Looking for a few more people that would like to test an app I'm writing for coin collectors. Need an android device with OS level 8.0 or higher and a gmail account. If you want to provide input into the development of this app, please PM me.
Anyone know if this is legit? It was found in New Hampshire, buried in clay rich soil on my property about 10 years ago. 1804 is the furthest back I can find regarding ownership of said property. There doesnt appear to be any indication that it is fake.

Any ideas on value ballpark?
Hi all! In my free time I create a coin game related to real coin collecting. I'm not sure whether I'm doing it right, because even I still keep a pouch with old coins from my childhood, I can't define myself as coin collector. The game is available on Google Play for free (even no adds) - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.FlareSetStudio.CoinFlipCollectionLite Now I'm working on extended version with more coins starting from first American coins listed in wiki page - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Numismatic_history_of_the_United_States
All kind of advice, opinions, critics are welcome.
Hey gang, anyone know of a good place to buy a draped bust quarter or dime. I am looking to complete a type set and just need those for now. I am fine with ungraded, scratched, or damage coins as long as major details and dates are good. Anyone got any advice on where to begin?
My mom gave me a box with 5 old coins in after her house got broken into (she was going to will them to me). They are all really cool, but one has a plastic case it is in. The case says 1862 s, and then it says AU 58. Is AU 58 it's serial number. I don't want to open the case, so I thought I would ask as these are my first coins.
Posted this to r/coins. Looking for more information http://imgur.com/a/GZ4Xh
Not trying to pollute this sub but I am looking for any big time Morgan collectors as I am (trying) to move out of the series and I have a substantial amount to sell. All slabbed.
What is a good value on such a coin in XF Details grade?
We have a client who has found this coin while metal detecting that appears to be a new variety of New Jersey copper coinage. I've searched through the appropriate reference material and haven't been able to find any comparables, especially regarding the placement of the shield and its general shape. How would one go about authenticating that it is indeed period, then having the variety acknowledged and documented? I imagine a metal composition test would be in order, but apart from that, what else can be done? Thanks for looking and any suggestions you may be able to provide?
