Ok so I’m relatively new in Harmony fics and the ones I’ve started to read, Harry and Hermione have fallen out of their friendship for some reason or another. But I want some fics in where they are still friends but they end up falling in love (or they were previously in love I don’t care).

Hermione left Harry alone when he needed her most in the aftermath of the Third Task and the traumatizing events in the graveyard with Voldemort. But somehow, the author is able to craft a relatively brief final chapter that ends with the pair together in a way that, at least to me, feels genuine and earned. !<I also wanted to note that this isn't the first fanfic of theirs that I thoroughly enjoyed. I also highly recommend "Baby, It's Cold Outside", a wonderful Christmas fic, if you haven't read it yet.

LF a fic that is not common to the norm, post hogwarts maybe, and harry and hermione built a life for themselves before they realize the feelings they had for each other.

Can be a long fic or a short one. Smut is a plus. Weasley bashing is okay.

Looking for a Fic, very dark, a lot happened before it ,leaving them feeling betrayed,but the scene I remember has Harry and Hermione going dark. Literally killing the youngest two weasleys outside the burrow, with Ron getting the Blood Eagle on him

We are so excited to announce our first event of the season, our 2025 Valentine's event, the: HMS Harmony Love Language Fest.

This is a prompt claim and fulfil challenge open to all writers and artists. Anyone wishing to participate can claim any or all the prompts on AO3 and add their work to the collection by using the “Fulfil Prompt” function on AO3. Artists can post their completed fanart to either Instagram (tag @ hms_harmony), Tumblr (tag @ hms-harmony-discord) or submit it to the AO3 collection.

This event is focused on exploring the relationship between our favourite couple, through the fabled five languages of love, which make up the prompts. These love languages are:

• Words of Affirmation
• Quality Time
• Acts of Service
• Gifts
• Physical Touch (😉)

Rules:

1. The work has to revolve around the Harry/Hermione pairing.
2. Fanfics must be at least 1k words.
3. One work will only count as fulfilling one prompt.
4. All works must follow the HPHarmony community rules.

Happy Valentine's!

I'm not a fan of H/Hr, I never have been, I just can't see them together. But I'm a huge fan of Harry/Ron/Hermione and though I already love Harry/Ron and Hermione/Ron I've never seen Harry/Hermione. But I want to learn to appreciate that side of the trio ship as well. So can you guys recommend me some good Harmony fics? My rules are absolutely NO bashing, not of the Weasleys or Ginny or Dumbledore and definitely NO Ron bashing. Ron is one of my favorite characters and if I'm gonna read H/Hr than I want Ron to be the most supportive awesome best friend to them both. My other rule is no OOC and no love potions. Does anyone have any good recommendations that fit these rules and can change my opinion on Harmony?

I know it's a popular trope of making one or both of them have a long-time crush on each other, and I see where advocates of this trope are coming from, I am looking for fics where both of them start viewing each other in a non platonic light during the Hunt, after Ron leaves.

It kind of take them by surprise because although they are aware that both of them had found each other cute at some point over the years, that never escalated into a crush or something primal, until now.

I've read a few fics of this variety including Vox Corporis, Strangers on a Train, and Baby It's Cold Outside. Anybody got some more recommendations? Thanks!

For some reason that's my favorite type of H/Hr fic. That fits well with adventure romance, a rather addictive genre.

And I can't really say why, but I love DH compliant H/ Hr fics to Hogwarts era or Post Hogwarts stories.

I know many will say, they didn't fancy each other all these years but suddenly the camp trip to hell makes them have that epiphany?

I mean facing life and death situations together and being each others rock at lowest point of life can bring about a change of heart.

And it's not as if they are not aware of each other's physical appeal on an intellectual level. He found her jaw droppingly pretty in book 4, she boldly told him he was fanciable in book 6. But for some reason this didn't lead to concrete feelings till the hunt. It happens.

Also it's human to like different people at various stages in your life. I don't find that incongruous at all.

Harry can carry a torch for Ginny in book 6, break up with her and fall for Hermione in DH. That doesn't mean what he had with Ginny was fake. It was good while it lasted.

It's also not unbelievable if Hermione nurses a crush on Ron for some years but Ron leaving them mid hunt causes her to abandon that idea. And over the course of the next few months, her nascent admiration for Harry turns into a crush.

I find such a scenario perfectly feasible.

I read the fic long time ago and just recently realized that it was deleted from fanfiction.net and moved to ao3? (If that's right) I was wondering if I could get a consent from the author to translate this fic - I checked the profile and Notes, but couldn't find anything about the author. Could anyone please help? Are translations not allowed for this fic?

Looking for a fic where hermione comforts harry when sirius, also could be during tent or after war. I basically want smut fics where hermione comforts harry.

Could also be harry comforting hermione as well.

so, i just read 'A flower for the soul'' and was wondering if there's any such fic for Harmony.

for those who haven't read this. i am just looking for a story where Tom acts as a mentor to harry.

I am aware Hermione has far popular ships like Dramione, Snamione and Tomione.

While those ships has it's appeal for certain readers and I will never yuck anyone's yum, let's be honest, those ships have no other basis other than Hermione being the MFC.

MFCs will be paired with important male characters, especially if they are conventionally attractive. Nothing groundbreaking here.

While H/Hr is also technically a ship that is common in fandoms - pairing MMC and MFC, at least it has a very stong canonical backing and an impeccable friendship and mutual respect for each other.

I've been reading a few in this style lately, some that have been abandoned, or are still WIP. (Desperation)

But I'd love to hear what you all have been reading when it comes to Marriage Law fics!!

I know in a way it's incredibly selfish of Harry to drop that bomb on Hermione at that point of time.

But, men confessing their love to their love interest before joining the army is a popular trope for a reason.

If your gonna die, why not tell them you love them?

Also, in Harry's mind, he's won't be returning from the encounter alive, so his confession won't be jeopardising Ron/Hermione's relationship.

He's not leaving her a war widow.

As the title said, I am looking for a fic which starts with harry taking the mark after the resurrection ritual and returning to Hogwarts

I also remember Hermione talks how it is better to join voldemort than being Ignored/manipulated or something.

Being a longtime harmony enthusiast, I am looking for a fic where maybe these two are completely obsessed with one another which leads them into doing things that are not necessarily good (maybe a dark twist or something). Could you guys suggest something along these lines (ik its a weird idea but please bear with me)
