and soundgoodizer obviously. No EQ sculpting or effects allowed. Only soundgoodizer and Fruity Limiter to keep me from finding out while i fuck around!!
I hope that Reddit doesnβt add more to the distortion lol
is there a setting in gross beat where if I'm working at say 400, I can have it operate like it does at 100? slow it down by 1/4?
feel like I'm missing an obvious thing.. again
this one took a while to make but i think the final product is worthy of posting
Best way to learn how to operate fl?
Im new to FL and was wondering what affordable headphones are good for recording looking to spend about $50-$60
If anyone has fl with this laptop I would like to know how well it works with it
Hi guys. Iβm working on a EDM/Pop song but my mixing and mastering skill is not that good so I used a third party to analyze my song. It gave me some references like photos below. My question is: Is that good enough or I need to adjust more ? Thank you guys. Have a great day with FL Studio !
Is it better to just make a clone of your vocal track and shift the pitch and time a bit, with panning the two tracks, or would a doubling effect on plugins give you better results and if so, which free plugins is your best option?
I want to put a mid-pass filter on my drums, and I dont want to make 8 different automation clips for each sound/track. Is there a way for me to exclude the melody from the automation clip on the master and just send it to the track(s) with the drum sounds on them? If anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated!
thinking of dropping out of high school and going full time.
I am an absolute beginner at this. I have been fiddling with FL Studio, watching tutorial videos etc and trying to learn the hows and whys. I like trying to replicate certain techniques to understand how they are made, and how I can make my own versions, as I am sure everyone does.
My biggest catch is when I can't find the name of what its called, and then I can't find a tutorial....
The intro of this has my current catch - FOVOS - Feel The Rythm 0:00s - 0:14s.
Can someone name what this technique or method is called? Or even how to describe what is happening here? Even better if they have a decent video tutorial on this. I have a feeling I will need something outside FL Studio....
Appreciate any help and advice.
Iβve tried multiple guitar amp simβs and the 1st couple of strums are clean, no plugin and it sounds fine. 2nd part of the video is when I enable them, as you can see it sounds like crap. Whatβs going on?
I understand how compression works and you can compress the low mids and high, but how come when I add a multiband compressor it adds frequencies in new places.
Long story short, I have a custom patcher chain of effects and I modulate everything with a XY pad, controlled with a mouse.
My question is, how do you record the XY pad position to apply the effects?
I've seen that I cannot use automation clips.
It is TUESDAY somewhere in the world. Which means, get to posting your TUNESDAY TUESDAY tracks.

We are now allowing youtube videos, as long as they follow the rule above, the video needs to be a screen capture of your FL Studio Playlist Window with your FULL TRACK visible. We are allowing Youtube now because of how terrible Reddit Video can potentially mess with your audio mix.
It's nice, but definitely not necessary.
As the title says, who knows how to play guitar and or play piano and produce on fruity loops? Iβm looking to create a project and know the exact sounds and the exact rifts I want to use, however, I donβt know how to formally produce. Itβs also a plus if you live in the Atlanta area but I am willing to work with any and everybody. Please private message me. Serious inquiry!

Iβm new to producing music Iβm currently 11days in and still working everything out Iβm making beats the best I can right now but I donβt understand how to make my intros & outros fade in and fade out if anyone could help it would be appreciated.
do anyone know how to make the note on the piano roll stay the same size no matter how hard you hits keys or hold the keys on the midi keyboard. i had that way before but dont rember how i did it.
Not sure if this is the right flair since I'm not asking how to recreate a specific sound but rather an effect on the whole track, I'll change it to "What's this Sound?" if needed.
In "north pontchartrain blues" by Scrim, around 30 seconds in, when the bass kicks in, the whole track gets kinda noisy and compressed and all other aspects of the track get buried under the bass. At 45 seconds, the effect gets even more pronounced with the introduction of the kick. How would I go about recreating this effect? It's one of my favorite effects I've ever heard.
I have the All Plugins Edition so if you could recommend a stock plugin/free third-party VST that would do the trick, I'd be over the moon.
