Gifted u/LilBearLulu for winning my (almost) birthday month giveaway! Congrats and hope you enjoy 😊💜
For just being a genuine place of enjoyment for a lot of us. ♡ Reminds me when I need it most of the good that still exists everywhere. ❤️
Hi! I’m not sure who to thank because I think their real name may be on the note and I don’t want to expose their information.
But thank you to whoever sent me my advent calendar and book! I’m so excited!
Welcome to today’s Post-Holiday Saturday Thread! If you’re new here, here’s a quick rundown of what these threads are all about:
And so much more to help you ease into the weekend!
So come on in, grab a virtual cup of coffee, and let’s unwind together.
QOTD: After a busy holiday, what’s your favorite way to relax and reset for the weekend?
Hi everyone! I recently joined this subreddit and am excited to continue to participate. I am 27F and am in grad school studying to become a French teacher. With the stress of grad school, I always try to find some joy in my day with little things I enjoy. I like to work out at a gym, watch youtube, play webkinz (remember that game?) and cook/bake. For all the Americans, hope you had a good thanksgiving!!
u/AvgAll-AmericanGirl because I wanted to Surprise you I am posting this after the fact.
Order# 113-6795310-0845058 you should have received it last Tuesday. This is just a little something to Cheer your week.
Hi everyone! New here! I’m 19, from the Philippines. While scrolling, this community found my attention and it just melts my heart! Seeing people making other’s people day and simply sharing!
I’m currently a scholar to be a nurse in Germany soon and I just passed my language exam! Kinda nervous because I’ll be arriving there hopefully next month and its winter. We don’t have cold weather here in my country haha! Also, I still don’t have all necessities. But yeah! Im just happy because I know that I can finally help my parents when I’m already studying and working in EU.
Btw, how will you describe my country based on your experience or what you know? Im just curious! Hehe! Hope to make new friends here!
Cereal isn't here yet but I got the needed undergarments thank you! 😊

Romance I think is great tooo!!! I like horror games but I barely play any I usually just watch horror gameplays though I have played LIS(Life is strange) and Until Dawn I’m totally into Silent hill, Resident Evil, Outlast. I love Edgar Allan Poe, Herman Hesse, and wish to read more philosophers and great writers. Other than that I usually love any Adventure media or games with serious content like What remains of Edith finch or more. I love foggy weather it’s so beautiful to see every time it happens!!!~

Hello everyone, I just discovered this sub and thought it was super cute! I've just been scrolling for a bit, and everyone is so sweet so I thought this would be a cool reddit to join. I am 19, and I live in Texas. I love collecting things, and my two biggest collections right now are my stamps and my clocks. I own a cockatiel named Fred, and my favorite music genre is industrial metal. I would love to hear what kind of music you guys like, and is anyone a fan of physical media? I myself love to collect CDs! Hope everyone is having a good day and can't wait to hear from you! :))
Thanks u/kubunto! Super sweet of you and much appreciated! :)
Hello!
I've been on this subreddit for a long time, but haven't interacted with it. I am a 33 year old woman from Florida. I live in Montana now with my husband, dog, and cat. I have really changed over these past few years. I stopped drinking alcohol, and started to deal with trauma that I had buried deep down inside of me. I am now diagnosed with CPTSD, ADHD, Anxiety, and depression. I used to be a 'party girl' and had a ton of friends, but now I isolate at home and don't have friends out where I live. It definitely can get lonely, but my partner and my pets really help me. I love playing video games and listening/singing to music. I am a dog groomer and have a passion for animals. I hope you're having a nice day, and I look forward to talking to you :)
Hey everyone! 👋
I’m Hana, an engineering student who’s finally getting around to being more active here. I joined a while ago but was a bit of a lurker—decided it’s time to change that! 😅
I’m super passionate about reading (mostly fantasy and romance) and could easily spend hours getting lost in a good book. Plot twists, slow-burn romances, and complex characters are my jam! If you have any recommendations that fit that vibe, feel free to share. 📚💫
Outside of reading, you’ll probably find me on the badminton court (I take my games seriously), or maybe exploring some random hobbies when I need a break from college life.
I’m here to connect and have some fun. If you happen to be looking for someone to chat about books, hobbies, or just life in general, hit me up anytime!
Can’t wait to get to know everyone! 😊
I work in the non-profit sector and Giving Tuesday is like our Superbowl. It exists to serve as a global generosity movement after Thanksgiving and Black Friday. It's a huge day of fundraising. I like to hold this contest every year to donate to someone's favorite organization. I will send something small off of your wishlist and then a larger donation to the organization of your choosing. I will also donate in honor or memory of someone if you like.

Hello everyone! This is technically a re-intro but I can't put as tag as such.
I was active here a few years back but then barely used reddit while I was in a really bad (for me and my mental health) relationship. I've finally left that, and am working hard to reclaim myself as myself and do things I enjoy.
I am a mom of 5 kiddos, and I just turned the dreaded (for me) 4.0 this year.
I have many cats, and a pet bird. Sadly, the end of 2023 and start of 2024 was rough in terms of pets. Though the rest of the year has turned around in that regard. I am hopeful that 2025 will bring much better things.
I love the color blue! My name AoiOkasan means "Blue Mom" and not because I'm sad (though I do have depression heh) but because I love the color blue. I've had my hair blue more than any other color since 1999!
I love my kids, my pets, crafting, listening to music, singing, baking, and most recently I've started streaming as a secret persona. I enjoy resin crafts and very slowly crochet. I also love makings silly cutesy beaded bracelets. I love Decora style but only wear it to conventions the rare times I get to go.
I am slowly trying to figure out what I want to print with the 3D printer I got last year for Christmas. Oops! Other than the test print it's been taking me awhile.
My favorite colors are blue, silver/grey, black, pink, and purple! I like dark shades and pastels when it comes to colors, vs brights.
Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving, and I hope to see you around! :3
