Hey all! I am hooked on a new TCG - I'll spare you the details. The important thing is with each new ~250 card set, we only get TWO card art turned into licensed playmats. I have a fair amount of experience with Photoshop/Photopea, and really want to make my favorite card(s) into playmat size. I can't seem to do this without losing a fair amount of quality, and can't find a helpful filter for this problem. Could you walk me through a general step by step? Or offer any advice? (Even if you have to talk to me like a knuckle dragging idiot 🫣)
Hello everyone, I have always been super interested in digital art but never got to pursue it as a hobby due to college. I finally have a very chill semester and would like to get start on digital art. I was gifted procreate so I want to use that.
I used to do 3D simulations using Houdini and render it with Blender but that’s all I have expertise on. I’m interested in trying out drawing people and also perspective art like buildings and stuff.
Please do send me your best beginner resources that I can use to learn with. Preferably things that are free (sorry, I’m a broke student).
Hi I’m using adobe illustrator how do I find purple hibiscus images that I can copy and paste to what I’ve created. My funds are nonexistent hence I’m trying to create on my own. Any tips would be greatly appreciated
Im looking for a tutorial to help me use ProCreate/Affinity to color/render lineart to look like it would fot in with this character illustration/map (minus the mechanics overlay). I feel like Im either searching the wrong places or using the wrong terms, but anything you can tell me to get closer to this art style would be appreciated!
Hello, I'm looking for a tutorial or a brush that shows how to paint leather in a realistic or semi-realistic way digitally, it would help me a lot for a project I have, thanks!
iheadshot.ai has been that amazing tool, i used in recent time, I was able to create multiple professional pictures in just minutes, do you have any similar too or have used this particular one before?
hello my fellow redditors! im on a mission to make my boyfriend a gift for valentines day, and i need some help. i am lowkey (high key) on a very low budget, and we dont make valentines day a big deal, but i still want to give him a good gift/ memrebale gift! i want to make him a custom pokemon card, and i know theres 10000 of people on etsy selling them, but i dont want to and i cant spend so much money over there xd. so i want to make it really simple. im not a drawer, and specially not a digital art drawer. so you are probably thinking, god damn what is this girls plan, well.. i want a to make a pokemon card where there are to trainers on, but i want the trainers to look as must posibley like us, if that makes sense. so does anyone know if there is a generator online that is good and free??? so i can design us really easily??? i really appricite the help. here are some pictures form people on etsy who are selling these, i will link the bellow, but just so you guys can see like my inspitration/what im going for! thank you so much in advance.

Hey ^^
First of all: I know the answer to my question seems easy. I need to practice, of course and I'm aware. But my question is: how? I struggle the most with coloring, but the sketch could be better as well, and I feel like no matter how often I try, it just doesn't get better, I see no improvement whatsoever. So that's why I want to ask here: how would you suggest it'd be the most logical to learn and practice? In what order, what should I focus on first or do you maybe have concrete suggestions for different methods to practice? Maybe some things that helped you get better as well?
(additional information: I'm interested in semi realism, and use IbisPaint)
Thank you in advance :)

i use ibispaintx as it is the only thing i am comfortable with. my canvas size is around 5000x3000 and my dpi is 350(or 320, i dont remember) and i use custom brushes of my own and even just the default brushes. my art is clear when i draw it and even when i save it. i even use a bit of sharpness when touching it up, but whenver i post it (mainly on twitter), it becomes blurry and pixelated. how do i fix is?
