Both organic pasture raised… the difference in the yolk color! Yeah I like to use a lot of butter when I cook my eggs
I know it’s super simple but this is one of my favorite snacks :) eggs are from my sweet little hens who get fed a very diverse diet with lots of fresh veggies, fruits, and clover when it grows 🍀 best eggs I’ve ever tasted, nothing like store bought
I feel cheated! I just tried Nellie's Free Range Eggs brand and these are the first two eggs cracked! I paid nearly $9 for these, expecting for ALL of them to be darker in color!! Back to Vital Farms brand🤬🤬🤬
Lima, Peru
I bought what I thought was a carton of egg whites, but when I use them they are very yellow. I always recalled egg whites being clear/gelatinous when uncooked, but I’m also no chef nor baker. It says they are made with real egg whites, eggs white are the first ingredient on the list and on the price label on the shelf below it - it was labeled egg whites, but now I’m not so sure. Does anyone have any insight? I will attach an image of the brand.
Basic today. Nothing fancy just delicious!
made a quick little microwave omelette with green onions and tomatoes. topped with chili crisp and kimchi
Sunny-side-up eggs on buttered toast!
It ain’t pretty, but it sure tastes good. Ingredients include 3 eggs scrambled in unsalted butter, sautéd white onions, cherry tomatoes, steamed broccoli, and a LOVING spoonful of minced garlic. All topped with feta, Celtic salt, & bagel seasoning. Enjoy! ✨
Boiled some eggs today, cut them open, and boom—two of them had double yolks! The other two? Just regular.
I’ve recently been hitting the gym a heck of a lot more than usual and I’m looking to up my protein intake. I want to eat eggs in the morning as I’m a pescatarian. (red meat and chicken don’t sit well in my stomach and I get sick a lot)
I’ve never been able to enjoy them though. I feel like they just taste so sulfuric and I’ve only been able to eat them if it was doused in ketchup and hot sauce.
I’d love some ideas on how to get eggs more incorporated into my diet
So good. Sauce finally came out perfect 💛
My buddy got eggs at a diner and wow I thought they were so perfectly cooked!! So glossy & the yolks were unscathed
