Hello. How can i play the mission No Smoking from Lamar? its not on the jobs list (gta online)

Hey everyone,

I recently bought GTA V (Premium Edition) from Epic Games and have been trying to get it running on my laptop with the following specs:

•	Windows 11
•	Intel i9-13900H
•	Nvidia RTX 4000 Ada Generation GPU (laptop)
•	32GB RAM

The single-player mode works great. I completed the initial mission required to unlock online mode without any issues. However, every time I try to launch GTA Online, the game crashes during character creation—usually within a minute or two.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far to fix it:

•	Reinstalling the game
•	Verifying files through Epic Games Launcher
•	Updating my graphics drivers
•	Running Rockstar Launcher as Admin

None of these solutions have helped. Offline mode still works perfectly, but as soon as I switch to online mode, after the same time, it freezes for about 3 seconds and then crashes with no error message.

Just to try, I skipped the character creation window with default basic settings. Entered the username/gamename and then crashed again without any error.

Any ideas on what I might be missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

She’s not the reason GTA five story happened if Michael didn’t make a deal with the Fib then the story would’ve been much different.

I have gotten abducted 5 times and not once have I been taken to the bunker where I can steal the shocker. Am I doing something wrong?

edit: 6 times now and literally parachuted through two of them and the third one finally grabbed me

edit: 8th try I finally got it! invite only and not registered as a boss. the crowbar was in the same room as the shocker. but I got gassed immediately after opening the crate. is there anything else to gain? when I spawned I had the shocker still so I guess I don't need to go back

Okay so I’m replaying GTA for the 100th time and I was wondering what would happen if you drive to sandy shores before unlocking Trevor or going to Michael’s house before unlocking him?

I recently officially bought GTA V online X and S I had it in game pass a while back which was the Xbox one edition. I heard of a Career builder thing. It gives you 4 million GTA$ to spend on a business. When I got the X and S version I started a brand new character, I did not get the career builder and I also didn’t already use it because I had the Xbox one edition on game pass. Is there anyway I could get it, and what went wrong?

Hi. I wanted to play some gta online on PC today and first that appeared to me was that game verification is taking more that usual.

After that i tried to connect to online which wrote me error that data required to play gta online could not be download from rockstar services

Then it connected me to story mode where my game i finished few days back was replaced by some i played like two years ago.

I tried many solutions, even reinstall, clearing cache, restarting router and pc and nothing worked. Has anyone same issue or solution for this mess please?

Maybe this is off topic but please help. I have been playing GTA5 for some time but I got bored so i unistalled it, now after few months I decided to install it again, same PC same internet. After i loged in i find myself alone in public session I tryed to switch to another but the same happend, I have tried everything but its still the same I am always alone and cant even join heists. I havent played the game in a while so ive been playing lately, looking for little easter eggs or cool things. I keep coming across some cool pop up side missions, but anything to suggest?

I haven't play GTA:O in a couple of years, and now that I play, the toggle for walking/running and holding for sprint is very annoying, specially considering afte I get into a car or even just jump, it goes back to walking, and I need to constantly be pressing Shift for toggling to walking again, and it is obnoxious to holding shift constantly for sprinting.

I don't remember having this problem before, is there a way to disable walking? or maybe leaving sprinting in a different key and leave the walk/run toggle separated.

Hello, I encountered this problem 4 times today. When I opened the game, the screen was red both when the story and online started. But It's not full red, just like a filter. When I closed and opened the game, it got better, but it started to become more frequent and suddenly turned red on the 4rd time while driving. This problem happened even though I updated my graphics card. (A Laptop; Gtx 1650 , Ryzen 5 5600H , 8 Gb Ram , No FPS Drop in My Game, Constant 60)

I am having trouble with the TVs in the game being too loud. Example In franklins aunts house the tv is blaring and I can’t figure out how to fix that. Please help
