Absolutely fantastic physics in Hardcore Handling mode!
The suspension performance is somewhat reminiscent of Richard Burns Rally (the best rally sim in terms of physics model fidelity) and GT7
I'm not really hating on the game or anything but it's kind of exactly like any other simcade racing game. Just a lot more stripped down because most of the content is missing now.
Came across this post, looked at ps4 discs on shelf and saw a driveclub metal book edition, remember now I bought it just before giving up gaming and it hasn’t ever been loaded into a console. I remember it looked fantastic at the time on ads but only used f1 series at that time. Result.
This allows the user to make various adjustments to select cameras in gameplay and replay.
Requires version 1.28 https://easyupload.io/0zlx4q

The highway was once a symbol of freedom and rebellion, a place where adventurers and enthusiasts alike sought their next thrill. In those days, driving wasn’t just about getting from point A to point B—it was about the open road and the experiences that came with it. Fast forward to today, and the highway has become something very different. Now, it’s often seen as an overwhelming battle, where drivers are more concerned with their phones than the road, making every trip a race to survive rather than a journey to enjoy.
Many of us remember when driving was an escape, a way to find freedom and calm in the chaos of everyday life. But the current state of our roads, filled with distracted drivers and traffic jams, has changed that. Self-driving cars and electric vehicles (EVs) are the future for those who care more about reaching their destination than enjoying the ride. And that’s fine—for those who don’t love driving, these technologies will make life easier. But what about the rest of us, the ones who crave the feeling of gripping the wheel and pushing through the curves, not because we need to get somewhere, but because we love the journey?
The experience of driving is being steadily ruined by those who treat it like a chore. We’ve all seen them—the drivers who drift between lanes, cut off others, and tailgate slower cars, as if forcing their way through traffic will somehow get them there faster. This aggressive behavior doesn’t just impact them; it affects everyone on the road, stripping away the joy and turning driving into an exhausting, stressful experience.
What many fail to realize is that driving doesn’t have to be this way. When stuck in traffic, if more drivers left a little extra space or showed a bit of patience, the whole process could move faster and more smoothly. Instead of pushing and cutting, a bit of courtesy would turn the road from a burden into what it once was a true feeling of freedom, where the journey is just as important as the destination.
So I reeeeally miss competing against people, R.I.P the leaderboard. Haven't got a thing concrete yet, but have been thinking about doing a weekly wagered tournament, on a weekend. Everyone playing with same settings, a random car, random track, random conditions each week, selected by a wheel. $1 entry fee, and whoever gets the fastest time takes home the prize money. Winner will be decided by a screenshot of the time. It will be your fastest time THAT DAY, not your fastest time of all time. Like I said, nothing concrete yet, but I just wanted to see if people were actually interested in the idea! I think the idea of a wager is cool, always makes people more competitive, and I feel like $0.50 is pretty low risk, but high reward if we get enough people. Let me know! DM or leave a comment letting me know you're interested
I know this is a long shot, but would anybody be willing to sell me, or let me use their account so I can use the dlc?
I got DC shortly after it shut down and now really regret not getting it sooner. All these dlc packs are just shoved in our faces and there's nothing we can do.. if only they had released a complete edition so we could still be able to access them.
Hi All!
Having much enjoyed Driveclub when it first came out I’ve purchased the disc version again now I have a PS5.
Is it still possible in any way to get the DLC? I’m a UK player with the disc version of the game.
Thanks!
Yesterday I decided to see what I could understand from the decrypted save files and oh my god I think everyone can have the dlcs, so I have found the Ducati RR and it was "duc_rr f" meaning that if we can find a save editor that is free because no one is paying Save Wizard for only once let's be honest, I did see the Ferrari FKK (was it?) and it had some same things just not "f" for false, also I saw there "chile_dlc_race_v4", all of these were found when I looked on a decrypted .zip file with the file profile.sav the other one profile.tkn contains nothing. If anyone knows a good save editor for free please let me know and I'll try to see what could be done (and you too could try).

As the title says. I just bought myself a new copy of driveclub. So far I'm liking the physics. A little disappointed with the inability to get more content. Also, any tips and tricks I should know ?
DriveClub will always be in a special place of my heart ❤️
