I purchased a brand new Mercedes last week and have not received any kind of welcome Email from MB USA. I did receive an email from MB dealer itself with confirmation of the purchase but nothing at all from National. Is this normal? The buying process was not as smooth as purchases from other brands so I’m not sure if I’ve somehow fallen through the cracks.

When car is worm I get this, I check the tank it’s full. No leaking and the car doesn’t overheat, every morning I refill the tank 1.5L of water

Has anyone else had issues with your car not going into drive or reserve? Occasionally, mine will only stay in park until I restart the car.

No check engine light or other service lights on, car driving normal.

My 2012 Viano (ambiente 2.2) came up with ENR height warning followed by ENR not activated. It's now sat low on the rear suspension. Am I safe to drive to a garage as I assume this is an air suspension problem?

Two months into my CPO 2022 GLE 350.

-Vehicle will not unlock with touch of handle when keys are in pocket

-If sitting in car unlocked, horn/alarm goes off upon movement inside the car

-Will only start if placing key in sensory area. Will not detect key if sitting in cup holder etc

-lights remain on in car after exiting and have to open door to reset entry/exit

Anyone else have these issues??

I have changed the air vaccum pump as well but still it gives out the same code ?

My W205’s sunroofs’s right rear plastic leg is broken for a while. I don’t use sunroof that much so I haven’t got it done as my mechanic told me that they need to remove the headliner to replace the rails. However, a rattling noise comes from that area everytime I go over bad road which is quite annoying.

Is there a way to fix this noise without replacing anything or removing huge parts?

Hi everyone, I have (well had) a 2024 GLS 450 I bought back in February of this year which has had numerous issues since purchase. My AC doesn’t work, MB told me it’s a writing issue, they did not perform repairs for this however. I also have had an issue where my hazard lights kept saying “Hazard Light Malfunction” on the dashboard. My car has been making a horrible screech when braking too recently. These aren’t the only issues, but just some of the most prominent. Now, on a road trip the battery light showed up, luckily I was already close to my destination and survived until I got to a dealership. At the dealership, it died. It’s a bit upsetting as I had a 2019 GLS prior, which was extremely reliable and has never had any issues in my 5 years of owning it. Anyways, what’s next? Can I lemon it even though it’s never been marked in the service history? Should I contact MB? Please let me know if anyone here has ever had a buyback, and how the experience was with MB. (Also, my car is in a whole other state, so I’m a bit unsure how I’d get it back now)

And the Only issue I’ve noticed so far is a little thump sounding noise that sounds like it’s coming from the trunk when hitting a decent size bump in the road, hoping it’s a rear strut but I do know about the subframe issues these have which I am still covered for by MB any thoughts on the deal itself and or the noise lmk what you think.

I am looking at possibly purchasing a 2022 GLS 450 w/ night package and AMG exterior package. It's a gorgeous vehicle! It'll be my very first luxury car. Only think I was not crazy about and would be interested to hear other opinons has well, is how the captain chair on the driver side did not fold forward (there was no button for it). The salesman said to enter the back 3rd row, only the right captain chair folds forward. Not really a deal breaker, but every 3rd row SUV I know, both captain chairs fold forward.

Also, another somewhat concern. I understand Mercedes have a high depreciation rate. However, would purchasing it used for $61k increase my chances of going upside down? My finance amount would be $57k for 72 months at 3% (I work at a credit union so this is an employee rate)

Hi all, I just went to start my car that I had driven few hours ago without any issue and it is completely dead. No light coming on. Tried with switch in also. It is my daily drive and had no issue or warnings. Battery was replaced a bit less than 3 years ago. The only thing I did earlier today was to set my garage door opener homelink as I had installed a new opener few days ago.

Any idea? I doubt it is battery related but I will try jump starting as soon as I find a friend that is free and will drive to advance auto so they can test battery which is still under warranty.

These bumps look like a total after thought. Not great looking in my opinion.
