *phase 2 part 11*

BATMAN/ROBIN : THE COURT OF OWLS (2020)

The film opens with a criminal running away before falling into an ambush set up by a rival gang. Batman and Robin jump in and beat up all the assailants before leaving. A scream makes batman investigate something, where a homeless conspiracist madly mutters "the court of owls...talon for your head" again and again. Batmans curiosity is piqued as he recalls it is a line from something he heard once.

Bruce and Tim visit Barbara looking for answers, and her access to rare books as librarian of Gotham Academy provides futile, as they can't find anything relating to the poem.

The man’s bizarre ramblings spark a deep curiosity in Bruce Wayne, compelling him to dig deeper into the city’s hidden history.

As Batman and Robin delve into the case, they find discrepancies in the historical records related to certain statues and landmarks. These discrepancies lead them to suspect that something significant has been deliberately concealed.

Batman and Robin investigate these statues and find matching symbols on all of them which they ponder deeply.

The Court of Owls, although aware of the increasing threat posed by Batman, had previously deemed him insignificant due to his lack of knowledge of their existence. The Court had planned to remain in the shadows until their position was threatened.

Batman and Robin’s efforts lead them to uncover a hidden shrine deep beneath Gotham City. The shrine is adorned with owl motifs and ancient carvings. Oracle helps decode an ancient poem inscribed on a stone slab, which reveals the existence of the Court of Owls.

Batman and Robin are shaken to the core realising that for centuries Gotham has been ruled in rhe shadows by a group of secretive individuals, its roster changing as members die and are killed. Batman begins looking into missing persons cases and unsolved murders from decades prior considering the possibility that every single one has been a potential victim of the Court. He speaks to Gordon about it, and Gordon to is visibly disturbed.

The Court, now realizing that Batman has become a significant threat, begins to act. They deploy their elite assassins, the Talons, to eliminate Batman and Robin before their plans are fully exposed.

Batman and Robin are attacked while out on patrol and barely escape with their lives thanks to the ambush set up by the Talons. They flee to the batcave and recieve immediate medical attention from Alfred who himself is scared out of his mind. Oracle and Dick communicate via videocall and Dick is also terrified of the prospect of a group who have not only ruled for centuries but also let the batman run rampant for decades because he meant nothing to them. Batman and Robin go to the shrine and uncover a secret passageway beneath Gotham and warily proceed.

In a dramatic confrontation, Batman and Robin face the Court of Owls in their underground lair. They are all sat in chairs resembling parliament overseeing the duo below them. The Court’s leaders are so confident of their impending victory that they remove their masks and reveal themselves to be people Bruce has met at Galas and even people as young as those of Tim's classmates at Gotham Academy, members of Gothams elite. They laugh and release the Talons.

The battle is intense, with Batman and Robin fighting off the group of Talons together. The Talons are a brutal, highly trained unit but they had the drop on batman and robin last time, which gave them the advantage. To make it more fun, the Court remove the floor, dropping the crime fighters and the Talons into an arena of sorts below, which the dynamic duo make their playground. They use corners, breakable walls, high ledges and more to systematically pick off the Talons after having their asses handed to them twice in straight up fistfights. They manage to barely defeat all of the Talons, which alarms the Court who panic and flee.

The climax culminates in Batman exposing the Court of Owls to the public, disrupting their control and neutralizing their reign over Gotham. Dozens upon dozens of politicians, judges, business owners and family chairs are arrested and incarcerated.

The film ends with Batman and Robin somber over the fact that not only did they uncover a centuries old secret but they also lost a fight twice to the same people, so Tim is aggravated at himself and Bruce is quiet. They both agree to simply train harder to be better. Bruce says Tim has always made him proud, and now he must show Tim that he still lives up to the fame. The two crack a smile together and the movie draws to a close.

My DCCU *Phase 2 part 10*

THE FLASH *(2020)

In a world where covid didnt exist, 2020 would be a year stacked full of movies, beginning with this.

The film opens with Barry Allen (Lucas Till) in Central City, working to fine-tune his speed suit. As he practices, the city is suddenly attacked by a formidable enemy—Reverse-Flash, played by Antony Starr. Reverse-Flash, fueled by a vendetta against Barry, has devised a plan to trap him in a different universe.

During a high-speed battle, Reverse-Flash activates a powerful device that distorts the Speed Force. In the ensuing chaos, Barry is sucked into a wormhole and emerges in a parallel universe. This new universe is eerily different: Central City is dark and dystopian, and there are no signs of his familiar allies.

Barry quickly learns that in this alternate reality, the timeline has drastically changed. Reverse-Flash has taken control, manipulating events to his advantage and becoming a feared tyrant. Barry has no powers, and so he gets a train to Gotham, looking to meet Bruce Wayne Barry meets this universe’s version of his ally, an aggressive, elder batman played by Michael Keaton. His Batman has defeated his entire rogues gallery, but lost his Robin and batgirl in the process and retired long ago. He agrees to help Barry get his speed back, before telling him that he looked into it... no Barry Allen has ever lived on this world.

Barry tries to navigate this new world, but the locals are suspicious of him. He encounters a rugged Superman, played by Michael B Jordan, who is not known by Kal-El but by Val Zod, adopted son of General Zod and the last of the Kryptonians. He hated his adopted father and chose earth as his new world but is forever haunted by killing Zod and letting Eobard Thawn be elected as President of the World.

Barry recruits him because the Batman of this world won't help, and they both go to coast city to get some help from a certain Green Lantern. Hal Jordan (Chris Pine)and John Stewart (Idris Elba) both agree to help, although John comments that Hal won't be able to do much, not explaining what he means.

In the meantime, Reverse-Flash continues his reign of terror, seeking to eliminate any threats to his power. Barry’s attempts to stop him are met with resistance and skepticism from the locals. The tension mounts as Barry must prove his worth and uncover a way to reverse the damage done to this world and expose Thawn as the Reverse-Flash.

Barry discovers that Reverse-Flash’s device, which trapped him in this universe, is also capable of returning him home, but only if its energy source is restored. With the help of the alternate universe’s heroes, Barry devises a plan to infiltrate Reverse-Flash’s stronghold and disable the device.

The climax features a high-octane battle between Barry and Reverse-Flash. Superman and the Green Lantern confront Reverse-Flash’s forces, while Barry faces off against his nemesis. The fight is intense, with Barry struggling to keep up against Reverse-Flash’s superior speed and malevolent power. Hal doesn't participate in the battle until John gets hurt and cries out his name, to which Hal reveals he has a Red Lantern Ring and unleashes all his rage to help the heroes. Still it isnt enough until Michael Keatons Batman emerges with a massively upgraded and much, much bigger Batwing, almost a warship, and decimates most of the Reverse-Flashs forces which had technology from the distant future.

Barry manages to destroy the device, but not before Reverse-Flash escapes into the multiverse, hinting at future threats. The alternate universe heroes bid Barry farewell, having gained a renewed sense of hope and cooperation from their encounter with him.

Barry returns to his own universe, where he finds things restored to normal. However, he remains vigilant, knowing that the multiverse is now a real thing and not just something he dreamt of. He confides in a voice message to Bruce of its power and its danger and how the multiverse appears to be linked integrally to the Speed Force the same way time itself is.

Post-Credit Scene:

Reverse-Flash is seen in a new, unknown universe, plotting his next move. He retrieves a mysterious object, before revealing it to be a photo of a woman with the words "to barry, from mom" written on the back.

My DCCU *Phase 2 part 10*

SHAZAM! (2019)

I'm going to have the Wonder Woman movie release in late August and this in mid October just so the timespan of the releases makes sense.

Honestly, keep this movie pretty much the exact same, but have the Superman cameo at the end be Henry Cavill in his Black Justice League costume. Now for the Christmas blockbuster of 2019

SUPERMAN: NEW DAWN (2019)

The film opens with Superman (Henry Cavill) reestablishing his role as Earth's protector after his resurrection, as depicted in Justice League. Clark works to repair his relationships, particularly with Lois Lane, and to address the lingering effects of the recent global crisis. Have the majority of the first act follow Clark Kent readjusting to life as a Farmhand for his Ma as he is legally dead while also visiting Metropolis and being a superhero and preventing disasters and rescuing people. He is still wearing the black and silver suit from Justice League.

Unusual technological disturbances and anomalies begin affecting Earth. Superman discovers that these disturbances are caused by Brainiac (Giancarlo Esposito voice)an advanced alien android known for collecting and preserving planets by shrinking them into miniature forms.

Brainiac arrives on Earth with the intention of collecting its knowledge and then destroying the planet. His ultimate goal is to add Earth to his collection of bottled worlds, threatening global annihilation.

Superman engages Brainiac but struggles against his superior technology and advanced weaponry. Brainiac’s manipulation of technology and his knowledge of Kryptonian history make him a formidable adversary.

Seeking answers, Superman visits the Fortress of Solitude. There, he activates the hologram of Jor-El (Russel Crowe) who reveals that Brainiac was responsible for the destruction of Krypton. Brainiac had captured Krypton’s capital city, Kandor, creating a critical weak point in Krypton’s core. This weakness led to a chain reaction of solar flares and planetary radiation that caused Krypton’s supernova.

Armed with this knowledge, Superman intensifies his efforts to protect Earth as Brainiac begins targeting key cities around the world. Clark pulls on the classic superman suit and is reborn truly as the man of steel, last son of Krypton and defender of Earth. The stakes rise as Brainiac prepares for the final phase of his collection process.

Superman devises a plan to counter Brainiac’s advanced technology. He learns that Brainiac’s ship is equipped with technology that can be manipulated to create a localized black hole.

Superman confronts Brainiac in a high-stakes battle within the heart of Brainiac’s alien spacecraft. The confrontation takes place amidst a labyrinth of advanced technology and robotic defenses.

Using his knowledge of Kryptonian technology and Brainiac’s own systems, Superman manages to overload the ship's core systems. He creates a localized black hole that begins to form within the ship’s central control area.

As the black hole intensifies, it engulfs Brainiac and his ship, drawing in everything within its gravitational pull. Brainiac’s attempts to escape or counteract the black hole prove futile.

The black hole ultimately collapses on itself, destroying Brainiac and his ship in a massive implosion. The threat is neutralized, and Earth is saved from the impending danger.

With Brainiac defeated, Superman leads global recovery efforts. Cities begin to rebuild, and the world starts to recover from the chaos caused by Brainiac’s invasion.

Superman reflects on his journey, the revelation about Krypton’s destruction, and his renewed commitment to protecting Earth. His relationship with Lois Lane deepens as they face the future together.

The film concludes with Superman overseeing the rebuilding of Earth, standing as a beacon of hope and justice. The final scene suggests that while Brainiac’s threat has been resolved, Superman remains vigilant and ready to confront future challenges.

WONDER WOMAN 2 (2019)

Wonder Woman: Wrath of Circe

The film opens with Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) actively fighting crime and protecting humanity in the modern world. Her life is marked by a professional focus and a complex, on-again-off-again relationship with Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck), hinting at unresolved feelings but no commitment.

Mysterious magical disturbances begin to unsettle the world, including thefts of ancient artifacts from museums and research institutions. Diana investigates and discovers these disturbances are connected to Circe( Eva Green), the ancient sorceress.

Circe has broken free from her long imprisonment and aims to harness the stolen artifacts' magic to regain her full power. Her ultimate goal is to perform a ritual that will awaken ancient deities and plunge the world into chaos.

Diana consults with Barbara Ann Minerva (Kristen Wiig) a top archaeologist and expert in ancient lore, who provides crucial insights into Circe’s schemes. Despite their initial differences, Barbara becomes a key ally as they work to uncover and thwart Circe’s plans.

Diana and Barbara embark on a mission to recover the stolen artifacts before Circe can complete her ritual. Their journey takes them to ancient ruins and mystical locations around the globe, each guarded by magical traps and trials

They encounter numerous obstacles designed by Circe, including magical traps and enchanted beings. Diana’s strength and Barbara’s expertise are essential for overcoming these challenges.

Circe manipulates events to create illusions and psychological trials that challenge Diana’s resolve. These trials force Diana to confront her deepest fears and doubts, adding complexity to her mission.

Diana and Barbara locate Circe’s mystical fortress, which is heavily protected. They infiltrate the stronghold just as Circe is about to complete her curse ritual.

An epic battle ensues between Wonder Woman and Circe. Diana’s combat skills and strategic thinking are on full display, while Circe wields powerful magic and summons mythical creatures. The fight spans both the mystical realm and the modern world, raising the stakes.

Diana confronts Circe and exposes the sorceress’s true motives—her desire for revenge against the gods and her ambition to dominate the world. With Barbara’s assistance, Diana disrupts Circe’s ritual and neutralizes the threat.

Diana defeats Circe, preventing the curse from being cast and securing the artifacts. Circe is subdued and imprisoned, ensuring she cannot further threaten the world.

Diana reflects on her victory and the ongoing responsibilities of her role. Her relationship with Bruce remains complex, with unresolved feelings hinting at potential future relationship.

The film concludes with Diana standing as a beacon of hope and justice, having successfully averted a major catastrophe. Barbara continues her work with a renewed sense of purpose, and Diana remains vigilant, ready for future challenges.

My DCCU *Phase 2 part 7*

BATMAN/ROBIN II (2019)

The movie opens with Batman and Robin interrupting a late-night smuggling operation at Gotham’s dockyards. The air is tense, the shadows thick, as the duo silently disables the thugs, picking them off one by one with their usual blend of stealth and combat. They discover the smugglers are LexCorp-hired mercenaries attempting to move a dangerous EMP device. Batman and Robin confiscate the EMP and swiftly take down the thugs. But as they interrogate the leader, he begins raving about something far worse than them hunting in Gotham’s underworld. He barely gets a warning out before he’s silenced by a sniper’s bullet from the shadows which makes him start foaming at the mouth —Killer Moth’s calling card.

Tim Drake is struggling to fit into his new life at Gotham Academy, an elite school where he feels entirely out of place among the children of Gotham’s wealthiest families. Bruce has introduced him to the world of Gotham’s upper class, forcing Tim to juggle his secret life as Robin with the pressures of his posh school. Barbara Gordon, who works at the academy as a librarian, has become a guiding figure, almost like an older sister, helping him stay grounded and sane.Tim confides in Barbara about the mission with the EMP, and how something about the scene felt wrong—almost like the crime was a distraction from a bigger scheme. Barbara advises him to follow his instincts and dig deeper.

At WayneTech, Bruce has a conversation with Lucius Fox about the recovered EMP device. Lucius explains it was part of a defense project, but it had been shelved due to the risk it posed. It was initially a clean energy generator before it was realised it had the potential to be converted into an EMP, which Lexcorp appears to have done. They also discuss Drury Walker, a former WayneTech employee who worked on the project but was let go after showing erratic behavior. Lucius recalls how Walker seemed obsessed with power and control, and after being fired, he disappeared into Gotham’s underworld. Bruce becomes suspicious that Walker’s fall from grace might be connected to the increasing chaos in Gotham’s criminal world. Without even realising, Drury Walker is lurking in the background of WayneTech, making it clear that he knows how to get in and out unseen.

While Bruce works the case from the angle of Walker’s past with WayneTech, Tim Drake begins investigating from the ground level. Following the clues from the docks, Tim delves into Gotham’s criminal underworld. He interviews street-level thugs, pimps, and gangsters, all of whom are terrified of a new player in Gotham’s shadows—Killer Moth, a deranged killer who has been systematically wiping out criminals.Tim’s detective skills have grown sharp, and as he traces the clues, he uncovers a trail of brutal killings. Criminals found hanging from streetlights, bodies twisted and covered in moth-like symbols. Each murder is more gruesome than the last, showing the escalating madness of Drury Walker.

Meanwhile, Bruce uses his detective skills to uncover more about Drury Walker’s descent into insanity. He learns that Walker, after losing his job at WayneTech, became obsessed with Gotham’s elite and the tech industry. He blames them for his downfall and has since been sabotaging rival criminal operations, leaving death in his wake.Through careful detective work, Bruce finds that Walker has been targeting powerful figures in Gotham’s underworld—those who had ties to WayneTech, using his knowledge of technology to dismantle their operations before executing them.

As he pieces the puzzle together, he realizes Walker has become more than a criminal—he’s a twisted vigilante in his own right, bringing Gotham’s underground to its knees.

Both Tim and Bruce are following different leads, but they both arrive at the same conclusion: Killer Moth is at the center of the chaos. Drury Walker, now completely insane, has become a murderous force of nature. He’s not just a tech-savvy criminal; he’s fully unhinged, driven by a twisted desire for power and revenge.Tim uncovers Walker’s hideout—a decrepit building littered with broken tech, moth-themed graffiti, and deranged scribblings about power, control, and vengeance. He finds a disturbing diary where Walker outlines his plans to seize control of WayneTech and use the EMP to shut down Gotham, leaving it defenseless.

As Bruce and Tim close in on Walker, he makes his boldest move yet—a hostile takeover of WayneTech. With a group of tech-savvy mercenaries, Killer Moth storms the building, taking Lucius Fox and several WayneTech employees hostage. He disables all the alarms before doing so, at completely executes all of the security as well. Lucius only manages to alert Bruce and Tim via a watch linked to the SOS signal on the Batcomputer, that Alfred relays to the duo that Lucius is in trouble.

Walkers goal is to access the EMP device and use it to plunge Gotham into darkness, positioning himself as the ruler of the city’s tech underworld.

Walker, now fully embracing his Killer Moth persona, broadcasts a terrifying message to Gotham, warning them that their city will soon fall into chaos unless his demands are met. He wears a custom suit resembling a high-tech moth, complete with wings, night vision lenses, and an array of deadly gadgets. His mental state is deteriorating, and he views himself as Gotham’s new ruler—the one who will bring the elites to their knees.

Batman and Robin both know they have to infiltrate WayneTech before Walker can activate the EMP. As they prepare to enter the building, Tim asks Bruce what to expect. Knowing that Walker once worked on WayneTech’s security systems, the building is now a death trap. Bruce responds, “WayneTech isn’t just a building. I understand that Moth has his own deranged designs on it, but WayneTech is, was, and always will be a fortress, a labyrinth that only a madman would be able to create and execute.”Tim, confused, asks, “Who designed it?”Batman looks at him and says simply, “Me.”

Batman and Robin enter the building, navigating through a gauntlet of traps and heavily armed mercenaries. The Predator-style tactics are on full display as they use the dark, twisting hallways, ventilation shafts, and secret passages to take down enemies. Bruce designed WayneTech to withstand any attack, and he uses every bit of his knowledge to turn the building into a battlefield in his favor.

In the heart of WayneTech, Killer Moth prepares to activate the EMP, his mental state unraveling as he rants about destroying Gotham’s elite. Walker believes he is the moth, drawn to the flame of power, and that Gotham must be plunged into darkness so that he can rise from the ashes as its ruler. As Batman and Robin approach, Walker’s paranoia spirals out of control. He believes Batman is the ultimate symbol of Gotham’s elite—someone who needs to be destroyed so that Walker can assume his place as the city’s ruler. His tech-enhanced suit gives him flight and combat abilities, and he uses it to ambush Batman and Robin from the shadows, attacking like a predatory moth swooping in on his prey.

The final battle is intense and brutal. Batman faces off against Killer Moth, using his knowledge of the building to disable Walker’s gadgets. However, Walker’s madness makes him unpredictable, and he fights with a desperate ferocity, attacking with razor-sharp wings and explosive projectiles. Meanwhile, Tim Drake is tasked with disarming the EMP device. He asks Batman if he is confident that he can do it, with Batman replying "that hes never been more sure". With time running out, Tim uses his detective skills to bypass Walker’s security systems and deactivate the EMP, preventing Gotham from descending into chaos. It’s a moment that cements Tim’s growth as a hero, showing he’s just as much a detective as he is a fighter.

After a brutal confrontation, Batman subdues Killer Moth, but Walker is beyond reason. Ranting about Gotham’s destruction and his plans to rule the city, he’s taken into custody, a broken man whose mind has shattered under the weight of his obsession.

Bruce orders a drastic revamp of WayneTechs security, as well as privately noting to Fox that they need to investigate when Lexcorp stole the device and why it was turned into an EMP, and what Moths possible connection to Luthor may be. Lucius says he will look into it.

Tim enters Gotham Academy again and is greeted by Barbara, who smiles and says she is proud of him.

The Batfamily (Bruce, Alfred, Tim, Barbara and Diana) are all at Wayne Manor about to have a rare family dinner, before there is a knock at the door and Dick Grayson enters. Diana smiles in acknowledgement, Alfred beams and welcomes "master grayson" home to which Dick replies "good to be home". Barbara says "good to see you circus boy" and Dick responds "hush it bookworm" with a grin, before he laughs with Tim and dabs him up. Bruce rises from the table and they embrace, with Bruce saying "welcome home son" and Dick saying "thank you dad"

My DCCU *Phase 2 part 6*

Justice League 2 2018

Have this movie follow the core story of the SnyderCut, but without the formation of the justice league, let them obviously already be an established team. Have the opening battle be the league facing off against the Royal Flush Gang. You can have the Martian Manhunter meeting Batman scene, but don't have him revealed to be Martha that was stupid, and don't have the Knightmare sequence just before Batman meets him, but keep Cyborgs vision. The mid credits sequence is the two Green Lanterns, accompanied by a third lantern named Guy Gardner nathon fillion meeting the team. The post credits sequence can be Lex Luthor and Deathstroke meeting Black Manta, Ras al Ghul, Brain, Simon and Klarion the Witch Boy.

I know this doesnt seem detail but it would be a 3 hour movie still, just without the need of the league to be formed, instead have them continue from their dynamics like Bruce and Diana flirting, cyborg and Barrys banter, Arthurs kinship with diana and playful mocking of the rest of the league, with more time for Clark to decide if he can be a hero again and Steppenwolf scenes.

My DCCU [phase 2 part 5]

NIGHTWING [2018]

The movie opens with an aerial view of Blüdhaven at night, a city plagued by crime, corruption, and violence. The camera pans down to a high-speed chase through the gritty streets. Nightwing (Brenton Thwaites), wearing his sleek New 52 costume, is in hot pursuit of a gang of criminals working for the notorious crime lord, Roland Desmond, a.k.a. Blockbuster.

Nightwing’s acrobatic fighting style and use of his escrima sticks are showcased in a thrilling sequence as he takes down the criminals. He moves with a mix of Batman’s tactical prowess and his own fluid grace, hinting at his circus background and intense training under Batman. He’s confident but not cocky, proving himself to be a capable solo hero.

After the fight, we follow Dick Grayson back to his modest apartment. He reflects on why he left Gotham to come to Blüdhaven: to make a name for himself outside Batman’s shadow and bring justice to a city that desperately needs it. He communicates with Barbara Gordon / Oracle (Emma Stone), who provides intel and logistical support. They discuss the recent uptick in criminal activity in Blüdhaven and how Blockbuster is trying to consolidate power.

Detective Tony Zucco (Daniel Henney) is introduced as a newcomer to Blüdhaven’s police force. He’s earnest and ambitious, seeking to reform the corrupt department from within. He approaches Dick with a proposition: work together to take down the city’s biggest crime syndicates. Dick is initially wary, recognizing Zucco's last name and its connection to his parents' deaths, but Tony insists he wants to distance himself from his family’s dark past.

Slade Wilson / Deathstroke (Joe Manganiello) is hired by Blockbuster to eliminate Nightwing, who’s become a significant thorn in his side. Deathstroke arrives in Blüdhaven with his trademark brutal efficiency, immediately taking out a key rival gang in a display of deadly skill. Nightwing, investigating the scene, quickly realizes that this isn’t the work of an ordinary hitman — it’s something far more dangerous.

Nightwing tracks down Deathstroke to an abandoned factory. Their first fight is intense and raw, showcasing Deathstroke’s lethal combat skills and strategic mind against Nightwing’s agility and resourcefulness. The fight ends with Nightwing barely escaping after being injured, realizing the grave threat Slade poses. Dick understands he needs to approach this fight differently — Slade is not just a thug, but a master assassin with a personal vendetta against him from their Gotham days.

Back at his apartment, Dick tends to his wounds and reflects on his time in Gotham as Robin. We see a flashback of a younger Dick training under Batman’s (Ben Affleck) strict guidance and a past encounter where Robin helped thwart one of Deathstroke’s plans. Dick recalls Batman’s teachings about strategy, resilience, and never underestimating an opponent, but he’s determined to take on Deathstroke without relying on Bruce.

Barbara/Oracle contacts Dick, warning him about Deathstroke’s capabilities and his history of taking down powerful heroes. She suggests contacting Bruce for backup, but Dick refuses, stating that he needs to handle this alone to prove he’s capable of standing on his own as Nightwing. Barbara, understanding but worried, agrees to provide any support she can.

Nightwing decides to work with Detective Zucco to dig deeper into Blockbuster’s operations and learn more about who hired Deathstroke. Zucco, despite his family name, proves to be a dedicated and honest cop, which begins to shift Dick’s initial distrust. Together, they begin dismantling smaller gangs to lure out Blockbuster’s higher-ups and force Deathstroke’s hand.

With Oracle’s help, Dick sets up a trap in one of Blüdhaven’s abandoned shipping yards, using false intel to bait Deathstroke. The plan is to isolate Slade from his employers and weaken his resources. However, Deathstroke sees through the trap and counters with his own, revealing just how well he knows Dick’s tactics and playing on his past.

Deathstroke ambushes Nightwing and Zucco at the trap site. The battle is fierce, with Slade demonstrating his ruthlessness and cunning. Zucco is severely injured in the encounter, forcing Nightwing to make a quick escape with him. This encounter forces Dick to confront the consequences of his mission in Blüdhaven. He’s not just putting himself at risk; others are now suffering because of his actions.

Back at his hideout, Dick tends to Zucco’s wounds, feeling the weight of responsibility for the detective’s condition. Zucco, despite his injuries, encourages Dick not to give up, revealing his respect for Nightwing’s efforts to clean up Blüdhaven and his hope for the city’s future. This gives Dick a renewed sense of purpose. Meanwhile, Barbara insists Dick needs help and suggests one last time that he contact Bruce, but Dick remains resolute in handling this himself.

Nightwing decides to draw Deathstroke out by hitting Blockbuster where it hurts the most — his financial empire. In a montage, we see Dick taking down several of Blockbuster’s key operations, cutting off his money supply, and destabilizing his power base. This forces Blockbuster’s hand, and he sends out Deathstroke with an ultimatum: Kill Nightwing or suffer the consequences.

Deathstroke, infuriated by Nightwing’s interference and wanting to settle their score once and for all, publicly challenges Nightwing over a hijacked police frequency, taunting him and calling him out for a final confrontation. He chooses a location with deep emotional significance — the circus where Dick’s parents were killed, adding a psychological edge to the impending battle.

The climax of the film takes place in the abandoned ruins of Haly’s Circus. The environment is haunting, filled with memories of Dick’s past. Nightwing arrives, finding Deathstroke waiting. Their final showdown is brutal, raw, and filled with emotional tension. The fight is more than just a physical battle; it’s a clash of ideologies and past traumas. Slade taunts Dick, trying to break his spirit by bringing up his failures and doubts.

Throughout the fight, Nightwing uses his agility, acrobatics, and intelligence to outmaneuver Deathstroke, setting traps and using the circus environment to his advantage. He draws upon his childhood skills as an acrobat and his training as Robin to fight smarter, not harder. The battle takes them through the high wires, the trapeze, and finally, onto the ground, where Dick manages to disarm Slade after a grueling battle.

In a tense final moment, Dick chooses not to kill Deathstroke, despite Slade’s provocations. He stands over him, exhausted but resolute, proving that he can hold his own against Gotham’s greatest foes without losing his moral compass. The police arrive, having been tipped off by Oracle, and Deathstroke is taken into custody, but not before he ominously warns Nightwing that this isn’t over.

With Deathstroke in custody and Blockbuster’s operations significantly disrupted, Blüdhaven begins to show signs of change. Detective Zucco, recovering from his injuries, is seen in a police precinct rallying a small group of honest cops to continue fighting corruption from within. He and Dick share a nod of mutual respect, hinting at a possible alliance in the future.

Back in his apartment, Dick reflects on his journey so far. He receives a call from Bruce, who expresses concern over the news of Deathstroke in Blüdhaven. Bruce offers to come and help, but Dick thanks him and says he’s got it covered, proving that he can stand on his own. Bruce acknowledges Dick’s growth and tells him he’s proud, offering his support whenever needed.

The film ends with Nightwing standing on a rooftop overlooking Blüdhaven, his city. He knows the battle for its soul is far from over, but he’s ready for whatever comes next.

Pre Credits - Luthor breaks Slade out of prison, annoyed that Slade focused on killing nightwing over their mission.

Mid Credits - Nightwing meets Robin and they share a smile and a handshake.

Post Credits - Batman and Wonder Woman discuss the potential of more recruits.

My DCCU [phase 2 part 4]

Aquaman [2018] Keep this the same but recast Mera into Emilia Clarke

BATMAN/ROBIN: DYNAMIC DUO [2018] Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne/Batman Tanner Buchanon as Tim Drake/Robin Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth David Howard Thornton as Onomatopoeia II

Gotham is gripped by a new wave of terror as a serial killer, Onomatopoeia II (David Howard Thornton), haunts the city. His killings are marked by eerie mimicry, perfectly replicating the final sounds his victims hear. He is driven by a desire to avenge his brother, the original Onomatopoeia, targeting Gotham's elite and those he sees as responsible for his brother's death. His ultimate goal is to draw out Batman.

Tim Drake (Tanner Buchanan), a clever and driven teenager, is obsessed with Batman. His father, Jack Drake (John Slattery), a wealthy but morally dubious entrepreneur, has been on Batman’s radar. Tim has taken it upon himself to become Gotham’s next hero, patrolling the streets in a makeshift costume and getting into trouble. Each time, Batman saves him, admonishing him for his recklessness. Tim, however, is undeterred. He wants to be Robin, convinced that Batman needs a partner to fight Gotham's darkness.

Bruce, still mourning the death of Jason Todd, is adamant about not taking on another partner. He is haunted by his failure to save Jason, and his reluctance is compounded by seeing Tim’s reckless behavior. Alfred (Jeremy Irons), however, points out that Tim is not Jason; he is smart, resourceful, and above all, determined to do good. Alfred urges Bruce to see the potential in Tim, but Bruce remains stubborn, afraid of getting too close and losing someone else.

Using his keen detective skills, Tim deduces Batman’s true identity as Bruce Wayne. He confronts Bruce at Wayne Manor, revealing his discovery and his desire to become the new Robin. Bruce is shocked by Tim’s audacity and insight. He tries to dismiss Tim, warning him about the dangers of this life. But Tim argues passionately, pointing out that he has been tracking Onomatopoeia II and has valuable insights. Bruce still refuses to allow Tim to patrol but reluctantly agrees to let him stay in the Batcave under his supervision for training, hoping to keep him safe.

As part of his training, Bruce allows Tim to wear Dick Grayson's old Robin suit during their exercises, emphasizing that it’s purely symbolic and not an invitation to take on the mantle. Tim is thrilled but also deeply moved, feeling the weight of the legacy he's stepping into. The suit is a symbol of hope, heroism, and sacrifice, and Tim is determined to honor it. However, Bruce makes it clear that Tim is not to go out on patrol and is strictly under training.

One night, Bruce is in the Batcave, standing in front of Jason Todd’s old Robin suit, encased in a glass display. He gazes at it with a mixture of sorrow and guilt, remembering the vibrant, brave boy who once wore it. Tim, noticing Bruce’s frequent visits to the suit, begins to understand the depth of Bruce’s pain and why he is so reluctant to take him on fully. Tim quietly approaches the display one day, looking at Jason’s suit with a heavy heart, feeling the burden of his mentor’s loss and the legacy he wishes to inherit.

Onomatopoeia II’s killings become more personal, targeting individuals connected to Batman’s past cases. When Jack Drake becomes his next target, Batman races to save him but arrives too late. Tim finds himself in the middle of the chaos, trying to protect his father. Despite his best efforts, Jack is mortally wounded. Batman arrives just as Jack dies in Tim’s arms, echoing the tragedy of Bruce’s own childhood loss. The moment is profoundly emotional, with Tim breaking down and sobbing uncontrollably.

Seeing Tim’s grief, Bruce’s heart breaks for him. He sees a reflection of his own pain and the weight of loss that Tim now carries. He pulls Tim into his arms, comforting him as Tim cries, much like Bruce did when he lost his parents. This moment of vulnerability and shared loss solidifies Bruce's decision to train Tim seriously. He realizes that, like him, Tim has lost everything, and he now needs a purpose, a way to channel his grief.

Bruce begins to train Tim more intensely, pushing him to his limits both physically and mentally. Tim is eager and determined, proving himself capable in combat, detective work, and strategy. However, Bruce still forbids him from patrolling Gotham, fearing that Tim isn’t ready to face the dangers of the streets. Tim, feeling stifled, grows frustrated. He feels ready and wants to prove himself, to show Bruce that he can be the Robin Gotham needs. He argues with Bruce and Bruce accidentally calls him Jason, which he apologises for and walks away silently. Tim is taken aback and realises bruce is still mentally destroyed after the death of Jason Todd.

One night, frustrated with Bruce's refusal to let him prove himself, Tim sneaks out of Wayne Manor, donning Dick Grayson’s old Robin suit. He takes to the streets, hoping to find Onomatopoeia II and make a difference. He calls himself Robin, feeling that this is his chance to step into the role he’s been training for. However, his actions draw the attention of both criminals and Batman. Tim gets in over his head, facing danger he’s not fully prepared for.

Batman arrives just in time to save Tim from a deadly encounter with some of Gotham's more ruthless criminals, namely Zsasz, who laughs about the opportunity to kill this new Robin and reunite him with his predecessor. Tim feels fear and is about to die before Batman saves him. Furious and worried, Bruce confronts Tim about his recklessness. They argue, with Tim accusing Bruce of not trusting him and keeping him on a leash. Bruce retorts that he’s trying to protect him, not because he doesn’t trust Tim, but because he cares too much to see another young life lost. Tim, understanding Bruce’s fear but still feeling determined, begs Bruce to let him prove himself properly.

Batman relents and he and Robin track down Onomatopoeia II to an old, abandoned sound stage, perfect for his acoustics-based crimes. Inside, they find a macabre setup designed to trap and torment them. Onomatopoeia II uses sound to disorient and confuse, mimicking the last moments of his victims’ lives, including Jack Drake’s death. The sounds are almost too much for Tim, who struggles to keep his composure, overwhelmed by memories of his father’s death.

Despite the emotional barrage, Tim manages to regain his focus. He uses his training and intellect to navigate through the traps and disable Onomatopoeia II’s equipment. Batman provides backup, but it’s Tim who ultimately confronts Onomatopoeia II. In a fierce showdown, Tim uses his agility and wits to outmaneuver the villain, showing that he’s more than just a trainee — he’s a hero in his own right. Batman watches with pride, seeing the potential he once saw in Tim finally coming to fruition.

After the battle, back at the Batcave, Bruce approaches Tim with a new suit — one that he’s designed specifically for him. It resembles the classic Robin suit from the comics but updated for the modern era, with advanced materials and a sleek design. Tim is overwhelmed with emotion, realizing that Bruce finally sees him as a partner, not just a ward or trainee. Bruce formally dubs him Robin, acknowledging that Tim has earned his place by his side.

Tim, now wearing his new Robin suit, joins Batman on patrol, officially becoming Gotham’s new protector. They work in tandem, a seamless partnership of experience and youthful determination. Gotham’s criminals now fear not just the Dark Knight but also his new, capable partner.

Bruce visits Jason Todd’s memorial in the Batcave, his heart heavy but also lighter, knowing that he’s given Tim the chance he deserves. Tim joins him, silently paying respects to the fallen Robin, understanding the legacy he’s now a part of. Bruce places a hand on Tim’s shoulder, signaling that while the path ahead is dark, they will face it together.

The two of them answer the Batsignal together when Commissioner Gordon lights it that night, with Gordon at first taken aback by a new Robin before smiling and shaking his hand, looking carefully at Batman, who has a poker face. Gordon gives them a rundown on Penguin being our of jail and Harvey also escaping and that the two of them are likely to start a gang war.

The film closes with an iconic rooftop scene. Batman and Robin stand side by side, capes billowing in the wind as they look out over Gotham. Batman speaks, telling Tim that while the city is full of darkness, they are the light that stands against it. Tim smiles, ready for whatever comes next, and they leap off the rooftop into the night.

Mid Credits - a mugger is murdered and encased in a cocoon by a shadowy figure played by Mathew Lillard

Post Credits - Slade stands atop a hill overlooking Bludhaven.

My DCCU [phase 2,part 3]

Green Lantern 2 (2017)

Hal Jordan (Ryan Reynolds) has returned to Earth, continuing his dual life as a test pilot and the Green Lantern of Sector 2814.

His relationship with Carol Ferris (Blake Lively) is strained due to his responsibilities as a Lantern and the looming threat of Sinestro(luke evans). Carol worries about Hal’s safety but supports his mission, hoping he can balance his duty to Earth and the Corps.

The Guardians decide that Earth’s sector is too important to be left to a single Lantern, especially after the appearance of alien threats like Zod and Sinestro's attack on Earth. They also hint that the sector has ancient weapons hidden on it, setting up future storylines. They recruit a new Green Lantern, John Stewart (Michael B. Jordan), a former Marine with a strong moral compass and a firm belief in justice. Hal is initially skeptical of John, feeling territorial about his sector, but the two quickly form a bond over their shared sense of duty.

Sinestro is revealed to be on the planet Qward, in the antimatter universe, where he has begun to forge a new weapon: a yellow power ring powered by fear. He starts building an army known as the Sinestro Corps to challenge the Green Lantern Corps and the Guardians, whom he believes are too weak to bring true order to the universe.

Hal and John undergo rigorous training on Oa with Kilowog (voiced by Michael Clarke Duncan) and Tomar-Re (voiced by Geoffrey Rush). John, with his military background, quickly proves to be an adept Lantern, mastering the ring’s capabilities faster than expected and is much more practical in his constructs than the free spirited Hal, who is more stylish and fun even in combat. Hal is annoyed by Johns progress, thinking of himself as weak and maybe in need of more power.

Through a series of flashbacks, we learn more about Sinestro’s past, including his close relationship with his mentor Abin Sur (Temuera Morrison), Hal’s predecessor. Sinestro’s descent into a darker path is juxtaposed with Hal’s determination to stay true to the ideals of the Green Lantern Corps, despite the temptations of power and control.

Sinestro sends a small team of his newly formed Sinestro Corps to Earth to test the Green Lanterns and spread fear among the population. They attack Coast City, causing mass panic. Hal and John respond, engaging in a fierce battle that showcases their teamwork and contrasting styles. The two manage to repel the attackers but not without collateral damage, reinforcing Sinestro’s belief that the Green Lantern Corps is ineffective.

With his army growing stronger, Sinestro leads a full-scale assault on Oa. The battle is immense, with members of the Sinestro Corps using their yellow rings to wreak havoc across the planet. Sinestro confronts the Guardians, accusing them of weakness and incompetence, stating that only he can bring true order to the universe. During the battle, several notable Green Lanterns are severely injured, and the Corps finds itself on the brink of destruction.

Hal and John lead a counter-offensive against Sinestro’s forces. They are confronted by Sinestro himself, who easily overpowers them with his mastery of fear-based constructs. Sinestro taunts Hal, suggesting that he, too, could wield a yellow ring with greater ease given his human fears and doubts.

During the battle, Hal is separated from John and trapped in a mental construct by Sinestro that forces him to confront his deepest fears: the deaths of his father and Abin Sur, his failure to protect the universe, and his fear of becoming like Sinestro. Meanwhile, John faces off against Arkillo, a monstrous member of the Sinestro Corps. Despite being outmatched, John’s willpower and determination allow him to hold his own.

In the midst of his mental torment, Hal hears the voice of Ganthet (James Earl Jones), one of the Guardians who believes in Hal’s potential. Ganthet encourages Hal to find strength not in his fear but in his hope and determination to protect. With renewed resolve, Hal breaks free of Sinestro’s construct, embracing his own fears and turning them into a source of strength rather than weakness.

John’s fight with Arkillo becomes a symbol of his resilience and determination. Despite his ring’s power running low, John refuses to back down, using his military training and strategic mind to outmaneuver Arkillo and ultimately defeat him. His actions inspire other Green Lanterns who have been losing hope in the face of Sinestro’s assault.

Hal and John confront Sinestro in a climactic battle. The fight is intense, with Sinestro showcasing his mastery of fear constructs and his understanding of the yellow ring's power. Hal and John use their combined willpower to create a massive construct together, symbolizing the strength of their partnership and unity. Sinestro, despite his power, is overwhelmed by their sheer determination and the power of their combined will.

In a final act, Hal, with John’s support, manages to shatter Sinestro’s yellow ring. Defeated but not broken, Sinestro is taken into custody by the Green Lantern Corps. He warns Hal that his ideology will outlive him and that the universe will always have those who see fear as a more powerful motivator than will.

The Guardians, impressed by the resilience of the Green Lanterns, decide to take a more active role in guiding the Corps. Ganthet, in particular, expresses his belief that the Corps needs to adapt and evolve, hinting at potential changes in their approach to policing the universe. The guardians order the doubling of the ranks of the Corps, to provide more security and to also ensure that no one lantern can be corrupted again as they will always have someone to keep an eye on them.

Back on Earth, Hal and John reaffirm their commitment to protecting their sector. Hal acknowledges John’s skills and leadership, suggesting they make a good team. John, in turn, shows his respect for Hal’s experience and willingness to learn from him. The laugh together and go to a bar, before using their rings to have a target practice game at a junkyard. The camera pans up to the stars as they laugh and mess around, before two stars turn green and flash the screen before we get the title card and the credits.

Mid Credits - On Ysmault, Atrocitus emerges and declares vengeance across the stars.

Post Credits - a crew of pirates plan to steal a submarine, and they mention Aquaman, before stating that if he turns up they'll gut him like the fish he pretends to be.

Deadshot (Will Smith) - Deadshot is captured in a high-stakes gunfight while attempting an assassination on a corrupt politician. His capture is depicted as a high-intensity action sequence, emphasizing his deadly accuracy and the personal stakes he faces.

El Diablo (Jay Hernandez) - El Diablo’s capture occurs after he unleashes his pyrokinetic abilities during a gang war. His immense power and his subsequent surrender are portrayed in a dramatic scene where he shows both his destructive capabilities and his internal struggle with his violent past.

Captain Boomerang (Jai Courtney) - Captain Boomerang is captured after a series of high-profile heists and bank robberies. His capture is marked by a comedic yet action-packed chase involving his signature trick boomerangs.

Killer Croc (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje) -Killer Croc is captured during a violent confrontation in the sewers of Gotham, where he is finally subdued by a specialized task force. His capture scene highlights his monstrous strength and resilience.

Waller assembles these criminals at Belle Reve and offers them a chance at redemption:

  • Reduced Sentences: Successful completion of missions will lead to sentence reductions or potential release.
  • Explosives: Each member is implanted with an explosive device in their head, ensuring compliance and preventing escape.

Waller presents the Squad with their first mission: to retrieve a mystical artifact known as the “Crown of Souls" that has been stolen by a dangerous cult. The artifact has the power to grant immense influence over minds and has fallen into the hands of a villain with deep ties to occult practices: Vandal Savage.

Vandal Savage, an immortal villain with centuries of experience, has taken control of the cult “The Children of the Sun”. He plans to use the Crown of Souls to dominate and manipulate key global leaders to create chaos and consolidate his power. The Squad is tasked with infiltrating Savage’s stronghold and retrieving the artifact before it can be used.

The Squad faces numerous challenges as they navigate Vandal Savage’s well-guarded compound, filled with cult members and mystical defenses. The internal conflicts among the team members—Harley Quinn’s chaotic behavior, Deadshot’s focus on his daughter, El Diablo’s struggle with his violent impulses, Captain Boomerang’s antics, and Killer Croc’s intimidating presence—create friction.

Rick Flag (Joel Kinnaman) takes charge, using his military training to manage the team’s dynamics. His attempts to build trust and cooperation gradually earn the Squad’s respect, especially as they learn to work together to overcome various obstacles.

The Squad confronts Vandal Savage and his cultists in a climactic battle. Savage uses the Crown of Souls to enhance his abilities and control his followers, creating a formidable adversary. The Squad must use their individual skills and newfound teamwork to defeat Savage and secure the artifact.

Rick Flag and Deadshot’s partnership proves crucial, with Flag’s strategic thinking complementing Deadshot’s sharpshooting. The team manages to overcome Savage’s defenses and prevent the artifact from being used for global domination.

With the Crown of Souls secured and Vandal Savage defeated, the Squad returns to Belle Reve. Their successful mission has proven their capabilities, and Waller acknowledges their achievements. However, their future remains uncertain, and the Squad is left reflecting on their roles and the possibility of further missions.

The film ends with the Squad back in their cells, contemplating their potential for redemption and the new threats that might arise, setting up for possible future missions.

Wonder Woman [2017]

Keep this mostly the same, but for the modern day sequences, have Alfred Pennyworth give her a box containing an Amazonian tiara, and then have Bruce Wayne facetime her from her computer. Alfred smiles and walks away while Diana and Bruce talk. Bruce checks in on her and there is evident tension, and Diana ponders the tiara. As she does, we get the flashback into the main movie, and its revealed the tiara came off during her fight with Ares and eventually found its way to America from collector to collector

JUSTICE LEAGUE [2017]

CAST Ben Affleck as Batman Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman Jason Mamoa as Aquaman Ray Fisher as Cyborg Lucas Till as The Flash Stanley Tucci as Lex Luthor Joe Mangianello as Deathstroke

The world is still recovering from the death of Superman, with crime and chaos on the rise. It's been one year since Superman's sacrifice, and the planet is in desperate need of heroes to step up and protect it.

Act 1: The World Without Superman

The movie begins in Metropolis, where a somber memorial service is being held to honor Superman on the first anniversary of his death. Citizens gather around a massive statue erected in his honor, leaving flowers and mementos. Batman watches from a distance, haunted by the memory of Superman's sacrifice and watching dilligently for any threat to Supermans memory.

As the memorial continues, an explosion suddenly erupts nearby. Batman rushes to investigate, discovering that Clayface is behind the destruction. A gritty, intense battle ensues as Batman uses his intelligence, gadgets, and brute force to defeat Clayface on his own. The fight showcases Batman's determination and tactical prowess. Batman asks Clayface what hes up to, referring to him as both Clayface and Karlo, proving how Batman has not only fought his rogues gallery for a long time but come to terms with the fact he can quite often speak to both sides of their pysche and alter egos. Clayface says hes buying time and Batman uses an ice grenade on him, freezing him.

Immediately after subduing Clayface, Batman receives an alert about a break-in at a high-security facility in Gotham. Racing to the scene, he confronts Deathstroke, who is stealing classified data. The two engage in a brutal, hand-to-hand fight, with Deathstroke revealing hints of a shared past with Batman, suggesting they have crossed paths before. Just as Batman begins to gain the upper hand, Deathstroke’s team—Grid, Giganta, King Shark, and Captain Cold—arrives and overwhelms him. Batman fights valiantly but is nearly defeated until Wonder Woman arrives, evening the odds. Together, they manage to fend off the villains, who retreat after securing the data they needed.

Returning to the Batcave, Batman is greeted by Alfred, who tends to his wounds. Alfred expresses concern about Bruce going up against such powerful enemies alone and subtly suggests that perhaps it’s time he considers working with others again. Bruce, still carrying the weight of Superman's death, is reluctant but acknowledges that the world has grown more dangerous.

Act 2: Assembling the League

Bruce Wayne tracks down Arthur Curry (Aquaman) to a remote fishing village in Norway. The scene is set against the dramatic backdrop of icy fjords and rugged coastline. Arthur is seen helping the local fishermen, using his powers discreetly to protect the village from illegal trawlers. Bruce approaches him, trying to convince him to join the League. Arthur, however, is dismissive and gruff, stating that he has no interest in the affairs of the surface world and is more concerned with the oceans. Despite Bruce's best efforts, Arthur refuses, leaving Bruce frustrated.

Meanwhile, in Central City, Barry Allen (The Flash, played by Lucas Till) is using his speed to fight crime in his own quirky, youthful way. He's shown helping people and being somewhat of a local hero, but with an awkward, endearing demeanor. Batman visits him at his makeshift lab, surprising Barry with his sudden appearance. Their interaction is lighthearted, with Barry being starstruck and eager to join the team, even before Bruce can fully explain the situation. Bruce sees potential in Barry’s abilities and recruits him, adding a much-needed youthful energy to the team.

In Gotham, Batman meets with Commissioner Gordon on the rooftop of the GCPD. As the Bat-Signal illuminates the night sky, Gordon quips, "It’s nice to see you playing nice with others again." Batman, slightly smirking under his cowl, informs Gordon about the growing threat. Gordon agrees to keep an eye out for any unusual activity and provides some leads on Deathstroke’s movements. Their exchange is brief but underscores their long-standing partnership and mutual respect.

Diana Prince (Wonder Woman) travels to Norway herself, where she seeks out Arthur Curry once more. Unlike Bruce, she approaches him not with logic but with empathy, sharing her own experiences of being a god among humans and understanding the loneliness and burden that comes with it. Diana’s genuine compassion and wisdom resonate with Arthur, who sees in her a kindred spirit. This bond leads Arthur to reconsider, and he agrees to join the League, realizing the importance of protecting both the ocean and the surface world.

Back in Gotham, Batman tries to recruit Victor Stone (Cyborg). Bruce appeals to Victor’s sense of duty and potential, offering to help him better understand and control his cybernetic abilities. Bruce’s offer of mentorship and his personal understanding of what it means to lose one’s humanity resonates with Victor. Reluctantly, Victor agrees to join, seeing the League as a way to find purpose in his new life.

While the heroes are assembling, Deathstroke continues to lead his team—Grid, Giganta, King Shark, and Captain Cold—on a series of coordinated attacks across the globe. These assaults are not random but part of a larger strategy to gather footage and data on the Justice League's powers, which will later be used by Luthor to perfect his secret weapon: Amazo. The League tries to stop the villains but struggles to work together effectively, leading to a demoralizing defeat in their first major encounter.

Act 3: The Rise of Amazo

Determined to turn the tide, the Justice League regroups and uses Aquaman's unique abilities to track King Shark through the oceans. The trail leads them to an abandoned military compound, hidden on a remote island. Realizing this is the villains’ base of operations, the League prepares for an all-out assault.

As the League infiltrates the compound, they encounter Deathstroke and his team once more. A fierce battle ensues, with the heroes facing off against their respective villains. During the fight, it is revealed that all of Deathstroke’s attacks were part of a larger plan to help Lex Luthor create Amazo. As the battle rages, Luthor remotely activates Amazo, who is unveiled as a massive android capable of mimicking the powers of any hero or villain it encounters.

The Justice League is caught off guard as Amazo begins to absorb and replicate their powers, becoming an unstoppable force. Despite their best efforts, the League is nearly defeated, with Amazo overpowering them at every turn. However, Cyborg discovers a flaw in Amazo’s programming: it can be overloaded by forcing it to mimic too many powers simultaneously. Working together, the League executes a risky plan, causing Amazo to short-circuit and self-destruct. Though victorious, the battle leaves them shaken, realizing just how close they came to losing everything.

With Amazo destroyed, the true mastermind behind the attacks is finally revealed—Lex Luthor. Until this moment, Luthor had stayed completely in the shadows, manipulating events from behind the scenes. The League confronts him, but thanks to his immense political power and influence, Luthor manages to avoid imprisonment. As he smugly walks away, he hints that this was just the beginning, leaving the League wary of what might come next.

Act 4: A New Dawn

In the aftermath, the Justice League stands united, realizing that they must continue working together to protect the world from the threats that lie ahead. The bond between the team members is solidified, and subtle hints of a potential romance between Bruce and Diana are woven throughout their interactions, though nothing overt is stated. They officially form the Justice League, with Batman and Wonder Woman as co-leaders, ready to face whatever comes next.

In a mid-credits scene, Lex Luthor is seen in his private quarters, reflecting on his defeat. He calmly states, "I’ll need a new team." Deathstroke, still bruised but alive, steps out of the shadows and nods, implying that the Legion of Doom will return, stronger and more dangerous than ever.

In a second post credit scene, the death of Superman at the hands of Doomsday is shown in slow motion. As Superman takes his final breath, a shockwave of energy is released, resonating across the universe. Cut to an alien world, where Steppenwolf stands on a battlefield littered with the bodies of his enemies. Feeling the shockwave, he smiles darkly and whispers, "For Darkseid."

In the final post-credits scene, Amanda Waller, who was present at the Superman memorial, is seen getting into a black SUV. As it drives away, she makes a call and says, "It’s time to launch Task Force X."

My DCCU *phase 1, part 8*

Batman Vs Superman [2016]

Cast - Ben Affleck as Batman Henry Caville as Superman Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman Stanley Tucci as Lex Luthor Amy Adams as Lois Lane Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth

For the most part, this movie will follow the events of Snyders extended edition. Batman does not use guns, he is simply incredibly brutal and violent, still mourning the loss of Robin and the loneliness he feels as the Bat. Superman has had 2 films at this point and is still a point of cultural tension between those who idolise him and those who fear him.

Again, Supermans costume is far brighter than that of the DCEU, as Superman is a figure of hope misinterpreted by the Batman.

Doomsday will still happen, but he is almost completely redesigned. The Death of Superman story is integral to the next phase, with his return being a triumphant moment.

Superman and Doomsday are weakened due to a nuclear bomb hitting them and it is revealed that Lex Luthor advised the President to do so and that as the Presidents Defence advisor he evades justice for what he did. Supermans death is still a sacrifice to end Doomsday.

The Martha scene is spoke about between Batman and Superman, with Clark asking Batman during the fight why it worked, and Batman says that "had you simply said save my mother i wouldn't have listened. But Martha is a human name, so you were raised here, and truth be told you're far more human than me."

Bruce speaks to Diana at the funeral and asks her to help him keep tabs on other metahumans so they can give Superman a legacy and help save the world.

Take out the scene of Steppenwolf talking to Lex

Mid credits - Lex Luthor is revealed as the head of Cadmus, using trial and error from the doomsday experiment to create a superman clone. We see two tubes, one called BZO and one called SB1.

Post Credits - Batman visits Lex Luthor in his penthouse, threatening him within an inch of his life before disappearing into the shadows.
