I just moved from Santa Cruz, where we have a couple of nice spa like environments where you can book a room with a private Japanese style soaking tub. I just adore a body of warm water to relax in and my bathtub is too small for my partner and I to soak in… is there anything like this in Orange County?

I recently tried STK Steakhouse in LA (and also in San Diego), and honestly, it was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had in my life. The vibe, the quality, everything was just top-notch.

Now, instead of driving all the way up to LA or down to SD, I was wondering is there any steakhouse in Orange County that’s just as good? Something with that same high-end, delicious steak experience?

My friends are visiting for my birthday in a couple of weeks and I want to show them a good time in OC. Would love to go out for some good food and drinks, and any other fun activities that you’d recommend. Preferably on the cheaper side. I recently moved to Irvine, and I haven’t experienced much here yet but I’m open to anything!

Why do they call it that? There is one tiny ferris wheel there, feel bad for tourists lol, call it Balboa Whale Zone, makes more sense.
