Though I, the moderator, want to encourage original content, for the time being I'll allow web-comics to be posted. Feel free to submit your own made rage comics, though, as that is the main point of this subreddit.

Note: If you are going to submit something, please add a tag to the title to indicate the language. [german] or [italian] or [vietnamese] or whatever. So far everyone has been doing this without me saying to do it, and I want to make sure the new users do it.
