I submitted my application early in the day Friday and never received my email for my applicant portal. I was told that I was going to have to put documents in there in order for my application to be considered but they have not emailed me anything. So does anyone know how long it’s going to take? I really don’t want this to ruin my application.
Hi, I'm finishing up my materials for the EA applicant portal, but I was wondering if anyone knows the deadline (outside of the one for actually applying/sending in your application). Especially for financial related ones. Thank you!

Hello all! I am considering a transfer application for the fall of 2025, and want some student perspectives on if you think I’m competitive for the application process.
I’m a freshman at CSU studying Psychology with the hopes of becoming a counselor and possible a clinical psychologist.
GPA 4.18 Class rank 8 of 62 SAT 1220 (don’t plan on reporting) 7 AP courses, mostly history, and social sciences. 6 4’s and 1 3 2 concurrent enrollment college courses
I earned a prestigious full ride scholarship called Daniel’s Fund. CC is a partner school with DF so it would be a full ride guaranteed.
I was heavily involved in high school through several student government organizations, theater, knowledge bowl, and a few service things for my local church.
I have some strong references from both professors and high school teachers.
Writing is my strongest subject and so I think my essays will hopefully be strong. I can share them once finished if anyone is interested in reading them and providing feed back!
Just want some honest feedback and insight from admitted CC students. I didn’t even know about it until after enrolling here, and now that I do know about it, I think it would be a great place for me. Thanks for reading!

I live in Cali and was looking at this college because of family
I haven't heard anyone talking about this college 💀
Hey guys, Transfer student coming to CC this fall. As I am very excited to get to campus I cannot seem to get the proper accommodations through the access ability office. I have a lot of dietary restrictions and will not be alble to eat in the cafateria. I can’t eat out, and I could not eat at the cafateria of my old school who also used Bon Appetit. With this I obviously need my own kitchen to cook for myself but accommodations will not give it to me or excuse me of meal plans! I have sent to many emails all summer and sent every price of documentation I have. Does anyone have advice or also had issues with accommodations???
Hey fellow college students! I can relate when it comes to taking advantage of all the free stuff that's offered to students. I wanted to throw a little extra free stuff to you all. I'm a student at CCD in Denver Co and I'm offering free teeth cleanings at my school. 😊 They're totally free no B.S. or nothing to sign up for. I'm a student and we offer these free cleanings to other students, veterans, and seniors for free! Even if you know someone who isn't any of those things it's still only about $30 for a cleaning with x-rays, an exam, and fluoride (if you want it.) We also do deep cleanings so if its been awhile since you've seen a dentist this is an awesome opportunity. Or if you have periodontal disease and just need your routine cleaning. My school offers it all and I love helping people out with it. Totally judgment free, stress free, and we don't try and sell you anything. Oral health is crucial to your overall health! DM me and I'd love to get you scheduled! I need patients ASAP and I love what I do so come and see me! Also feel free to share this with your friends and family and other students! 😊 🪥🪥🦷
I am an incoming freshman to CC and some people keep talking about something called “The Hunt”. HUH?
i'll be at cc this fall and worry about taking stem classes on the block plan. how has it been for other students? do yall like it?
Hello! I am a junior in hs looking at CC. I am interested in a CS degree with a focus on AI. I have done quite a bit of personal research in AI, and I would like to continue researching through college. Does anyone have experience with the computer science program? Is it any good for AI? Can I continue my research here?
Thanks!
Incoming freshman here. I’m really excited for the block plan, but I was just wondering what it’s like from the student perspective on a day to day basis. How much of your day is spent studying and in class? How fast paced are the courses? What is the classroom setting like? Is there any advice you would give to an incoming student on how to succeed academically? I would really appreciate detailed responses, thanks!
can current students tell me the things they personally hate about cc or things they were shocked by?
i got transfers for cc and bu and have questions regarding the culture and social life there.
what do students do for fun usually? on the weekends is it frat parties, bars or..?
would you label a lot of the kids snobby? or that the cc lifestyle is expensive?
Hi! My Daughter is starting at Colorado College Fall of 2024. I’m hoping to find a family from Colorado Springs who has a student starting at CU Boulder who would be into swapping houses periodically. Let me know if anyone is interested!
Kind of a random question but i was just wondering if any of the big 3 halls have a reputation of being the party hall (between mathias, loomis, and south)
just trying to figure out which hall would be best for me. I already know i’m going to spend all my free time partying, so i def wanna get in the dorm that will give me most access to parties!
Hi! I am a pre-med transfer student that leaving a medium sized party school and looking for a more supportive, liberal arts education.
Colorado College: PROS: In Colorado!! Block Plan which could allow for easy study abroad opportunities, CONS: Not considered as prestigious as Wes
Wesleyan: PROS: Have family in CT and always dreamed of being east coast as a kid, prestigous and well ranked CONS: probably not as fun as Colorado College? Not sure what the pre-med experience is like at Wes. Have to apply to majors??
Colgate: one of my best friends goes here and I'm not really trying to follow her to a school. but also is a wonderful opportunity and a kind of a happy medium between the other two.
all these schools give off pretty similar vibes. lmk if you anyone has any insight!!
Anyone graduating or know anyone graduating that could spare a couple tickets? Happy to pay for them, we have a big family that’s looking to have just a couple more guests for the ceremony. It’s my understanding that we can do a transfer via Ticketmaster.
Thanks in advance and please DM me!
Cheers
The Colorado Pledge makes CC a possibility for us. I'm hoping to hear about what the experience of attending CC might be like for someone from a middle income family, who also holds other marginalized identities. How difficult might it be for them to find their people?
so i'm applying to transfer and was wondering what the block plan would look like if i took a science class with a lab requirement. any insight?
hi! i just got accepted into cc (yay!) as a winter start :) what's the general opinion of the program? is it hard to get into the swing of things once you're on campus? is trying to study abroad worth it? would people who've been through it recommend it? any information/opinions people can give would be greatly appreciated!
Just wanting to eat at Rastall or Benji’s but I’m not sure if I can get in without swiping a gold card
hi everyone! as i'm awaiting my cc decision i wanted to ask, how difficult is it being a stem major at cc? i want to major in bio and i understand all majors are hard to different degrees but i was worried about the school/life balance after hearing that stem majors have labs on top of their normal class hours. are these labs an extra 2-3 hours after the lunch break everyday? and is it difficult to be very involved in clubs considering the school workload? what are some ways you manage the workload / any advice?
The campus and school life look so nice!
