Help identifying cause of this glitch?

I have like 1,000 custom assets, and have been working on this Giga project map for a little under a year, have never had an graphical problems, but have this hedge network that seemingly randomly appeared and can’t be deleted, as well as this weird graphical glitch over it. Due to the amount of effort I’ve put into this map I want to take this seriously even if it’s just a minor graphics glitching that nothing more will come up.

Wondering if a mod exists or not. Arcologies/Megabuildings kind of deal. (Also posted to Cities: Skylines 2)

Kinda what it says on the tin, but I don't mean just a massive ploppable. I was wondering if there was a mod out there that added platform structures that could be built at different elevations (with pillar support and over each other)/rotations that you could then build roads on and zone. Anything like that, or is it possible?

Beyond that, would anyone want that? I don't have the still for it I don't think, but maybe someone might see this and run with it.

I posted the above to CitiesSkylines2 as well, but figured it'd fit in here better probably. It's early and I haven't had coffee yet lol.

need help finding residential zoning in the map editor please

trying to place specific residential buildings in the map editor. when i play the map, it says those buildings aren't zoned and are therefore condemned. is there any way to zone for those buildings in the map editor? trying to create a neat little (starting) high density soviet inspired neighborhood- without cheats or unlocks. i’ve looked so hard but can’t find it…

Mod request: Gas and Hotel Commercial Categories

Would it be possible to create categories in the commercial zoning that would make only hotels or only gas stations spawn in certain areas? Similar to how they did beach housing under residential, you'd have a tool for general low density commercial and a separate one for gas stations and a third for hotels? Would let you make focused tourism areas and you could specify gas stations for areas near highway interchanges, etc.

Help Creating a Buenos Aires Map

I'm looking for help creating a map of Buenos Aires, I would really appreciate if anyone can lend me a hand.

I'm really craving to play in a map of my home city, but I can't create a map since I use Nvidia GeForce Now and I have no way of uploading the height map files to the editor, since I can't access files on my computer from the virtual machine that runs the game. I was following this guide when I realised it wouldn't be possible.

If you're willing to help me out, please use these height maps. I extracted the data from https://terraining.ateliernonta.com. The map doesn't need to be detailed in any way, if you can help me creating it and just uploading the mod to the in-game mod workshop I can continue editing the map on my end.

You may notice I modified the map size so it included a part of the northern suburbs of Buenos Aires which I think is geographically interesting (Tigre, the entryway to the Parana Delta); I never created a map before, so please let me know if this won't work or if you'd like me to provide a map with a different size so it works better. I know that because of this the city won't be on a 1:1 scale, but Buenos Aires is huge anyways and I'm willing to take the compromise to include a geographically interesting region of the city.

Rest assured, I'm willing to help in any way I can.

Disaster based evil genius mod - will you meet their demands or take their punishment

Had an idea for an evil genius based mod that takes advantage of existing disasters and creates a few more.

Something like DJ Lodge is threatening to cause sound disruptions throughout the city unless you give him 10m or build at least 4 commercial lodges. Or the Slow Patrol who come out when the roads are in low quality and demand all the roads to green status or they’ll make city wide traffic a proper nightmare. Or Zap Bragnigan, a pompous space faring evil doer who soaks up incredible amounts of power from the grid unless you build a nuclear reactor for him. Dr Wine Crusher, a chaos based evil doer who just wants a wine store in the city and will randomly spread diseases throughout the city until there’s enough wine shops.

I can think up the punny names and what the evil doers do, but have no coding experience. If someone wants to work with me on this idea, then we could put together a fun new way of playing the game.

Copy and pasting

I used Move It in CS1 to copy and paste but the mod doesn't seem to have the feature to cut and paste in CS2 (unless I missed something). It'd be great if it did again. Tried to using CtrlC by jk142, but when I try to paste a creation (mostly talking about interchanges)... it's all warped and horribly messed up. Only mod I used to make my current interchanges was anarchy. No road, decal, or traffic mods are in play.

Is there a reliable copy and paste mod yet in CS2?

Mod to make every cargo truck deliver at 100% capacity?

Is it possible for someone to make a mod so that all of the cargo trucks delivering supplies to residential and commercial areas must be at 100% capacity? This should reduce the huge amounts of truck traffic entering the cities and choking the roads. Every time buildings are upgraded I get never ending waves of semis entering from the highways.

CS:2 River Flow Rates

Are you sick of rivers overflowing and flooding everything when you're making a new map? Use this guide to understand how rivers work in Cities Skylines 2.

For a stream source, you can use the following formula:

Flow = 0.057 × Area × Grade

For example, a river that's 20 meters deep, 100 meters wide, and flows at a 1% grade should have

Flow = 0.057 × 20 × 100 × 0.01 = 1.14

Custom angled buildings?

Seems like all vanilla buildings are more or less built for 90* intersections. Any good building asset mods that pair with plop the growables for building a more organic, non-grid city?

Large Map Mod for CS2?

I read an old thread about large maps with a size of 28km and 57km working and that the mod would be released on paradox mods. Is it out now? I’ve yet to see anything about it online.

Public transport stop with only embarking or disembarking

When building a public transport system I like to make a few longer (let's call them intercity lines) and a few local lines. In game though, this cases problems with passenger queuing up in masses for the intercity lines, even though they only riding one or two stops (thus served by local lines). In the real world (at least where I live) this is solved by not allowing disembarking on the first local stops, and not alowing embarking at the last local stop at the end oft the line.

Does there exist a mod that let's me recreate that in Cities skylines? I e allowing me to select if a public transit stop allows embarking, disembarking or both?

Custom Netlanes

I am making decals for custom airport and runways for CS2. I need to make some custom lane markers and love the way NetLanes works. Is there any way to make custom net lanes like there is for custom decals? I cannot find anyone to answer this on Discord

Smaller font size for district names

I'd really like a smaller font size for the district names. I know it's not possible to change it in the game atm so I thought I'd ask here. Would it be possible to create a mod that does this?

Map Makers - What do you typically set sea level as for your maps?

I'm making a map and trying to find the goldilocks zone that's not too shallow but not too deep either.

Also, it kind of bothers me that terrain height is not based on what the sea level of a map is... but that's a rant for another day.

Are there any district styles to a CS that look like CS 2?

Like DISTRICT STYLES exactly. I'm having a hard time trying to install different assets and combine them to my own district style.
What I mean by "look like CS 2" is generic buildings, that look pretty realistic and not so pretentious.
I really like the style of CS 2, but it's getting very boring to play, the exact opposite situation with the first game

Title. I’m thinking of finally moving to CS2 but i haven’t found the mods im looking for. Im talking about mods like pollution remover in CS1 where you could toggle each need from the options menu. Any good LOD or eyecandy mods would also be appreciated!

Backyard animations?

Would it be possible for house backyard animations to be coded? Something like bar-b-que parties or someone playing fetch with a dog or cims lounging around or pool parties. Something to give a little life to the city. Does someone already have a mod for this or is this possible to make?

Do 3U wide road mods exist?

One issue I'm running into both recreating real cities and creating my own is that the jump from 2U to 4U wide roads is massive. Assuming equal sidewalks you're going from 4 lanes to 8 lanes plus a significant central median. Does anyone make 3U road mods or do they just not work right in CS:1?

On a similar note, there doesn't seem to be anything available that would have both street parking and bike lanes, or street parking and side boulevard space. There is half a handful of stock and modded 4U roads which have both parking and a treed median, but that is it. Is this some sort of limitation of the game that you can't mix parking with certain other elements?
