Fall Harvest Celebrations

While the timing of this post seems to mostly include Northern Hemispherers, I am wondering from both Northern and Southern Hemisphere growers, if you all do anything special to celebrate--as a community or otherwise--your post-harvest times?

Will my plants get stunted from these night temps?

The seedlings are a few days old and these will be the nightly temperatures for the next 7 days, it's been around 12 C nightly temps for the past few days already so I'm not sure how well they are going to hold up with the below nightly temps

Friday.        - 8 C *

Saturday       -8 C *

Sunday      - 7 C

Monday -8 C *

Tuesday    - 12 C *

Wednesday.  - 12 C

Thursday    - 12 C

Will these nightly temperatures for the next 7 days permanently stunt growth?

Vevor bowl trimmer

Does anyone have the 16" trimer that has the grill and the grate for dry trim?... The one with the flat lid not the dome.

Do you feel the blade is to far away from the grate?

Any tips to make it work better?

hugelkulture questions

so I ran 12- 100 gallon pots filled with living soil and top dressed dry admendments. Plants for the most part turned out fire except for a few that were devastated by septoria. I was expecting to yield more like 3 ps a plant but only got 1-1.25 most. I had my pots sitting on pallets this year too so roots couldn't grow into the ground.

Next season I want to build some hugelkultur mounds and dump the 100 gallons of soil onto the mound to try to grow some bigger plants. Im in a swamp so growing in the ground isnt the best option water table is about 2-3 ft from soil surface.

the other option is getting 200 gallon living soil fabric pots cutting the bottom then build the hugelkultur in that with the 100 gallons of soil dumped on top.

or I can build raised beds out of logs 6'x6'x3' for each plant and build the hugel in there. I live on 23 acres of swampy woodland so I have an abundance of materials

Just want some thoughts on these approaches. I grew plants in the ground my first year here and plants did not yield well and get that big bcs soil was very wet. So im trying to figure out how to grow me some monsters 3-5 p plants?
