Hey everyone. Our roommates moved out yesterday without saying anything, and are refusing to pay their rent for November. We desperately need to find a roommate for this month, or we'll be evicted. We live in Walnut, CA right next to Mt. San Antonio College with Cal Poly right down the road.

The room you'd be renting is in a 3 bed, 1.5 bath apartment, it's currently unfurnished, and our amenities include covered carports, gated entry, onsite laundry, a pool, a gym and ac. We have 2 cats and 1 dog, are trans lesbians, gamers and nerds. We're asking for $1000 a month and first and last month's rent to move in, but we can be a little flexible on that part.
