I've tried A Gentleman In Moscow like 5 seperate times and it stutter for a few minutes until it eventually exits out of the app completely. when I try and watch other shows/movies it stutters and freezes. I canceled the app but I'd like to get something out of it for the time being. Is there a fix for this? I'm watching on a my Google smart TV and every other streaming app works perfectly so its definitely something wrong with this app. Any suggestions?

I’m trying to watch The Outsiders and my Roku says it’s on Paramount+ but when I try to click on it from the Roku search menu it just buffers for a bit and brings me to the home screen of Paramount+, if I try typing it in on the Paramount+ search it doesn’t come up so was it removed and Roku‘s search just isnt updated?

edit: yes it’s been removed but it’s free (with ads) on Tubi! I only got like 4 groups of like 4 10 seconds ads throughout the whole movie

We basically got Paramount Plus for Star Trek and it's been fine until this week when there are no subtitles anymore or even a place to enable/disable them.

Is the problem on my end or did they get rid of subtitles for some reason?

I'm watching it in a browser.

I checked episodes I've already seen with subtitles and they're gone now too.

I thought typically the new episode was released the following day. Is that incorrect?

I get Showtime through my Cox cable service. I can only watch Showtime content through what’s playing on TV. When I try to stream something, I am told I need to update my ParamountPlus subscription to include Showtime, which I won’t do because I am already paying for it and I can’t find a way to link my service through Cox. Any suggestions?

i have had paramount plus on my amazon prime account for about 6 months now and never had an issue but yesterday i went to watch something and for some reason on the app i don't have access to paramount but on the internet extension i still have access to it.

I got the service today and it does NOT make me continue the trial — there are SO MANY issues, are there any known solutions for them?

1. The login via Apple subscription is terrible, the app does nothing, then shows sign out option only, then when I restart whole Apple TV it finally loads.

2. I played 2 episodes of Star Trek discovery and then the third doesn’t load at all. It just hangs. The fourth episode works though. Insane

This app and service seems to be underbaked like my grandmas meatloaf and it makes me sad because catalogue had me excited.

On my LGTV the app worked perfectly until suddenly just shows this. I can't enter the app and "Log out" is the only option available, if I press it it just... Logs out. Then it shows the exact same but with the "Log in" option. I log in, and guess what: it goes to the exact same as before, it just shows "log out". I don't know what to do, and I can't find a solution anywhere, so if anybody knows what's going on I'd really appreciate your help!

When I select the Cast option from my mobile app, the language changes from English to German. The options don't even include English in the audio. But if I am watching just on the mobile device, it is in English and shows the options for the other languages.

It is happening with several shows. Including episodes I previously watched in English. Did something change or am I missing something?

My wife and I have been watching Voyager for a month or so, we stopped in the middle of an episode yesterday and when we went back to it today there is no English Audio, it is defaulting to German. I got the app on my phone, go to the sign up, put my full name, email and password in and it keeps saying "An error has occurred, please try again at a later time", then when I try to see if I can use the same email and password to maybe login it says "invalid username/password"

I tried singing up on my phones Web browser and my firestick to see if that changed anything but it doesn't, why tf can I not sign up? What's actually going on?
