Ayer me pasó esto, de pronto mi sesion se cerró en mi cel y no he podido volver a iniciarla, ya seguí todos los pasos y solo me aparece lo q se ve en las imagenes. Investigué y vi que es algo que les ha ocurrido a mucha gente a lo largo del año y que nadie ha podido resolverlo. Alguien podría darme esperanza??? Y decirme que sí pudo recuperar su cuenta???

The other day I wanted to connect a game account to FB for a reward, but I had already used my regular FB account for another account in the same game (Which has such rare & valuable items that I decided to keep).
Therefore I decided to sign up for another FB account with a Google account made for this purpose. I went through the sign-up process (Entering names and such) without ANY sort of trouble; when the sign-up was done it said that I (this account) has violated FB's security regulation (I believe) and has been suspended.
I have already posted my complaint form with my selfie (I failed to take a screenshot of the "suspended" screen), waiting for the decision.
Could someone show me what has happened, and why? I have no idea because I could not even get to the home screen of FB.

So my mom's facebook account got disabled last year around august and did not provide a reason for why it happened, we contacted Facebook support multiple times waiting for a reason. It did not happen for months and when they finally gave us a reason, it wasn't what happened and we still haven't recovered the account, is there any way that I could still recover the data from the account?

I cant post anonymously in the groups where anonymous option is enabled! Does anybody have any fix for this?

I’ve been following an account on marketplace because she sells tons of engagement rings and I found one I fell in love with. The account has hundreds of 5* reviews as well.

I noticed her account will randomly disappear and then reappear a week or 2 later, obviously this is a little suspicious & I’d never make a purchase like that via FB without meeting them first. However I’m curious if there is a more rational reason behind why this would be happening? I’ve noticed it 2-3 times in the past year I’ve been watching the account.

I had an issue, and I talked to the admin of the group, and the English was broken. I also got told that it would cost $70 to fix the issue.

I tested with a message I just sent a friend. It shows seen on the phone. I logged into PC and it doesn't show seen. How can I fix this?

I have an older client whose account was hacked (I’m a stylist). They are posting things for sale and a friend of hers fell for it sent them $500 for an appliance. I HATE people who take advantage and scam the elderly. I commented on the posts that her account was hacked but they blocked me. I will be seeing her this Friday and I’m going to try and help. Assuming they changed the email and password are there any tips or tricks to get it taken down? She doesn’t want her friends to continue to get scammed

This is extremely upsetting. This accusation is a misdemeanor or felony. What should I do? My fb account is squeaky clean! This is defamation of character that META is committing against me.

There is ZERO support on Facebook. There isn't a support system or customer service to help anyone with any issue they're facing.

They've done away with actual people running their site and now it's just an algorithmic bot site.

You can't report accounts, and there is absolutely zero way to get your old account back.

I just needed this to be known, as I've tried to get my personal Facebook back for years now to no avail.

Last night, it happened to me: while scrolling, the app logged me out spontaneously and when I tried to log in I got the "connection lost" error message.

I've tried everything. Everything I've seen suggested here and everything that I know to do through having friends who work in cyber security. I checked Down Detector. And of course, I checked Reddit. Was floored to see that a bunch of people had this issue in June and as early as March, and I assume none of you have ever gotten back into your accounts.

I am completely devestated. I've had the account for 15 years. The last times I spoke to some friends and family members who have passed away were on Messenger. I met my fiance on that account. All of my memories going back to my childhood are on there. I have 2,000 friends.

I can't stop crying over this. I feel so helpless and hopeless. There seems to be nothing we can do I guess except hope that future updates neutralize whatever problem is causing this apparent "glitch". I'm not so sure how much of a glitch it is, I find it very curious that it happened to me not long after I posted about feeling extreme depression. This certainly did not help me. It feels like sadistic punishment.

If anyone had any luck, please let me know. We don't seem to know anything and Reddit is the only place I'm seeing anybody talk about it.

My girlfriends facebook account was hacker. How do i recover it if the steps they suggest dont work. The recovery emails do not receive any of the recovery codes. It must be only going to the hackers emails now. It shows her email listed but the emails dont show up??? Any suggestions??

I was locked out of my account.

A few months ago, my phone screen cracked when I dropped it, it was damaged to the point that it just went flashing black.

I got a new phone via insurance from the phone company. I restored it via Samsung Backup in the cloud.

When I tried to login back to Facebook, it kept asking for the verification code from the app on the broken phone. I can't access that.

So then I had the option to verify it was by submitting photos on my driver's license. Did that several times. Didn't work. I would get an email saying i was verified and the link to log back in. The link would ask again for the 2FA code.

But then..... I noticed, at the bottom of each email was the physical address of their office.

So I wrote a very polite letter explaining I am locked out and everything stated here. I even included color photocopies of my driver's license. I went to the post office and paid $11 for certified mail. Printed up some labels saying URGENT in red and tacked it on.

Lo and behold, 2 weeks later, I get an email to log back in and I got back my account. I set my 2FA to be my phone number now (via text).

I hope this isn’t a stupid question. I have an active Facebook account but it’s very low-key. I don’t post and use the page to follow mostly group pages in which I have an interest. However, I’d like to use Marketplace to list a few items for local selling only. I’d prefer not to use my main page. Can I open another page using a different name.

It's been like this last few months where my posts arnt being shown to fb friends unless they look on my profile

Hi all, I'm trying to figure out why I can't lock my main profile. I've had this profile for over a decade now and it's the main profile I use. I have never had any issues with this account. The problem is, I can't seem to lock my profile at all. I decided to open a second account to see if the same thing would happen and the lock option was right there! So I don't understand why I can't lock my main profile, when I'm using my same laptop and same location as the second account. Thanks!

Facebook sending codes in email but nothing works. How can I troubleshoot this? Does anybody experienced this? Does your account okay now? Thank you!

I had my father’s account memorized, I didn’t like that it deleted everything and limited what I could change. So I request deletion, they refuse to answer me, and now the form is broken. When I upload the documents, it says “field cannot be empty” absolutely driving me nuts. Is there a email I can contact or another way to reach them. Support is absolutely useless.

Funny as soon as I post this a scammer PMs me lol.

IDK if this is a glitch or not. I tried resetting and quitting app. It still says the same thing.

The recipient has received it judging by the other side having reacted to it.

Is this an app issue? or a phone issue? It's beginning to bother me.

EDIT: So I deleted the app, redownloaded it, and now the message is gone on my end of the chat. I'm not sure if it is still on the other end of the recipient. This is some weird glitch. So meaning to say the message was stuck on limbo and when I deleted it, it's gone.

I have had a business page for 13 years. I called someone out for stealing my photos and using them as her own, so she made a post saying I'm the one who stole her photos and told all of her members to report my page. So every couple of days my entire account gets restricted including my personal account and I have to submit a selfie video and wait 24 hours. I always get it back but then a few days later I lose it again. This has literally happened 20 times or more now! My business is how I support my family and this is hurting my business 😔

Hi! So I also had the issue of not being able to update my name on Facebook. I went through the process of uploading IDs etc. I tried a lot of tutorials on YouTube, but they don't seem to work. But anyways here are the steps:

For example your current name is Nicholas Maverick and you want to change it as Nick Maverick.

• Go to settings where you can edit your name.
• Press Manage other names and make sure you input it as former name.
• The edited name will appear in the last part of your official Facebook name which would look like "Nicholas Maverick (Nick)"
• Go to settings again and edit your actual name.
• Open your Facebook account and by that time it will look like "Nick Maverick (Nick)"
• To remove the last part, open your profile and press About, scroll down and remove your Nickname.

I would like to ban individuals of certain nationalites from my Facebook groups for a number of reasons. I would like to blacklist Nigeria, as I have had to ban a lot of spammers and fake accounts appearing to originate from that region.

I would also like to blacklist Russian and perhaps Belarusian nationals due to the ongoing global situation. I don't want any propaganda in my groups given the global situation and the risks involved, especially now that I have a large group with a few thousand members.

Is there any way of blacklisting countries from my Facebook groups, I want to reduce the workload of removing spam (i have very stringent measures in place already with admin assist and rules) and I don't want Russian propaganda in my groups as well.

I already have Russia, Belarus and Nigeria blocked from my Facebook pages - but am struggling to find a way to blacklisting these nationalities from these groups.

Can you help me pls?

My facebook connected with my IG and my whatsapp.. Tried to click on login to ur IG and nothing seems to be working.. Ig works well but I dont have anywhere something called apeal for disabled account or something..
