hi, I’m searching for a cat friendly one to two bedroom apartment in Tempe or closer to Tempe in Phoenix. I’m a soon to be 21 year old student, I make about $1-1.3k a month now that I’ve bumped up my hours. I have no rental or credit history (very little credit history actually) and no guarantor or co-signer at the moment. I just need someone who is willing to work with that.

I have a friend who had a bad car accident a few years ago and as a result, had both legs amputated. Somebody STOLE his wheelchair. Hes really self conscious as it is when he gets out of the car to get his wheelchair from the trunk, but now he's without one completely. So this is a long shot, but figured I'd try anyway...

Does anybody have a wheelchair that would help him out? I don't even know the brand of the one he has, but I do know that the armrests(?? Were removable. Unfortunately, Im not in the bést place financially to be able to pay much, but I'll try to get together what I can. He's literally without one at all right now.

Hi! Im looking for local artists who can sketch/paint wedding guest portraits in under 10 minutes. I already checked Instagram and most of the live wedding guest artists are either overpriced or booked for my date.

My budget is between $800-$1.5k for 5 hours. Depending on the artist’s style and past experience as a live artist.

I have a partial in-ground swim spa in my backyard that is being removed soon, which will leave a 360 cubic feet hole (15’ X 8’ X 3’) that I need to fill in with dirt. Looking for referrals for someone that has dirt, can deliver it, and deposit it in the hole - hopefully for a reasonable price. 🙂

Home is in N Phoenix, and there is RV gate access that a Bobcat or small/compact loader can pass through to ferry the dirt back into the yard.

So my mom has been bed ridden for 4 years and after much effort and work on her part can now get into a wheelchair which is amazing! The problem is that the door to our bathroom is ridiculously narrow, like 23" wide and she definitely cannot get her wheelchair in there.

Do y'all have any contractors you've worked with that you would recommend? We've been trying to get help from the state but no one ever contacts us back after the initial response.

It is approximately size 5.

I had to pay a bunch of vet bills so it is at a pawn shop in Scottsdale, so meeting would have to be there to get it out of pawn. Price is what it costs to get it out of pawn. It falls out of pawn on the first and they will be selling it for more after that.

When my mom was alive, she had this ring insured for $10k - I was not on the policy so I do not have the insurance info. Asking $2,500 (may be less- just pay cash to get it out of pawn)

The pawn shop did test the purity and diamonds.

For full disclosure- it is pawned with a second ring that is NFS.
