The previous owner was spending around EUR 317 per month. He shown me. After one week I signed the notary deed the Syndic came to me asking for EUR 484.85.

Surprised by the increase I have asked explanation. This is what I received:

"your monthly charges were fixed during the last general meeting.The new annual budget was presented and approved"

They have send me the budget which is lower than the amount of last year. So I have asked the exact computation and how they arrived at that amount:

My questions are:

- Should they send an official paper for the reconciliation of the amount? I do I know if they did any mistake? Is there any official document to ask?

- The previous owner was leaving here in two people why I leave alone. I guess this will impact the costs. I am not sure about the compensation who pay s what. To me it make no sense to pay EUR 484.85

Can someone help to understand what are my rights? As now I only received a paper with the total budget but no computation of based on milliemes.

Dear All, I'm considering switching to PwC after almost 3 years at a small Lux accounting company. I previously worked at PwC in audit but left before any promotions, the department I'd be applying to is Tax for a senior accountant position . My reason for switching: I want more international exposure, sharper skills, training opportunities, and big company benefits like WFH, flexible work hours, lunch vouchers, perhaps a promotion ahead. Do you think that's an ok move? I know it's not stellar but my experience at PwC was not bad at all. Are the salaries ok?

I have just switched my summer tyres for my winter ones.

Based on comments in the various tyres posts that were made before, I gave a try to Mullerpneus in Bertrange. So far, had been a loyal customer of Goedert in Bereldange. The last time I got my tyres through an online shop (much cheaper), Goedert overcharged me and I seriously felt cheated. In the end, I am paying for a service, it should be my choice to source the tyres from them or not but well...

Had a great experience with Mullerpneus, friendly staff, efficient, Goedert will keep the car for an hour, Muller keeps it for 20 mins. No overcharge. Truly another level of service.

I would def recommend them going forward.
