Greetings to all. I am a newbie who recently joined this sub. I am a working professional who likes to read, game, sketch and paint. I play lots of board games and also on my old PS3 console. I also like watching movies and animes occasionally. I am also deaf. I live in capital region of India which is a metro city. Would love to make new connections here and talk about various interests and hobbies. Cheers to all fellow people in the sub.
Two things I wanted to try as summer makes my skin dry and miserable and a fun pillow cover. Because life is too short to be taken seriously every minute. Thank you so much for making me giggle and feel loved.
Thank you so much! u/babygirlneedstovent

Hi there! Intro post
Hi everyone! My name is Brittany, I’m a nail student and love trying new techniques. I randomly found this subreddit and love that there’s still kindness around the country with the crazy times we’re living in. Can’t wait to meet you all! Glad to be a part of the group. I read the user manual but I’m still a bit confused. It was a lot to take in. I think I have the basics down. What’s really confusing me is the flair and how to add your wishlist. I don’t want to go against any of the rules. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Hope everyone has a wonderful day and stay safe! Can’t wait to hear from you! ❤️
Hosted this contest last year and been meaning to do it again. This is for anyone who has a collection, or doesn’t or has been meaning to get into manga!
Tbh I’m very behind on manga and manhwa in general. But the small voice in my head is telling me to listen to even more recommendations.
Here are the rules!
For me My favorite manga is Nana and my favorite mangaka author is Ai Yazawa who wrote and illustrated Nana. I’m waiting on the latest volume of Sign of Affection to read. Sometime ago I checked out A Condition Called Love, Sweat and Soap and My Happy Marriage as well as other titles from my local library.
I suggest anyone who has a local library to see if they have a manga collection. I was able to check out these and many other manga from my library. I tend to gravitate to Shojo/romance titles more, slice of life, josei mangas are one of my choices too.
Legal manga apps where I get my manga fix!
Azuki, a digital library manga service, has different titles and publications!
ShonenJUMP, owned by Shueisha
Manga Viz, owned by Shogakukan-Shueisha
Manta (webtoons)
Manga Plus, owned by Shueisha
Mangamoo, I don’t use it but I tried it out before!
Crunchyroll’s manga app.
Also if you have a library card, I suggest downloading Libby to see what sort of manga or other ebook titles your library has. The app is free!
