I was unable to move in and attend school due to health issues so the room will be in pristine condition upon moving in. The apartment has the best gym out of all the apartments in Denton with a variety of equipment and a yoga studio and an incredibly scenic rooftop pool. Park Place Denton is a 5 minute walk to campus but there is a bus stop in front of the building if needed. The staff is very attentive and there are three elevators in the building.
