Grilled Cheese with Cheese Curds, Ranch Dressing, and a homemade buttery breadstick. 😊 Amazing how hungry you get doing an upstairs move on your own.

Any suggestions or advice?

I’ve eaten grilled cheese everyday for basically my entire life (I have autism and ARFID so no judgment please) and they were delicious, but then a bunch of months ago (I can’t remember how long, but it’s been a lot) I got very sick with a viral throat infection that gave me excruciating pain for like ten days, and ever since then Canadian processed cheese, the only cheese I can stomach, suddenly tastes and smells absolutely disgusting and is somehow getting progressively worse. And that I’ve tried multiple brands, even different margarine and it’s so gross that I’m forced to survive off cheerios and boost. Does anyone know what is going on?? Or any advice? Thank you

Blanc du Nord goat cheese on sesame bagel. Had to put it back in the George Foreman to melt the cheese properly. Spicy mayo dip in the background. Butter on the lens for that dreamy effect. Second try after eating and passing out for a bit without realizing the first post didn't have the pic.

Not nearly as sexy as my other cheese pull, but still. I’m all up in that. 🤤

Goodnight from the middle of nowhere! What are your favorite cheeses to put on grilled cheese, and how much of each slice?

I'm curious to see what people think, and maybe I can use the same cheese on my grilled cheeses to see how it tastes. To let you know, I try all of these with white bread and butter. (Tbh I think mayonnaise on grilled cheese is disgusting 😔)

Cozy sandwich to go with a cozy movie.

I buttered some naan sandwich rounds. Used muenster and smoked Gouda. I put some French’s yellow mustard in the shape of a heart. Then pan fried low and slow covered. Eating while I watch Ponyo. 🥰

Pan fried and tasty

Pan fried grilled cheese, low and slow with a lid on, always a nice way to get a crispy crust
