M'athchonaroon everyone! I'm currently learning Dothraki and writing down some examples. Is the sentence "Khal ahhasa arakh fin drozha lajak" ("The khal sharpens the arakh that killed the warrior") correct? Thanks in advance!
Hey, I am new at this group, but I really interested in learning Dothraki, and I wanted to know, the phrase: "I missed you, moon of my life" have a literal translation?
Just thought I'd publish it here in case anyone is interested. It's free:
It sends you a word everyday and its meaning. I'm working to make it also send simple phrases where that word can be used
Hello! I need to conduct a survey for a school assignment. I have a Google Form consisting of eleven questions. The point of the survey is to see if languages (both natural and constructed) influence us. The only requirement is that you are learning (or have learned) another language. Thank you in advance for your participation!

If Dothraki sentence structure is SVO, then wouldn't the sentence "Jano ost qoraes lajakoon" translate to, "A dog bit hand warrior" instead of "A dog bit warrior's hand.". Because the warriors hand is the object and the hand belongs to the warrior?
Hello. I hope that this is the right place to ask this question, but I just finished watching Season 9, Episode 3 of The Office (US), whose episode title is "Andy's Ancestry". In the episode, Dwight offers to teach Erin the Dothraki language. As such, the language is used throughout the episode. I have looked around online, but I cannot seem to find a comprehensive translation of all of the Dothraki used in this episode, and I would be very grateful if someone could translate every line of Dothraki used in the episode.
For convenience, a transcript for the episode can we found here. As far as I know, only Dwight, Erin, and Pete speak Dothraki in this episode.

Dothraki does not appear before this episode. I am unsure if it appears in subsequent episodes, but I doubt that it will.
If it would help, I can ask on the Discord, but if the translation could be posted on Reddit, that would be great, because it would be publicly available to any other The Office fans who want to know the meaning of what was spoken.
Thank you.
Greetings all!
I come from a small Reddit community called 'The Encapsulated Language Project'. We are democratically creating a language which integrates as much scientific and mathematical knowledge into the language as possible. So far we've created a proto-phonology and have designed our own proto-number system. We are currently looking for new members to join and to suggest fresh ideas.

I wasn't really sure what flair applied here because there wasn't any collaboration type flairs.
All are welcome :)

Hi, me and a friend just made Flamingo Dothraki - a free app for teaching some cool dothraki sayings.
Would appreciate any feedback,
What would you like to see added to the app?
Thanks!
I’ve attempted accessing it over mobile for quite a few months and it’s never worked. Is it down?
Just a gentle mentioning that the community is largely active on the Discord server: https://discord.gg/punTtWF. Please feel free to join the conversation because we'd love to have you! Hajas!
Hi everyone! I do not know if you could help me. Over the last days I am trying to access the wiki page of dothraki, but I cannot. I either get a bad gateway error or I get an index page with the contents of the webpage or an error that the page is offline. Has anyone also experienced this? I tried in different computers and different networks, but still I get the same.
Thank you in advance
