I'll take large-scale resurfacing of local roads. Our surface streets are in terrible condition. Our freeways are in much better condition. If we can't even maintain existing surface streets, let's not fork out billions of dollars to build new freeway lanes (Just the I-5 express lanes from La Jolla to Oceanside would cost $3.1 Billion).

I have clients who collectively use a lot of printer toner. Does anyone know of a toner recycle spot that will either pay a little for used toners or at least not charge to recycle them in bulk?

I've called out two different arborists for my house. Causing me to look up the Webster's Dictionary definition of the word because I thought I was going crazy. Both of them only wanted to cut down some trees with no insight. "Not a service we provide". Fine if that's what's needed but I need to know why these 4 trees are dying, and if it'll affect the other twenty in the row. Can anyone please recommend any arborists who can diagnose instead of just tree trimmers?

seeing if anyone knows any bike repair shops on the cheaper side, i live over near tricity in oceanside and my bike is getting near the point where i need to get it repaired-

i usually go to socal bike in south oside on coast hwy and vista but its a bit more expensive for my budget atm since i dont have lots of money, and its near a bus stop (i use my bike to get to work and everywhere else i take the bus, no car)

so anyone know of any shops either in downtown oceanside, the village or downtown vista that you would reccomend? dont mind taking the time to go to esco or san marcos either if its cheap just wanna stay in north county if i can (or even encinitas..)

This is my first post on Reddit but my family dog got out yesterday night due to fireworks and I’m just asking if anyone in the Escondido area near mission and where the Toyota dealership is sees this dog to please let me know or please contact the humane society. Please if you know anyone in that area share this post with them.
