Care Access is doing free health screenings of lipoprotein(a), a1c, kidney function, and they also give a $45 gift card for your time, given in person once you participate. It is a pretty quick sign up on their website. When I went to a prior one they did it was pretty seamless without much wait and at a nice venue. Worth the money and free lab results for anyone interested.

Hi there. As a Marietta resident, I have been adamant in only working or applying to jobs inside of Cobb County. i consider anything outside of Cobb to be too much of a commute.

However, it’s time to expand my work options, and there’s lots of opportunities in Atlanta, but the drive freaks me out. Especially the monday to friday 8-5 drive that /everyone/ does.

If you live in Marietta and work in Atlanta, specifically in the heart of the city, what’s your commute like? How long do you spend on the drive? Is it worth it? Does your job provide you with free parking?

I've never experienced littering as bad as I have here. My yard is constantly full of litter. I used to think the trash people were spilling it but it's not even familiar products we buy and it pops up daily. I think people just throw it in our yard for some reason.
