Does the title "Dorohedoro" actually mean anything? And what does its meaning correlate with the narrative?

So I've finished the anime for a second time (just got more into manga) and am curious where I can start in the manga without rereading the general plot of the anime?

I think the real Dorohedoro was the gyoza we made along the way.

I have a long list of mangas I have read and still need to read and I loved this story from the very beginning. Never a dull moment, and the art style was extremely captivating. All the characters have a redeeming quality making every part enjoyable.

After reading the manga is it also worth watching the Anime?

And what other Mangas do all you legends recommend? I am reading Ender Geister at the moment.

I'm going to be in Tokyo in a while and I'm hoping to find copies of Hayashida Q's sketchbooks- and other mangaka sketchbooks / anime storyboard art books.

I'm really into that kind of behind the scenes / art process stuff- and wondering if any of you can recommend stores that are likely to carry one-off or older work like them- especially used copies (I'm not fussed about condition- and love finding old and interesting editions of stuff).

All recommendations welcome- and keen to report back any good spots I find.

I am thinking about making a Dorohedoro Caiman costume for the 2025 Halloween and I am trying to figure out what kind of pants Caiman is wearing.

Caiman's pants look like a normal Battle Dress Uniform (BDU) / cargo pants with knee padding. However, I see there there is padding on the front of the thighs, too. Is that a real thing? I know that American Football trousers have padding both on the front of the thighs and knees, but I think there are no long versions of it; they are always just under the knee length. Any ideas?

I recently read volumes 1 and 2 of Dai Dark and didn’t enjoy them much. I’m not sure if reading more will improve my experience. If anyone has read both Dorohedoro and Dai Dark, I’d appreciate your input. If they don’t fit my taste, I won’t bother buying more.

hey everyone, i read Dodohedoro, till volume 9 or 11 i think, a long time ago, became my fav manga right away, but it was hard to find the next volumes at the time so i couldn't continue. I just finished the anime and was wondering till when the anime goes into the serie? cause i don't remember exactly what happened when i stopped reading

Hi! I haven’t watched or read Dorohedoro, but I know it’s my friend’s favorite. I walked in on him watching an episode in English and there was a trash bag talking. That bag sounded very familiar but I couldn’t find who it was. The voice actor list otherwise is pretty stacked.

It’s silly. He’s just a trash bag in a show I don’t watch. But does anyone know?
