" after a long consideration, I responded with the most deadass serious face, "An outstanding citizen" Now, I don't care what you think about me, but that was an absolute kamikaze by words. I guess it's a new policy to not fill the drink if you ask for no ice. Been doing this for years to get 1.5 portions in my cup from home. Today is the first time I've been "shorted". Can't believe it. After I use the rest of my card I'm never going back again. Not cool, Starbucks.
