Hello Reddit, I can’t find any information about this anywhere, but maybe someone knows who it could be. I’ve seen luxury, fully tinted SUVs in Skokie, Illinois, driving with white and red strobe lights all over the car and a weird-sounding siren. I have no clue who might use strobes like this. I’ve searched all over the internet but found nothing. Does anyone here know something about it?
