hi! my high school friend group is having a 10 year anniversary reunion this weekend and we got a cabin in pigeon forge. we of course will spend most of our time there catching up (people flying in from all over) but i wanted to ask for recommendations for things we can do saturday during the day.

we are all mid twenties, even mix of boys + girls and are interested in day drinking and having fun.

we didn’t realize there was the slam car thing this weekend and now are nervous things will be crazy. of course we will be patient with traffic but if any locals have any tips on how to navigate this, greatly appreciated! thanks!

I’m going to Pigeon Forge in two weeks (coming from Indiana). The original plan was to then go onto Asheville for two days and finally into Charlotte. Obviously Asheville is not happening (praying for everyone affected by the storm). I still would like to try to go onto Charlotte. Am I going to be able to get to Charlotte from pigeon forge? Thanks for any advice!

I have a trip to Pigeon Forge at the beginning of December. I don't exactly know what the situation is up there. Are there any good alternative routes to Pigeon Forge from SC? I don't know if I should cancel or wait and see. Any information would be helpul.

I understand the Pigeon Forge crowds are insane the actual days of the event (Thurs-Sat), and in my experience they thin out very quickly on Sunday. How are the crowds the weekend and weekdays prior to the event? Do crowds typically show up the weekend prior? Tuesday/Wednesday prior?

Family and I planned a trip last month the 27-29 for obvious reasons we stayed home Friday. Wondering if most places are opened, could we still get a weekend in.

My boyfriend and I are going to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg next weekend, Oct 4th-7th. The 4th-6th we’ll be staying in Pigeon Forge and the 6th-7th, our cabin is closer to Gatlinburg.

We have a few things already planned (helicopter tour and Ripley’s) but was looking for any opinions on the MUST do’s! Also looking for a recommendation for specifically a nicer place to have a romantic dinner (where we can dress a little nicer), a good brunch spot, and any restaurants that are must try’s in general.

This website offers free tickets to some of the attractions around the area in the price of the stay, but something about it feels off to me, so I wanted to ask if anyone has ever booked through them or have any experience with them. We’re vacationing in pigeon forge this week (sept 21-sept 28) and were looking to rent a slingshot for a good portion of a day to drive through the mountains. We have 4 people so would need to rent 2. Does anyone have any recommendations on rental places? We’re looking for something pretty cheap, I saw 8 hours for around $350 (each). Are there any cheaper or is that about as good as we’re going to get? TIA
