Noone will tell you this,but this is the best trick to pass your nptel exams if u don't have time for dedicated studying, u can trust me as I followed this strategy and cleared 3 4 credit/12 week courses. Download all the assignment solutions and text transcriptions of the course, open gpt and put in assignments 1 by 1 and ask gpt to explain all the answers comprehensively,that way u can remember them better,and then after doing this for all the assignments, ask gpt to summarize the transcription in 20 pages. After that just mug up all the assignments again and learn the transcription summary. I can assure you that if you do this,u won't only pass but get by with great marks!!!!best of luck!don't be scared of the exam,mcq exams are a gimmick anyways, study smartly not hard!

I wrote the digital circuits paper on 3rd afternoon shift and felt that the paper was of very high level difficulty , I did expect it would be difficult from the assignments but not this much

i gave my economics of innovation exam on the 27th of October it was a pen and paper exam. i think it went okay but i need 40/100 in the exam to get certified. can anyone tell me who has given this exam previously that how the strictness of the checking done is and how easy or difficult it is to score 40%.

Anyone appearing for NPTEL exam Tomorrow on Modern C++ in Chennai

so tomorrow is my cloud computing exam. I had gone through all 12 assignment and understand most of it. what else should I study , like PYQ or transcript using chatgpt or continue going through the assignments? Any additional tips or resources you recommend?

EDIT: exam was too easy. just go through the assignment and previous year assignment(available on youtube). there are 3 sections containing 10, 15, 25 question respectively . 1st and 2nd section are directly (around 90%) from assignment while 3rd section contain around 4 numerical questions and few questions from assignment.

My exam center was at Jhankar College in Farukhnagar, Haryana.

Just gave the above exam and below are my pointer for future takers(I can also be the one🥲)

• 40% of the exam questions were from Panel data topic. So if you don’t prepare this single topic which is discussed in week 7 then you will find the exam hard to pass. I had about 20-30% understanding of the topic and was struggling big time. So get good grasp on random effects, fixed effects etc.
• Rest 60% of the questions were mix and about 70-80% from the assignment and straight forward. Some questions were tricky and needed good understanding of the topic.

Overall the exam felt harder as compared to the assignments. I will update once I get the result.

I've taken a post graduate level course but I'm ug student, our faculty told us if we pass nptel exam with credit points of 3, we can skip a college course on next semester but my doubt is even if i managed to pass the exam...can i skip the college course? I didn't take this course for that purpose but will help if that's possible

Last moment revision can be done by solving some questions from doubt sessions and some practice assignments questions as well! All the best everybody 👍

Has anyone taken the social innovation in industry 4.0 course ? Have a few doubts on how to prep ?

I have completed all the courses except 1 core course to get my Domain Certificate. Now my only concern is, if that remaining course will be open for next semester? This course has not been up since 2022 or 2023 and has no guarantee for next semester and the other courses are too hard for me to clear, I’d barely pass them (I hate the topics too). In this scenario what should I do? Contact nptel to release the course because I want to pursue it or just take a different course and hope I pass to achieve my domain certification. Note this is my last semester to earn this domain certificate.

I just wanted to know that if anyone else has the same exam, we can help each other, share important topics or resources..

Hi all, I have my exam for the subject Parametrized algorithms in a few days but the problem is that this subject is a tough one and needs quite detailed study of the topic. But the problem is that i can't find good resources to study , also the course instructor's teaching is not really upto the mark to be able to solve the questions in the assignment as well. If anybody know an alternate source for studying this subject then please share , it'll be a great help .
