The 416 a5 11 inch upper that the marines put on their M27 lowers uses a quad rail but it’s not the normal quad rail that from the A5. Does anyone know the which rail it is? Or have the HK part number?

From no H&K’s three months ago to now owning two very nice examples. Picked up the SP5 for a special occasion, and recently the USP fell into my lap for a price I could not refuse as it has an H&K OEM threaded barrel, match trigger and came with 6 magazines.

The SP5 is by far my favorite gun to shoot especially with subs , though finding 147gr that is actually subsonic in the 8.6”~ barrel is challenging occasionally. Planning on having the USP cut for optics as I really enjoy pistol shooting at 15+ yards and IMHO a red dot makes that much easier.

So I have a Dead Air Mask HD Suppressor that i want to put to use, so I picked up an H&K MP5 in 22LR today. Should be a fun range toy.

I recently picked up a magazine and found out that it came with one thirteen round mag and two ten round mags. I had questions about magazines.

1. Is there a way to convert the 10 rounders to 13 rounders? I know that the VP9 15 to 17 round conversion works on the 13 rounders to make it hold 15.

2. What other magazines are compatible?

Have prices for the MR 556 A4 come down at all since release? I'm debating between the Sig Spear LT and the HK MR 556 A4. The HK's steep price is making the Spear seem like a more cost effective option, though I actually lean more towards the HK due to some people having accuracy and barrel flex issues with the Spear LT.

Was looking at getting the new MR556 A4 but noticed the KAC SR-15s have been back in stock. Which would you recommend?

Since I had my HK p30L cut for an optic Now I need an outside the waistband holster for it that will work with an optic and looks like slim pickings when I search . Anyone have any recommendations ? Thanks

Did hk stick with those horrible proprietary mags for the new a4 version of the 7.62?
