Hello! My car needs tires, but I was too late to get the Pilot Sport all season 4, and now it seems to be out of stock for the foreseable future.

Anyways, from the available ones (NorCal US), which one would be best? From what I can gatter all the available ones are mid-tier, so... a downgrade from the Michelins but I need tires.

Any thoughts on which ones to avoid are welcome.

Is there a way to check if a fist is running on a custom tune? I recently purchased a fist and the previous owner told me the owner before him "did all the modifications" so he wasn't sure if it was tuned. Bonus question, would a custom tune typically affect daily driving performance (partial throttle) or only wide open throttle?

Can you guys tell me if the dome strut for the MK 8 was an option in the configurator or if the previos owner installed it? I just noticed that it doesn't seem to be standard but maybe i'm wrong. I have a 2018 st mk8 from germany.

What are all the ford performance parts I can get for the fiesta st. Is it only the shift knob?

Getting a p013a code for slow o2 response bank 1 sensor 2. Read some forums where people are saying it might be a cat issue. I don’t have tons of money to throw at parts, has anyone had experience with this and if so, what did you do to alleviate the situation? Should I try to clear code and run stock tune to see if it comes back? In denver.

Hello, Soon I can pick up my first Fiesta ST and was wondering if its essential/neccesary to go for the e5 fuel or the one with a little bit more ethanol in it. What is your experience?

Found these wheels for sale off a 2011 ford focus ses, would they fit on my 2015 st? Only info on specs is for is the tire size, which is 215/45/17, I’d plan on getting a set of 40s anyway.

Convince me. My new S280 build deserves the best. Was thinking about torsion bar but oversteer doesn’t sound desirable on a daily. lol

new to me, mk8 st (with revo tune). Taking off in 1st or accelerating in 2nd (both below 2500) takes real focus on revs not to have it hesitate once or twice to the point where the car pitches. Is that the tune, or something else. I also feel like the car is limiting revs when taking off in 1st like as clutch comes up its not listening to my right foot. This is good, I suppose, but then puts me in right in the zone where it will pull power - as though it is worried about stalling it.

So two questions: one, does a stock mk8 st do this, is the tune the culprit, or something else is wrong. Second question, is ecu managing engine revs pulling away from a stop, somehow?

In motion, there is no sign anything else is wrong. No strange noises no smoke no surging or whatever. Its really just taking concentration to leave from a standing stop smartly and not to change to 2nd too early, then accelerate. Ford serviced it 6 months ago, still under warranty.

Heat shields intact , when in normal mode it rattles and sounds blowy on the exhaust ! Exhaust flap is working ok when switched over to sport mode , but when it’s in normal it’s sounds horrible as per vid !

Any suggestions?

I recently bought a fist and it has a Turbosmart BOV but the turbo would flutter almost every time the BOV was engaging so I got under the car and found they had it adjusted pretty "hard". I adjusted it to the softest setting and it helped get rid of the flutter but now it is randomly fluttering. Sometimes I hear pshh and sometimes I hear stustustu (lol) Does this mean the BOV piston is getting stuck and needs lubricated perhaps? Thanks in advance

So for the fiesta st I know there’s different packages but is there a website that shows for the fiesta st full package that give an example of like what the car comes with. Like carbon fiber steering wheel shift knob and etc?

Stock 2016 w/ 100k miles. Loving it so far.

So my buddy told me to clean my clutch plate when I got my new one and I did with brake cleaner and a microfiber cloth. But now I’m looking online and everyone says that if you do that your clutch absorbed the brake fluid and will gloss your clutch when it gets hot releasing the fluid. Will I have to buy a new clutch plate now for my car ?

Essentially looking for a fun commuter/beater. Mileage is slightly high but I figured for that price I can deal with whatever it throws at me
