Hello neighbors! Every year I do a blanket drive for the rescue pigs at Saving Animals & Healing Hearts farm animal sanctuary in Ramona. By the title I’m just trying to get an idea of which gym is the best bang for your buck.

I’m not a hardcore gym rat I just want to fill in any extra free time I have with the gym and get better shape than I’m in now. I know places like 24 and LAF have these high monthly prices and that’s what I’m trying to stay away from. I see that Chuze has good prices but can’t speak from experience. And PF, which I have signed up with before, just always seems too crowded any given time.

I’m open to all suggestions and opinions :)

I just want to give this place a huge shout out, they were absolutely amazing.

My partner and I unfortunately lost our dog a few days ago to a blood disorder and we took her into VEG originally for emergency care and I cannot express how amazing they were.

They immediately got to taking care of her, basically no wait time. And the hospital is an “open concept” so you can be with your dog every step of the way.

They even gave us our own room with a pullout bed, so we could sit with her all day In Between tests and scans.

The first night when we had to leave to go home for a few hours a nurse stood with her in her kennel and held her and pet her as she slept because she was too anxious.

I cannot thank them enough, they made an incredibly difficult few days much easier than it should have been.

Lived here a long time and it used to be 6 spots. Last year, the manager turned 2 of them into her personal spots and made 2 of the new “electric vehicle only” spots handicapped, so no one can use them since this is a low income neighborhood.

Now, they’ve started a new renovation project and put a giant dumpster over 2 of the 4 remaining spots. It’s been there for months and is expected to be well into next year. Is that legal?

I love Oceanside/Vista and would like to move there. I'm a Southern California native. I've heard lots of stories about Deep Valley, Townsite, and other neighborhoods but what is true and what is just an exaggeration? I should preface this with; I've spent ALOT of time in Oceanside and Vista so I'm making a somewhat informed decision. I've lived all over San Diego County and currently live in Santee. I'm a woc and can confirm all the things people say about Santee are not true. People have been nothing but friendly and I've never experienced any racism.
