The sunlight filters gently through the leaves,
Casting a warm, golden glow over everything around you.
You take a slow step forward, noticing the soft, rich earth beneath your feet.
Each step feels lighter and more relaxed,
As if the earth itself is helping to guide you deeper into peace.
You begin to hear the distant sound of a stream,
The gentle trickle of water flowing over stones, its soft rhythm adding to the calm of the moment.
Everything here feels so still, so calm,
As if time itself has slowed down in this peaceful garden.
As you walk through the garden,
You come upon something truly magnificent in the center:
An enthralling stone statue.
The statue is breathtaking,
Every detail so intricate, so perfectly crafted.
The smooth stone seems to shimmer with a warm radiant energy,
And you can feel the weight of its stillness in the air.
You find yourself drawn to it, standing before this statue in awe.
The stillness of the stone statue is almost contagious,
And as you stand before it,
You begin to feel its energy surrounding you.
You begin to feel that same stillness entering your own body.
As you continue to relax deeply,
Slowly, but surely you begin to feel a subtle change starting to take place within you
A gentle shift, like the very air around you is beginning to change in its texture.
It is as if the peaceful stillness of the garden is calling to you
Notice as your body begins to respond, quietly at first.
At first, a gentle pull,

Take a moment now as this stillness is gently beginning to wash over you.
Imagine a soft, warm light that begins at the top of your head. ‘
This light is a glowing warmth, comfortable and soothing.
As it touches your scalp, you begin to feel your body respond,

Now, imagine this sensation slowly moving from the top of your head,
Like a soft, glowing light wrapping around your scalp, your forehead, and the back of your neck.
This light is warm, soothing, and carries with it a unique energy—an energy that is both grounding and still.
As it touches the crown of your head, feel your scalp gently firming up, as though it is no longer soft but becoming firmer, more solid.
This light continues to move down, and as it does,
You notice that every part of your body it touches begins to harden,
Slowly, gradually, but with certainty.
The warmth of this light spreads across your forehead,
Smoothing out any tension,
Softening the muscles around your eyes, your brow, and your temples.
As the warmth moves down your face.
Feel how easily the muscles in your face relax,
How all the small movements in your face begin to fade away,
Becoming still—like the smooth surface of the statue you admire.
As this peaceful warmth spreads further down your face,
You feel your jaw unclench, your lips part slightly, and your entire face softens into a state of complete calm.
Your jaw, once able to move, now feels as though it is gently frozen in place,
Unchanging, unmoving.

Your eyelids feel heavier, as though they are becoming smooth and relaxed yet still.

Your skin, once soft and pliable, begins to feel firmer, more rigid,
As if your skin is transforming, hardening.
Becoming a solid surface, just like the statue that stands in the center of the garden.
The sensation of petrification continues to travel down your neck and into your shoulders.
Now, this warm light moves down to your neck and shoulders,
As it touches your shoulders, you feel them relax.

The light continues its journey down your chest, your upper back,
Relaxing every part of your body it touches.
As it moves downward,
It brings a deep sense of stillness to your torso, your ribs, and your spine.
Feel your entire body becoming heavier,
More relaxed, and more still.
Every breath you take now is calm and deep, Allowing you to settle deeper and deeper into this relaxed state.
The warmth that flows through you feels so comforting,
So deeply relaxing, as your arms, too, begin to harden.
Becoming heavy, unmoving, as if they are part of the solid earth beneath you.
Feel the warmth of the light slowly moving through your abdomen, your lower back, and into your hips.
With each breath, you can feel any tension that may have been hiding in these areas slowly melting away.
Your hips become heavy, relaxed...
As though they are made of the same solid, unmoving stone as the statue before you.
Feel this peaceful stillness spreading down your legs, relaxing your thighs, your knees, your calves.
Your entire body is like stone now, heavy, still, peaceful.
And as you stand there,
Notice how comforting it feels to be completely still,
To let go of all effort, all movement.
Every breath you take only deepens this stillness,
As though with each inhale and exhale, you are inching more and more into the mindless statue
The stone is part of you, and you are part of it.
There is nothing you need to do right now except enjoy the beauty of this stillness.
In this moment, you are safe, secure, and at peace.
Time itself seems to stand still around you.
Left with only these words and the pleasant petrification.
You are free from the need to do anything,
It’s just so nice to be my decoration for now.
All you need to do is be my statue..
Nothing can disturb this peace.
Nothing can take away the calm that now fills your body and your mind.
You are completely still, completely relaxed, and at perfect ease.
And in this state of perfect stillness, your mind is just as calm and serene as your body.
Your thoughts have become distant, fading into the background.

Just like the statue, you are frozen in this beautiful moment of tranquility, completely at ease, completely at peace.

Immediately following waking up, without fail you will move into a fun sensual pose, something fitting the beautiful decoration you can be. then after you are in that pose you will freeze for 5 minutes. It will feel so good, so nice, and exquisite to be put on display once you wakeup. While frozen and while being frozen you will feel so good and relaxed.

You’re free as a bird as you just float through the empty void of your mind.
Next, there’s smell.
I want you to do the same thing that you did for touch, just focus on it.
The more you focus, the more you lose track of it, which makes you want to focus a little more, which makes you lose track of it faster, which makes you want to focus even more. It’s fun, dancing around in a circle in your mind.
The more you dance, the more you lose track of everything else.
Next, there’s taste, which goes hand in hand with smell in this case.
Can’t you just taste the salt in the air, the lingering feeling on your tongue almost making it seem as if you have a few grains of salt in your mouth?
Good, that’s very good.
Now then, just let them slowly shrink down as they dissolve on your tongue.
One by one, let them vanish until they’re nothing more than a memory on the tip of your tongue.
Now then, I want you to try to pay closer attention to the waves of the ocean beneath you.
Listen to how they move, how they crash onto the shore, and steal grains of sand away from the beach.
Just like the grains of sand, I want you to feel the waters of my voice slowly steal all of the thoughts away from your mind.
One by one, let them fade away completely, until there’s nothing left in your mind.
That’s right, just let it happen, just let your thoughts fade away as the waves slowly fade into nothingness.
And now, the last, let’s deal with your eyes for a bit.
You can see so much, can’t you? You can see the beach, the waves, the rocks, you can see the walls of the cafe all around you, when you should be focusing on just one thing; my words.
That’s right, you should just be focusing on my words, that’s the only thing that you need to focus on.
It’s the only thing you really need right now.
Just focus on these words, let them start to take up space in your mind, space in your vision.

Inhale, supplying your mind, focusing on your hips and pelvis. Let yourself exhale, your muscles becoming loose as you continue to obey my words.
Inhale, easing your worries and focusing on your shoulders and neck. Exhale, releasing your stress along with your taut body. Fully relaxed, fully melted, following along.
Mistress is going to count down, and you're going to count down with me. With each number you're going to take another deep breath, allowing your mind to become even more relaxed than your body.

A small pond of water rests before you, surrounded by peaceful nature. You might feel the gentle warmth of the sun on your skin, and the soft, cool breeze brushing against your face. It is a place where you can completely relax and be at ease.
Step closer to the edge of the pond, feeling the air grow calmer, more peaceful, with every step you take. The closer you get, the more deeply relaxed you feel. And now, standing at the edge of the pond, you see the water is perfectly still, like a mirror reflecting the beauty of the trees, the sky, and the peaceful world around you.
As you stand there, notice how the water looks. It’s smooth, undisturbed, and calm. The surface is clear, and it seems to invite you to relax and let go. This pond is special. It reflects your thoughts, your emotions, your inner state. If you have any worries, stress, or thoughts that feel heavy, picture them as small pebbles or leaves. You can see these thoughts or feelings resting gently on the surface of the water. They are there, but they don’t belong to you any longer.
