Sponge - Sponge Fruit.

A paramecia fruit that allows the user to absorb solid matter, turning the users entire body into whatever the user touched.

Awakened: When awakened the user is able to turn into whatever material that was previously absorbed without touching anything. User can also transfer absorbed materials onto another surfaces, for instance if the user absorbed steel, then the user can transfer the steel onto a tree, turning the tree into steel.

Workshop workshop fruit D&D game

I am trying to think of a law sort of fruit. But instead of operations it's more about workshop or a forge.

How would that work for a dnd game?

I am thinking of deassable and assemble powers for attacks.

Like Nails - Magic missile Drill - Like Lightning strike but piercing Make - just for weaponry and anything I can think of Saw - to cut something in half Meld - mending Tape - restrain

Tori Tori no Mi, model: Buzzard Eagle

Bird-Bird Fruit: Buzzard Eagle Model

Appearance: A trio of blue açaí berries with small black and white swirls on them, topped with a green stem with two leaves resembling spread wings

The eater of this fruit gains the ability to transform into a large blue bird of prey known as a Buzzard Eagle and Buzzard Eagle Hybrid at will

Etymology: Tori 鳥 directly means Bird in Japanese

In-Depth

Beast Form: The user becomes an intimidatingly large bird of prey with broad wings, strong talons, glorious feather coat and piercing eyes. Their enhanced avian physique makes them incredibly dangerous in aerial combat and easy targets on open ground, and possess incredible strength and size to carry others on their back while flying and even medium-sized cargo in their talons

Hybrid Form: The user’s own physique is enhanced with apex avian aspects. They gain muscular, winged arms with strong feathered-fingers even more dexterous and dangerous than their own, bird legs with powerful talons that can kick through iron, but especially their eyes, gaining enhanced vision and sense of surroundings for incredible precision and cunning observation, allowing them to maintain great focus and adaptation to their opponents moves. The user is a lethal force of flight and fight even against armed squads with their speed, strength and endurance as they are capable of creating powerful gusts and blows from their wings flaps that can even be honed into razor-sharp arcs of air, making them dangerous in both close and long range

Weaknesses

  • It is incredibly tough for the user to stop once they are in an aerial dive and can be taken advantage of by dexterous or quick opponents

  • Standard Devil Fruit weaknesses apply

Techniques:

Beast Form Brutality: Predatory bird tactics used for surprising enemies with swift strikes, the user can even

Pain Drop: User grasps their opponents in their talons and gains enough altitude to dive back down and smash them into the ground with their full-force

Storm Comb: User flies at their opponents with their wings outstretched and feathers sharpened, creating rows of air slashes along their flight path as parallel cuts

Stratus Psycho: User rapidly spirals while flying to unleash razor arcs from their wings in a widespread cyclone covering a large area before crashing into their targets beak-first like a spinning meteor

Hybrid Form Havoc: With their enhanced physique, the user is almost unbeatable in close-combat with their inhuman strength and subsonic speed

Blue Bomber: User dives at their targets from the air in a sudden acceleration to smash into them at high speeds, crashing talons-first on top of them for landing

Blue Blitz: User moves their winged arms in a rapid wave-motion, creating both intense wind and small air slashes from their fingers that barrage everything in front of them. The weakness of this technique is that the user needs to lock their talons into their footing to not be blown back by their own gale force

Blue Hawksbill: User straightens their finger-feathers into a seamless curved blade, sharp and sturdy enough to cut through solid iron and large boulders, then sprint at their opponents fast enough to appear as a haze. The after effect is their opponent’s body and two tracks bear slashes that resemble an large eagle’s talon

OC help need

So, I need a devil fruit or another type of power for my OC, Wolfgang D. Mob. He is a young pirate, part of the current generation of super rookies. I have the idea that he is known as “the Sin of the Worst Generation,” kind of seen as the successor to the Worst Generation. Mob is known for his laid-back and aloof demeanor, which contrasts with his radical views. He believes himself to be the punisher of all oppressors and that you cannot have peace without anarchy. Inspiration I took inspiration for his character from the real-life pirate Diego Grillo, who was known as the “Mulatto Lucifer” due to his targeting of the ships of his oppressors, and from the Flo Kennedy quote, “All oppressed people have the right to violence.” I also took inspiration for Mob’s character from the more rebellious side of the Rastafari movement. Think songs like “Natty Rebel” by U-Roy, “War,” “Burnin’ and Lootin’,” “Iron Lion Zion,” and “Survival” by Bob Marley, and “Hills and Valleys,” “Till I’m Laid to Rest” by Buju Banton. I came up with the nickname “Red Sea” mainly because I like the way “Red Sea pirates” sounded. So, I thought I’d run with it and give him a blood Paramecia, but for some reason, I wasn’t sold on the idea. I want Mob to feel like he could actually exist in the One Piece world, so any criticisms or ideas for his character are welcome.

Bounty Advice

Need some help!!!

Considering Luffy’s starting bounty of 30,000,000 for defeating the East Blue’s top three pirates; How much would a small pirate crew’s bounty increase from their prior:

Captain: 13,000,000

First Mate/Sniper/Navigator: 8,000,000

Musician: 6,000,000

Shipwright: 2,000,000

The ship’s two bears (they mistook the zoan-using shipwright for being a seperate bear): 4,000

If they:

-Killed a Marine captain zoan-user (also a valuable test subject)

-Two lieutenants

-The crew\sunk the battleship

-Freed a DF using pirate under their control

-And stole the DF they were transporting?

Introducing My New Paramecia and Logia Categories

Hey everyone!

About a year ago, I shared some new categories I created for Paramecia and Logia Devil Fruits, and I wanted to bring them up again for feedback. A friend and I are currently working on our own One Piece-inspired story that’s not set in the One Piece universe but draws influence from it. We’ve refined the classification system for Devil Fruits, and I’d love to hear your thoughts on it!

In our fan-made universe, we’ve added depth and nuance to how we categorize Devil Fruits, especially Paramecia and Logia types. These new categories help distinguish between standard powers and those that are more specialized, complex, or even god-like. Here’s a breakdown of the categories we’ve established:

Paramecia Categories:

1.	Normal Paramecia
•	Definition: These are the typical Paramecia-type Devil Fruits that grant users the ability to alter their body or surroundings in simple, straightforward ways. The powers are versatile but do not extend beyond basic transformations or modifications.
•	Examples: Gomu Gomu no Mi (Gum-Gum Fruit), Bara Bara no Mi (Chop-Chop Fruit).
2.	Special Paramecia
•	Definition: These Devil Fruits offer more specialized, unique, or complex abilities compared to Normal Paramecia. They are often niche, situational, or specialized for certain tasks, making them less versatile but highly effective in specific contexts.
•	Examples: Ope Ope no Mi (Op-Op Fruit), Sabi Sabi no Mi (Rust-Rust Fruit).
•	Why Sabi Sabi no Mi (Rust-Rust Fruit) is Special: This fruit focuses on corrosion, specifically rusting metals. While powerful against metallic objects or opponents, it lacks versatility in broader contexts, thus making it a specialized Paramecia.
3.	Hyper Paramecia
•	Definition: Rare and extremely powerful, Hyper Paramecia push the limits of physical and logical constraints. These abilities can manipulate the environment on a grand scale and often grant near god-like powers to the user.
•	Examples: Gura Gura no Mi (Tremor-Tremor Fruit), Yami Yami no Mi (Dark-Dark Fruit).

Logia Categories:

1.	Normal Logia
•	Definition: These are the classic Logia-type abilities where the user can transform into and control a natural element or substance. These powers are simple and intuitive, making them widely understood.
•	Examples: Moku Moku no Mi (Smoke-Smoke Fruit), Goro Goro no Mi (Rumble-Rumble Fruit).
2.	Cosmic Logia
•	Definition: Cosmic Logia Devil Fruits give the user control over abstract cosmic forces such as space, time, and gravity—forces beyond natural elements that defy conventional understanding.
•	Examples: Soru Soru no Mi (Soul-Soul Fruit), Toki Toki no Mi (Time-Time Fruit).
3.	Spiritual Logia
•	Definition: These Logia fruits allow the user to manipulate spiritual, ethereal, or metaphysical forces. They are tied to the soul and spirit, often granting powers related to the spiritual realm. Users may control their own spiritual form or affect others’ souls.
•	Examples: Astral-Astral no Mi (Astral-Astral Fruit) – grants the ability to manipulate the astral plane, including powers like astral projection, ethereal constructs, and soul anchoring. While traditionally elemental fruits, others like Suna Suna no Mi (Sand-Sand Fruit) and Hie Hie no Mi (Ice-Ice Fruit) can also involve spiritual or life-force manipulation.

I’d love to get your thoughts and feedback on this classification system! Do you think these categories add more depth to the Devil Fruits, or are they too complicated? Let me know what you think!

Btw I’d be happy to explain on why the Sand-Sand and Ice-Ice devil fruits are spiritual Logia’s.

Shred-Shred Fruit (Kiri-Kiri no Mi)

Category: Paramecia (Hyper)

User: Cutter

The Shred-Shred Fruit grants the ability to create and manipulate serrated energy blades from the user’s body, making Cutter a brutal close-combat specialist who overwhelms opponents with sheer violence and destructive force.

Abilities: 1. Energy Blade Generation: • Creates serrated energy blades from any part of his body, which can be used for both offense and defense. • Limitation: The blades are limited in range and last only as long as Cutter maintains focus. 2. Serrated Destruction: • The blades are extremely sharp and destructive, capable of cutting through most materials and dealing devastating damage in close-range combat. • Limitation: The blades dissipate quickly after use, requiring constant energy to maintain. 3. Blade Manifestation: • Cutter can form larger or more concentrated blades, turning his body into a deadly weapon that can overwhelm his opponents with rapid slashes. • Limitation: Larger or more complex blades require intense concentration and drain his stamina quickly. 4. Blade Storm: • Unleashes a flurry of serrated blades from his body, attacking multiple enemies in a wide area. • Limitation: Consumes a large amount of energy and is less effective at long-range or against agile opponents.

Strengths: • Exceptionally effective in melee combat due to the destructiveness of his serrated blades. • Can overwhelm enemies with rapid, powerful slashes and close-range attacks. • The versatility of his blade generation allows for quick adaptation in combat situations.

Weaknesses: 1. Limited range, making Cutter vulnerable to ranged or long-distance fighters. 2. Blades dissipate quickly, requiring Cutter to constantly create new ones. 3. Creating larger or more complex blades requires significant energy and concentration, draining his stamina. 4. Less effective against opponents with high durability or fast movement.

Category Explanation:

The Shred-Shred Fruit is categorized as a Hyper Paramecia because it provides a highly specialized, combat-focused power that enhances the user’s physical abilities in a way that dramatically boosts close-range combat effectiveness. Unlike general Paramecia powers, which may have broader applications, the Shred-Shred Fruit is designed specifically for devastating melee attacks and high-intensity combat, fitting it into the Hyper category for its extreme, specialized nature.

In Battle: Cutter utilizes the Shred-Shred Fruit to its fullest in close-range combat, tearing through enemies with savage ferocity. His sadistic nature shines as he dismembers and overwhelms foes, turning his own body into a deadly weapon. Despite the high stamina cost of using his abilities, Cutter’s sheer destructive power makes him a force to be reckoned with in any confrontation.

Stick-Stick Fruit (Neba-Neba no Mi)

Category: Paramecia (Special) User: Tar

The Stick-Stick Fruit grants the ability to produce a sticky resin-like substance from the user’s body, which can be used to trap enemies, slow them down, or even immobilize them completely. This power excels in small-scale skirmishes, where control over the battlefield is critical.

Abilities: 1. Resin Generation: • Tar can produce a viscous, sticky resin from his body, which he can spread across surfaces or launch at enemies. • Limitation: The resin takes time to produce, and its effectiveness can diminish in large-scale battles or when spread too thin. 2. Sticky Traps: • The user can form resin-based traps on the ground or walls to restrict enemies’ movements or hinder their ability to fight. • Limitation: These traps are relatively slow to form and can be evaded by faster opponents or those with ranged abilities. 3. Resin Coating: • Tar can cover his own body or weapons with the sticky substance to increase his physical strength, adding an extra layer of durability or disrupting his opponent’s attacks. • Limitation: The resin doesn’t enhance his speed or agility and can make his movements sluggish. 4. Total Immobilization: • By covering his target entirely with resin, Tar can effectively immobilize an opponent, making them unable to move or defend. • Limitation: This technique requires time to set up, and larger, stronger opponents can break free or resist its effects.

Strengths: • Highly effective in controlling the movement of enemies and isolating opponents. • Useful in one-on-one combat where the opponent can be trapped and incapacitated. • Tar can use his sticky resin for defensive purposes, slowing down or blocking incoming attacks.

Weaknesses: 1. Limited Range: The resin is not effective at long distances, making it difficult to handle fast or ranged opponents. 2. Lack of Versatility: The power lacks broader applications in large-scale battles, focusing mostly on immobilization and hindering movement. 3. Vulnerability: Tar’s reliance on his traps and resin leaves him exposed if his opponent manages to avoid or counter the resin attacks. 4. Slow to Set Up: Tar’s resin generation is not instant, which can leave him open to attacks if he’s not careful.

Category Explanation:

The Stick-Stick Fruit is categorized as a Special Paramecia because it grants a highly specific ability—producing sticky resin—focused on control and immobilization rather than broad destruction. While its abilities offer strategic advantages in smaller or more tactical engagements, the fruit lacks the versatility and scale seen in other Paramecia types, making it fall under the Special category.

In Battle: Tar’s brash, impulsive nature drives him to rush into battle with his resin-producing abilities. His sticky traps and immobilization tactics allow him to isolate opponents, giving him the chance to unleash powerful physical attacks. However, his lack of planning and tendency to rush in can leave him vulnerable if the battle extends beyond his specialized abilities, especially against opponents who can outmaneuver or counter his resin techniques.

Rust-Rust Fruit (Sabi-Sabi no Mi)

Category: Paramecia (Special)

User: Captain Bloodspike

The Rust-Rust Fruit grants the ability to cause rapid rusting and decay of metal, making it a powerful tool for disarming opponents and sabotaging structures.

Abilities: 1. Metal Corrosion: • Causes metal to rust and decay upon contact, turning weapons, armor, and machinery brittle and useless. • Limitation: Useless against non-metal materials like wood, stone, or plastic. 2. Brittle Weapon Enhancement: • Rusts his own weapon (iron mace) intentionally to make it brittle and explosive on impact. • Limitation: Requires direct touch with the object to activate. 3. Sabotage: • Can rust metal structures, weakening them and making them vulnerable to collapse or failure. • Limitation: Takes time for the full effects to become apparent, and more durable metals may resist corrosion longer. 4. Rust Cloud: • Temporarily creates a cloud of rust particles to disorient and weaken opponents in the area. • Limitation: Short-lasting and only affects opponents with metal gear.

Strengths: • Great for disabling enemies by rusting their weapons and armor. • Highly effective in disarming or weakening metal-based defenses. • Can sabotage large metal structures, giving strategic advantages in sieging or escaping.

Weaknesses: 1. Useless against non-metal materials, limiting its effectiveness in some situations. 2. Requires direct contact with the target, which leaves the user vulnerable. 3. Corrosion can be slow against high-durability metals. 4. The rusting ability is ineffective against Haki or non-metal-based powers.

In Battle: Captain Bloodspike uses this ability to weaken enemies and disrupt their defenses over time. He often targets his opponents’ metal weapons and armor, using his own rusted mace to deliver explosive blows. However, his power requires close-range combat and strategic use, as the corrosion process can be slow and ineffective against certain materials.

Category Explanation: I know in the original one piece The Rust-Rust Fruit is categorized as just a Normal Paramecia or just a Paramecia but I’ve created a new category for the Paramecia devil fruit as a “Special” Paramecia because it manipulates a specific material—metal—through corrosion, making it a niche ability compared to more general Paramecia powers.

Jest-Jest Fruit, Revamped

(Big thanks to u/AnimeOcCreator77 for the cool ideas 👍)

Appearance: This fruit resembles a plump, bright red mangosteen but actually has a criss-cross shaped opening towards the bottom like a round bell. It turns out this exterior acts as hollow armor for the actual fruit inside, which is much smaller and dangles from the "ceiling" of the inside of the armor (like a bell). This part of the fruit features the Devil Fruit swirls and is turquoise in color.

Ability: When this fruit is consumed, the user gains the ability to conjure various circus-themed items to use at their disposal. It's an odd mishmash of a jester, clown, and magician.

In-depth: The user of the Jest-Jest Fruit can summon and put away various circus-themed items with a crude twist, usually from the user's hat but can be pulled from nearly any fold/gap on the user's body or clothing. From ranged combat to close-up brawling, this Devil Fruit is a true jack of all trades. Due to its wacky nature, however, item summons can seem random in nature. While it is a bit unpredictable initially, the user may find that there are a few categories that items may fall into, which are listed below. Some items may experience overlap in other categories, but the categories they are assigned to are their primary uses. Not all attack types are listed bc there are so many which I'm considering narrowing down a bit since there's a lot to keep track of.

None of these attack names are final so lmk what you guys think of them and feel free to suggest any alternatives :)

Razor Ringmaster: Items that are sharp and made for cutting. Includes swords, throwable playing cards, throwing knives, etc.

Roly-Poly: Items used for evading and dodging attacks. Includes hula hoops, bouncy balls, unicycles, acrobatics like trapeze acts, etc.

Hat Attack: Special attacks utilizing the user's jester cap itself. Bells on the ends of the dangling parts can detach and detonate, dangling sleeves can stretch and grab as if they were arms, etc.

Sizzling Surprise: Items meant to ignite the battlefield in flames. Includes a flaming whip, a torch for fire-breathing, items like batons or staffs for fire dancing, etc.

Live Attraction: Animals that can be temporarily summoned for help. Includes seals/sea lions, lions, elephants, monkeys, bears, birds, snakes, etc.

Stitched Service: Dolls/puppets that can be temporarily summoned for help. Can set up elaborate traps using yarn, needles, and other arts and crafts objects

Juggling Jester: Items that appear usually with at least 1 duplicate to be used for juggling and successive hits. Includes various balls, bowling pins, etc.

Disappearing Act: Not really an attack, but the main way the user puts items away. A quick wave of clothing, and poof! The item disappears into thin air.

Awakened Fruit Ability, "Big Top Tyranny": User summons a massive circus tent that alters the objects in the surrounding area, turning them into circus-themed items which can include any of the ones mentioned above. Opponents who can't keep up with the inherently silly nature of the inside of the tent are sure to be quickly made into clowns (not in the circus-y way).

Strengths: This fruit has nearly any tool for the job and can summon items from practically nothing. The folds and gaps in the user's outfit become a sort of convenient bag that can be carried at all times, and the ability to constantly keep enemies guessing ensures that the user will almost always have free reign over the battlefield.

Weaknesses: As mentioned before, the actual items that result from an attack are random. If, for instance, you want a sharp object then you'll get one, but it's not ideal to approach a fight with specifically summoning a sword in mind, as that could leave you vulnerable if you get something else. In addition, the larger or deadlier an item is, the more focus and energy the user will have to put into summoning it, so conjuring an army of elephants or dozens of explosives would take a great deal of mental clarity and strength. This also means that most items by themselves are non-lethal, usually requiring combos for more potent attacks. If the items are not put away after a certain amount of time, they dissipate into confetti, meaning they can't be kept out infinitely. Regular DF weaknesses apply also.

In combat: This fruit is perfect for those who love improv and going with the flow, as there are many different ways to utilize each individual item as well as tons of possible combinations when stringing attacks together in the midst of battle. Infusing items with Haki also greatly increases the individual strength of items. If the user really wishes to get into the jester role, they can summon items before a fight to use in their next "act," giving an edge to those with planning skills.

Out of combat: Obviously amazing at entertaining crowds and passing the time. While items are strictly circus/jester/magician-themed, they still have many uses in day-to-day life like transportation, creating a fire, and other applications.

WHOO ok that's a lot of words lol. I didn't expect it to be so long but I'm open to suggestions and ideas! I'm very proud of this fruit so everyone please let me know what you think. Once again massive thanks to u/AnimeOcCreator77 for the suggestions.

Astral-Astral Fruit (Sei-Sei no Mi)

Category: Logia (Spiritual)

User: Vice Admiral DanDan

The Astral-Astral Fruit grants the ability to manipulate the astral plane, offering spiritual powers balanced with key limitations.

Abilities:

1.	Astral Projection:
•	Separates spirit from the body for ethereal combat.
•	Vulnerabilities: The user’s body is defenseless; Haki and spiritual powers can harm the astral form.
2.	Ethereal Constructs:
•	Creates astral energy weapons or barriers.
•	Limitation: Large or complex constructs drain stamina quickly.
3.	Dimensional Phasing:
•	Phases partially into the astral plane to avoid attacks.
•	Limitation: Cannot sustain phasing long; has a cooldown period.
4.	Soul Anchoring:
•	Tethers energy to enhance allies slightly or disrupt enemies temporarily.
•	Limitation: Effects are short-lived and require direct contact.
5.	Astral Overload:
•	Releases a burst of spiritual energy to disrupt enemies.
•	Limitation: Drains significant life force and is a last-resort move.

Strengths:

•	Targets both body and soul, bypassing physical defenses.
•	Versatile for combat and evasion.
•	Logia traits make the user elusive.

Weaknesses:

1.	Physical body is highly vulnerable during astral projection.
2.	Short-range abilities require proximity to targets.
3.	Stamina drains rapidly with overuse.
4.	Easily countered by strong Haki or spiritual powers.

In Battle: Vice Admiral DanDan uses this fruit to dominate the battlefield, but its limitations require strategic and careful use, especially against skilled Haki users like Lars.

Trap Trap Fruit

(Inspired by and based on the traps from Home Alone)

Abilities: the user gains the ability to any kind of non-lethal trap they can imagine from any solid surface, such as a device which shoots marbles (at enemy crotches or heads), conjuring a coat of ice to cover stairs, heating a doorknob, conjuring marbles out of the ground and much more,

Battlefield: the user can utilize their traps as major hazards to ensure that even in situations where the user is outmatched the user will have superior arena control to better get the drop on their opponents,

Awakening: (Paramecia Awakening; the user gains the ability to transform a large area within a 30 meter radius into a personalized fortress filled with traps which the user can now remotely activate simply by willing it, this can be used to give the user an incredible homefield advantage on their ship/base),

Weaknesses: (standard devil fruit weaknesses), the user’s traps break upon contact with Seastone, Traps are non-lethal meaning the user has to end the fight themself,

Another devil fruit i made for another one of my one piece books

Ryujin Ryujin no Mi, Model: Orochi (Dragon-God Dragon-God Fruit, Model: Orochi)

Type: Mythical ZoanAbility: The user gains the ability to transform into a massive, ancient, serpent-like dragon-god inspired by the mythical Orochi, a multi-headed dragon with immense power and immortality. As a Mythical Zoan, the user can shift between their human form, a hybrid form, and the full form of the Orochi.

In their full form, the user becomes a colossal, serpentine dragon with multiple heads (typically eight), each representing a different elemental power, such as fire, water, lightning, ice, and earth. This allows them to control these elements, unleashing devastating elemental attacks with each head, which they can also use for more intricate tactical maneuvers during combat.

Special Traits:

  • Multi-Headed Form: The user can sprout up to eight heads, each representing a different elemental power. Each head can act independently, allowing the user to attack from different angles or create a combination of elemental attacks.
    • Fire Head: Shoots intense fire blasts.
    • Water Head: Creates massive waves or manipulates water to form weapons.
    • Lightning Head: Generates high-voltage electric attacks.
    • Ice Head: Freezes anything in its path, creating spikes or ice storms.
    • Earth Head: Manipulates earth, summoning rocks, boulders, or creating shockwaves.
    • Wind Head: Creates powerful tornadoes or gusts to disrupt enemies or enhance mobility.
    • Poison Head: Exudes venomous gases or toxic mists that can paralyze or weaken enemies.
    • Illusion Head: Creates illusionary images or confuses the minds of opponents.
  • Immortality (Limited): The user has regenerative abilities similar to Orochi, being able to regrow their heads if they're destroyed, though this process is slow and vulnerable if the body is severely damaged.
  • Elemental Command: The user can control and manipulate the environment around them using the different elemental powers connected to their heads. They are incredibly versatile in combat, capable of using their elemental heads to attack, defend, or manipulate terrain.
  • Serpent-like Agility: In their serpent form, the user can slither at incredible speeds and constrict opponents with their massive, powerful body, using the size and flexibility of the dragon-god form to crush or restrain foes.

Strengths:

  • Versatility in Combat: The user’s multi-headed form gives them the ability to adapt to nearly any battle situation, using elemental attacks or constricting opponents.
  • Immense Durability: The user's regenerative powers, combined with their large, powerful body, make them extremely difficult to damage permanently.
  • Tactical Advantage: The eight heads can independently target enemies or create complex combinations of elemental attacks, making the user difficult to predict or outmaneuver.

Weaknesses:

  • Limited Regeneration Speed: While the user can regrow lost heads, the process takes time, and if the user loses too many heads in quick succession, they will be left vulnerable.
  • Energy Drain: Controlling multiple elements at once requires great energy, and the user may find themselves exhausted after prolonged use of all their abilities. This can lead to slower reactions or less effective attacks if overextended.
  • Vulnerable to Special Attacks: Despite their regenerative ability, the user is vulnerable to extremely focused attacks, such as those targeting the heart or brain, as these would be harder to regenerate quickly.

The Ryujin Ryujin no Mi, Model: Orochi gives the user a unique and powerful advantage in combat, combining mythical serpent abilities with elemental powers, making them a fearsome and strategic adversary

Hybrid Form:

In the hybrid form of the Ryujin Ryujin no Mi, Model: Orochi, the user retains a mostly human shape but gains several draconic features that enhance their physical abilities and connection to the mythical Orochi. The user’s body becomes more elongated, their skin scales with a smooth, serpentine texture that glimmers with a faint iridescent sheen. Their eyes take on a reptilian look, glowing with an intense, elemental energy tied to their respective dragon heads.

  • Head: The user has two or three heads in this form, each one representing a different elemental power (e.g., fire, water, or lightning), with each head being smaller than in the full form but still powerful. These heads are capable of independently moving, attacking, or reacting to threats.
  • Body: The user’s body becomes more serpentine in shape, with elongated arms and legs that allow them to move with greater flexibility and speed. Their arms may lengthen, resembling scaled dragon limbs, and their legs might shift to allow them to slither or coil like a serpent.
  • Tail: A large, powerful dragon tail develops, long enough to strike at enemies or help balance and enhance their mobility. The tail is covered in tough scales and can be used for offense or defense, capable of wrapping around foes or creating powerful strikes.
  • Elemental Aura: The user’s hybrid form radiates a faint aura of their elemental powers, such as steam for the water head, sparks of electricity for the lightning head, or heat waves for the fire head, which constantly shift around them, giving the user a volatile, unpredictable appearance.

Full Form:

In the full form of the Orochi, the user transforms into a colossal, serpent-like dragon with eight heads, each representing a different elemental power. This form is far larger and more powerful than the hybrid form, and the user takes on the immense size and presence of the mythical Orochi.

  • Size: The Orochi's full form is massive, easily capable of towering over entire buildings or forests. The body is a long, twisting serpent that slithers across the land with immense power, its scales shimmering in various shades of green, black, gold, or even silver, depending on the elemental affinity of the heads.
  • Heads: The eight heads emerge along the length of the serpent's body, each one representing a different elemental power. The heads are majestic, each glowing with the energy of its respective element:
    • Fire Head: A fierce dragon head wreathed in flames.
    • Water Head: A head surrounded by swirling waters or mist.
    • Lightning Head: A head crackling with electricity, with arcs of lightning shooting from its mouth.
    • Ice Head: A head that emanates cold, with frost gathering around its mouth and breath.
    • Earth Head: A head that cracks the earth, surrounded by rocks and debris.
    • Wind Head: A head that controls gusts, with a whirlwind forming around it.
    • Poison Head: A head that spews toxic mist and venomous gases.
    • Illusion Head: A head that seems to shimmer in and out of focus, distorting reality and creating mirages.
  • Body: The serpent’s body is long, thick, and covered in tough, ancient-looking scales that are nearly indestructible. Its massive size makes it a formidable opponent in battle, with the ability to constrict its foes or lash out with its enormous body. The body is flexible and serpentine, able to coil and writhe with incredible dexterity.
  • Wings (Optional): In certain rare cases, the Orochi can grow large, ethereal wings made of energy or elemental essence (typically wind or lightning). These wings allow the serpent to soar through the sky or to fly in battle, further increasing its versatility.
  • Aura: The full Orochi form radiates immense elemental energy, and the heads often argue or communicate with each other, adding a chaotic, dangerous element to the battle. The heads may act in unison or independently, creating a terrifying presence as they unleash their individual elemental powers in devastating combination attacks.

Skele-Skele Fruit

Edit: Now called the Rattle-Rattle Fruit but can't edit the title so 🤷 ty to u/Available-Hunt-658 for the name suggestion :)

AKA the "I also want a skeleton on my oc crew but don't want it to seem like an exact copy of Brook" Fruit lol

Appearance: This fruit resembles a pale green coconut with one of the three holes more closely resembling a bony skeletal mouth, making it appear as if it has a face. It also features the standard Devil Fruit swirls around the outside.

Ability: When the user eats this fruit (or rather drinks the liquid inside), they gain the ability to become a skeleton at will or freely turn any part of their body to bones.

In-depth: Upon consuming this fruit, the user may temporarily turn/reduce any part of their body down to the bone. This includes turning the entire body into a skeleton. In this skeletal form, the user no longer has to worry about incoming damage to any vital organs like the heart or brain, and can even ignore what would normally be a pain response to a wound due to a temporary lack of nerves in the affected area. In addition, the user may deconstruct their body into bone fragments to be used as their own weapons or building odd makeshift structures/objects out of bones (Ex: user can create a sword out of their own bones to be used by themselves or can be given to someone else). Bone fragments can reconstruct into original skeleton on command given that they have freedom to move. Similarly to Brook, users can quickly recover damage to their bones by drinking milk or consuming some other source of calcium.

Weaknesses: On top of the standard Devil Fruit weakness of inability to swim, the abilities of this fruit require more energy depending on how much of the body is turned to bone. This means that the user can't go turning themselves into a full skeleton willy-nilly, nor does it mean they can be a skeleton indefinitely. As mentioned before, reconstructing from the bone fragment ability can't work unless the fragments are free to move. For instance, if someone stole a fragment like the right hand, it would not be able to return to the user unless retrieved. This also means that once the user's body turns back to normal, they would now be missing their right hand.

In combat: This fruit would be ideal for those with creative minds during the heat of battle, as many different weapons, structures, and movement options can be applied with its abilities. It is also good for very reactive people who can turn certain parts of the body into bone at a moment's notice to reduce damage taken or even deconstruct mid-battle to avoid hits entirely. User should also be somewhat acquainted with resource management and planning in order to determine when it is best to turn the body into bone and by how much.

Out of combat: This fruit may help with stealth and reconnaissance due to the ability to deconstruct and hide fragments in different places. Fragments can also be used as tools in more mundane situations or helping friends out, like constructing a bone bridge to help crewmates across a gap. Strangely good for entertainment and performances.

Put your self as a strawhat

Make an oc but it’s just your self if Nami Usopp and chopper could use their skills to help them as pirates so can you. The strawhats used small skips they have and we’re able to make opportunities for the crew

Usopp used his small sniping skills and craftsmanship to become a important member of the strawhats

Nami was able to use her navigation knowledge and weather knowledge to help her with her weapon

Chopper knowledge of the body helps him know the weakness of his opponents and bring advantages to the crew

For me I’m a robotics nerd and boxer I also know some chemical stuff. If I improve my robotic skills and boxing skill and my knowledge of chemicals. I can basically be Franky. I can also combine stuff with bleach to makes some powerful gases.

Get creative what small skills do you have that can help you if you were a strawhat.

Trade Trade Fruit.

Type: Paramecia

Description: it looks like a banana with cash green skin, and a golden stem.

Powers: This fruit will allow you to use the power of exchange. Say if you want a gun of some kind, then in turn you would have to have something about the same value ( rounded up). Through the use of this you could exchange to a point that you have a godly item.
Drawback: The fruit doesn’t just make stuff out of thin air, it actually teleports the two items swapping them from one point to another. This allows will cause mental fatigue that will increase with each exchange.

Drunk Drunk Fruit

The fruit itself is a turquoise like colored gourde shaped fruit and the stem is bright red that of course curves. The fruits swirly patterns are bright pink in color.

The ability is quite simple, the more alcohol they consumes the stronger they will become. They will get speed boost, durability boost, endurance boost, and strength boost. This fruit would clearly be better for a heavyweight drinker.

What if you were in One Piece?

General question:

Say you were in One Piece. What would you be? If you were a pirate, what’s your role on your crew, what are you known for, or maybe what devil fruit do you think you would have.
You can use your own devil fruits as the fruit you may or not have.

Trap Trap Fruit (tell me your thoughts on this)

Type: Paramecia

Description: The fruit itself has an uncanny resemblance to a bear trap with the stem being a chain. The colors are a mixture of browns and greens.

Abilities: In a simple manner, the fruit allows the user to create traps like bear traps. However, the trap will only be as strong as the material used for it, and the experience of the user. Another major drawback is that these traps can hurt you to if you forget where one of them is.

The Arrow Arrow Fruit( might change the name)

Type: Paramecia

Description: The body of the fruit is a red glossy arrow with a stem that is similar to a weathervan.

Abilities: it allows the user to shot red arrows from their bodies that can pass through objects, which in turn allows the user to control the objects speed and movement.

Example: shooting an arrow at someone can slow them or launch them back at high speed, while using it on yourself could increase your own or others speed.

(Please tell me your thoughts on this fruit)

Hey someone (u/Pretend-Orange3026) came up with a alternative devil fruit for Fem Luffy besides the Gum Gum Fruit

Heres what they said "

"Baunsu, baunsu No mi, a paremicia type devil fruit that allows luffie (female spelling of Luffy) To reflect any kind of projective damage by bouncing off of her body, it also allows her to jump large distances and roll into A ball like sonic. She can hover like Kirby, all This to say she’s incredibly durable thanks to this fruit. The things that damage this fruit are elemental effects like hot or cold, or haki. Swords are also more effective than normal weapons but she’s less susceptible to them than Luffy is.it’s true identity is the mythical zoan moon god, model charia, which allows her to absorb all damage and make herself stronger for as long as it’s effect is active. Every blow, every piece of damage, she becomes stronger and stronger and doesn’t loose her strength. However the side effect of the form deactivation is severe bloating Which causes brief immobility, unless someone rolls her.

She doesn’t physically turn into a ball, she just has the properties of being bouncy, like the Disney gummy bears or tigger. She can also make other objects and people bouncy but they cannot control the bouncing like she can so if she punches a bug strong guy he bounces for hundreds of feet back and becomes unable to control it like she did.

She‘s not the same person as luffy, she’s an equivalent to him. Luffie doesn’t use gears, she uses “super techniques“ the first super techniques 1&2 go hand in hand. with the first “kickball” she turns all the bounce force onto herself, turning bright red like a rubber ball causing every move she makes to be extremely powerful. The second “pogo stick” involves bouncing extremely high and bringing down a kick from hundreds of feet, and bouncing up and doing it again Repeatedly homing in on her enemy. Her devil fruit makes her mostly immune to slicing blades since they just bounce off, but sharp pokes from bullets or spears can be exceptionally dangerous."

Do you agree with this? And how do you think this would fit the story for its thematic connections for female luffy.

Disco Disco fruit

Disco Disco no Mi

Paramecia

Description: The Disco Disco fruit allows the user to create an area of effect where everyone inside has to dance to the music of the area. The devil fruit user cannot choose the dance or the music. If you do not follow the rhythm of the music dancing you are punished based on what the user decides prior to it. The fruit takes the appearance of a blue and white apple, with a bright aura.

Abilities:

  1. Punishment Decision: This is required prior to the creation of the disco room, the user decides what the punishment will be to whoever fails to dance to the rhythm. This can range from energy absorption, life span stealing, or physical harm.

  2. Disco Room: The user generates the room where the dance happens, a discoball floats in the air floating and playing music.

Awakening:

Awakening this fruit allows for you to change the music and the dance everyone in the area of effect has to follow, unlike the regular applications of this fruit.

Zei-Zei No Mi, The Tax Tax Fruit

Paramecia You become a Tax human, you can raise and lower the value of objects for specific people, using this you can blend into fancy party’s in common clothes by making them seem exquisite to others.

You could also potentially buff people by increasing their value in a fight or their value in a conversation. Perhaps you increase how valuable someone is in a construction field dramatically increasing their strength and endurance temporarily.

A potential awakening would be potentially mass altering the Belly system to entire islands worth of people, make everyone think that one Berry is worth a million in order to get your crew a shit load of gear for essentially free.

Martial Art Idea

Nane: 命の息吹 (translates to: Breath of Life, "Inochi no ibuki")

Preferable Weapons: Fists and Legs

#In depth description:

Inochi no ibuki is a martial art developed as a more pacifistic fighting method meaning it doesn't actually posses any attack stances which cam be found in othee martial arts, instead it uses three base principles on which a user builds their own techniques. (But it's still best to fight bare handed)

The source of these three principles are two things:

The first one would be the user's "life force" which is almost exactly what it sounds like. This life force is basically their remaining lifespan or just their core energy keeping them alive which is also used as a sort of fuel for the martial arts. This life force also makes inochi no ibuki bear similarities to haki as it uses a more raw and unrefined energy.

The second would be their body control which mainly focuses on their blood circulation system, it will used to expell and direct their manifested life force in the first place.

Another thing to say is that while all principles have different uses they all work in one specific way, and that way is circulation. Instead of using their life force as a plain energy to fire off or strenghten themselves it's used like electricity in a electric circuit being circulated. The reason for that is that disconnecting life force from yourself would not only exhaust you but also shorten your lifespan relative to how much has been disconnected.

1st principle: Inversion

The user lets their life force flow inwards instead of outwards which makes their body devoid of life force. This can be used to lower one's presence and bypass observation haki as well as aid their body in ways such as dulling pain or lessening the damage from wounds.

2nd principle: Circulation

Lets the user's life force circle around their body like river basin instead of being wasted away. This causes their body to filled with more energy they can use to for example excert pressure on body parts to gain more strenght and durability or synchronize it with their blood stream to accelerate healing.

3rd principle: Expelling

Causes their life force to overflow beyond their body and cover an area the user desires. It's intensity and size are limited by user's output and circulation control, it's main usage is as a barrier.

While being based on all three principle this martial art shines best when used in the 3rd principle. While it does work as a barrier of sorts the mechanism behind it works differently, instead of just blocking of everything it specifically affects other life forces such as the one's of animals and plants but also those created by haki infused things or for example swords with a strong will and own life force.

Also instead of just being just usable as a barrier it can be for example used like telekenises by wrapping it around someone or damaging the insides and life force of someone by extending it like spikes.

#Weaknesses:

While being usefull in many situation like haki if not more this martial arts also brings it's dangers wit it. One of those dangers would be to make a mistake and accidently disconnect a bit of life force which shortens your life span.

While it's defensive and offensive capabilities are great they are by no means perfect, aside from the fact that only one principle can used at the time the barrier defense has a fatal flaw, since it blocks by repelling someone's life force and ignoring any physical strenght any other physical object without life force is free to pass.

Hare Hare no Mi [Swell-Swell Fruit]

Appearance: A medium-purple, big kiwano melon with magenta swirls around the spiked nubs, with the T-shaped stem being periwinkle with a simple spiral

The eater of this fruit gains the ability to have every part of their body enlarge and swell with mass and power, making them a Swole User

Etymology: Hare 腫れ is the Japanese term for Swelling

In-Depth

The user is able to have parts of their entire swell to become larger for an increase in their muscular, heavy-weighted or bloated mass depending how they swell themselves up. With bodily conditioning to swelling in unnatural states and sizes, they can develop better motor functions even at greatly expanded sizes for longer periods and develop their ligaments and muscles with increased tensility strength, which makes their body much more durable and physical prowess as a result

Swell Hide: While their body is swollen, their mass increases exponentially to enhance their physical strength to the capability of knocking over and throwing entire buildings like toy blocks, and their durability makes their skin feel like armor and even absorb the blows from physical impacts that they can disperse or channel through another body part for a swift counterattack. The user can even utilize this for their hair to expand into large pointed spikes across their skin with a durability the grows with their size into pointed spikes

Swell Flush: The user can also expel their swollen power from their skin pores or their mouth as a form of translucent liquid dubbed as “Fugu Juice” that evaporates fairly quickly even when not exposed to heat, or inject it into a living body directly through their spiked hair, causing intense nerve pain until circulated out. To anyone, even the user, it leaves a residing scent similar to vinegar, evaporates in a veil of purple mist, but tastes like the Devil Fruit itself in contact with any taste nerves, making it a surprisingly useful distracting deterrent

Weaknesses

  • The more massive the user swells, the heavier and less flexible they’ll be and hinder their own mobility, requiring them to depressurize their body

  • If the environment is hotter than normal, their Fugu Juice can actually evaporate before hitting their targets even if the temperature isn’t liquid-boiling high

  • Standard Devil Fruit weaknesses apply

Techniques

Pumped Fist: User swells their arm and hairs into a muscular spiny fist to strike with immense force

Dong Tao Boots: User swells their legs to immense sizes to preform incredibly strong sweeps, leaps, and kicks at their opponents

Meaty Claws: User swells their thumbs and index fingers into powerful gripping digits to hold or break anything they clamp onto with intense rising pressure

Tretradon Parodia: User swells their hair follicles across their body into inflated spikes with their bloated mass, having a dangerous offense and defense with their spikes and sensory-disturbing Fugu Juice

Over-Bloat: User swells their entire body into a massive bubble-like state that lets them tank almost any physical attack by having it ripple as disperse against their expanded surface area, and possess an immense amount of tension and squishiness to even act as a defensive guard to falling debris or cannon-fire. They can also harden their rotund body with their swelled hair and roll around as a giant spiked boulder, crushing everything in their path

Fugu Fish-Tanker: User expels a mass amount of Fugu Juice from their body in a sweating fashion, having it overflow the surprising ground and evaporating into a sight and smell covering mist, like a hazardous oil spill covering the entire area

Fugu Bottle Rocket: User expels their Fugu Juice out of their mouth at intense pressure that can be utilized as a liquid cannon at their targets in sight or a means of rapid propulsion through the air backwards, although it is partly reliant on their gag reflex from constantly tasting the juice

Muscle Beach Wave: User swells one of their arms behind themselves to their highest capacity, then shift all the power into their other arm while striking them with the rapidly expanding pressure on impact, either crushing them or launching them incredible distances away
