Since the SGA president who came up with this nonsensical “Rambling Royalty” concept resigned in disgrace, imo it only makes sense to return to tradition and undo his work.
Whoever had the idea to bring it there, please DM me so I can do a story on it at FTRS.
They said climate change made hurricanes stronger guess they were wrong 😎😎😎
I have no idea how this plate was still available. Anyways best $60 ever spent.
I’m planning to do Industrial engineering and I was wondering just how math focused it gets. I’ m almost done with all my core math classes and I’m not going to lie, it’s been a struggle. I’m wondering if it’ll get better.
Do they look for resumes and is admission open later in the day?
Morning! We haven't been to a game since having kids but are finally going back today with our oldest. Are portable stadium seats allowed, advisable, helpful? Fwiw, this is for a 9 yo - one one hand I need him to learn to enjoy the experience even with uncomfortable seats, but on the other I need him to remember his first Tech game experience as amazing. Thanks if you have any advice!

Enter Miami. A ranked CFP contender from the state of Florida. And on Homecoming week no less.
We all know what happened the last time such a team came to Bobby Dodd on Homecoming.
GO JACKETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STING THE TROPICAL DEPRESSIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm looking at all these linkedin pages and literally so many people from my class are graduating one year early, i thought tech was strict with AP credits, or is it the dual enrollment?
Does anyone have the Mini 500 results from 2021? I can't find them despite searching for them.
Hello,
I live on east campus and am sick and tired of seeing so much trash in the recycling dumpster and vice versa. Many people put time and effort into sorting and cleaning their recycling and don't want their effort ending up in a landfill because you contaminated it.
Recycling can NOT be bagged.
Here are some things I commonly see in the dumpster that are not recyclable:
Please collapse your cardboard boxes too. It only takes ten seconds and saves so much space for the rest of us.
More info is available at https://facilities.gatech.edu/recycling
Thank you, go jackets.
Edit: I fixed up the markup editing
Looking to buy a Tech student a gift card to somewhere and I was wondering what’s the best place students frequent near campus? I was thinking either Starbucks or Barnes and Noble but wasn’t sure if there was a more popular/local spot students like more. Student doesn’t have a car so ideally looking for something close.
I took Lin Alg over the summer at a different school and only 3 credits transferred over (CS requires 4 creidts), my advisor said I just need to take any math course to fulfill my last credit. Does anyone know of an easy math course that is running Spring 2025 that I could take to fulfill this credit?
Hey guys, annual free elective post. Anyone have any suggestions for a 3 hour free elective? Would want to prioritize something interesting that can be a bit hard as I have a pretty chill semester. Drop suggestions if you have any. Thanks!
I am a biology major at Georgia State University and was looking for spring 2025 ARCHE cross-level program classes at Georgia Tech. What are some suggested classes for bio majors that I can enroll in without restriction
Hi everyone! I have been working on a research project on creating woodworking plans with scrap wood in XR (extended reality)- we recently submitted the work for publication and received positive reviews, but are hoping to understand some informal perspectives from additional woodworkers. If anyone has ~30 minutes to try a short, informal demo of the tech (perhaps at a makerspace around campus?) and answer a few questions, it would be a huge help 💛 I regrettably don't have dedicated funding because of the short timeline (three weeks) but I’d love to get you a coffee in appreciation for your time and input!
i'm currently a freshman at tech and I am currently struggling with 1371. I was wondering if there's like a work around getting the credit like taking it at another institution over the summer or anything like that because i'm thinking about dropping it.
Basically title does anyone know what that noise is?? It’s at random times from like 1am -5am and then sometimes during the day as well. It’s really annoying when I’m trying to sleep or study bc I can hear it even with noise cancelling headphones and music. I’m really curious what it is.
It’s going on rn (10:30 pm) and it almost sounds like a chainsaw??? But it been on and off for like the past 5 hours and I just want to do my hw and sleep in peace sometimes. Am I going crazy or has anyone else been hearing this.
I got a free student ticket, but got no confirmation email, and it just says that the ticket is not available on my mobile device and to check my confirmation email. What do I do?
