I got an app notification to fill out a survey for a free sandwich. But the page is asking for a serial number. There is not one on the receipt. I also checked transaction history just in case, nothing there. How do I complete the survey?
Note to chicken fila-why not prefill this when I tap through?🤷♂️
I’ve missed out on so many free chicken sandwiches despite opening the app when i’m supposed to. Anyone know the reasons behind not being given the sandwich?
Has anyone else started to feel not necessarily sick but slightly ill after eating Chick-fil-A. I’ve noticed this these past few months that only the chicken, not fries, drinks, etc. just makes my stomach feel uneasy. I’ve checked at a number of different locations but it’s the same result everywhere. Didn’t know if anyone has had this experience
Anyone find they are allergic to icedream but not ice cream? Any idea what the ingredient they add could be causing this?

So recently I interviewed for Shift Lead. I was told that they will offer me Team Member with a 60-day evaluation period. How do ace this 60 days? I need some advice as I was never a shift lead before and I actually do want to become one. I am a 17 year old in high school. I still need to get trained on MASTERING bagging and doing all the closing tasks. Advice would greatly be appreciated 🙏
Can someone please tell me when the peppermint milkshake is coming this season? Last year it was around Veterans Day and I’ve been WAITING for this all year.
I know stateside they have them, but I can’t seem to find out if the Canadian locations have them or not
That is all
I love when Chick-fil-A makes them soft and goey. It’s so annoying when you get cookies towards the end of the day and they are hard and over baked
I have not been officially hired yet but I do have a second interview coming up. What should I expect if hired?
I freeze my crumbl cookies and like them a little frozen lol, was wondering how CFA freeze?
Hello,
For a back of house position, are non-slip shoes provided as part of a uniform or do I have to purchase my own? Also, do BOH of house employees need a belt? Thank you!
?
A neat piece of trivia: all of the food used in Chick-fil-A’s video/photo/digital ads is prepared exactly as if it were for a guest, and is used only while it is a safe serving temperature. No artificial makeup or tricks
How often do customers order the waffle potato chips? I don't like them, and I wish Chick-fil-A offered a pan of waffle fries instead of chips for catering or at least gave customers the option.
This may be a long shot, but does anyone happen to have photos of a (now-closed) CFA in the Dallas Galleria mall?
I was looking through the CFA website archive from April 18 1998, and one of the locations listed from Texas is the Dallas Galleria. However, when you look in the December 1998 archive, it's no longer there. So it must've closed in between those dates.
Just asking because I'm a huge nostalgia-head.
Hi I have an interview scheduled next week for the front house team member position at my local chick fil an and was wondering whether you guys have any advice on the interview process and hiring process. I would appreciate some pointers on what to say to really knock them off their seats and want me for the job. I would also like to know how the labor is there, Is it hard work? Is it heavy? I have restaurant experience but I do not have fast food experience (kinda the same thing). Also what are the perks of having this job (flexibility, discounts)? I would appreciate ANY advice.
Thank you :)
So I went to my local ChickFila and order a meal asked to have my fries extra crispy they looked at me like I was crazy the cashier had to get 2 managers for this question, I asked the manager and he told me “ Nope sorry we don’t can’t give you crispy fries” and walked away. If someone on here can help me is this true??? If not I will be going back and complaining.
I believe Chick-fil-A could benefit from adding a sweet breakfast item to the menu. French toast sticks or maybe a pancake or waffle as a bread option (similar to a McGriddle).
I also wish it was a standard across locations to be able to order a wrap with fried chicken. A few different soup flavors also wouldn’t hurt….What are your thoughts on something you think is “missing”?
When I order in the app, do you guys get ALL of the tip? Or is it split with other drivers? On average, how much do people typically tip per order?
I typically like to tip more if it snowed, but I’m wondering if you guys even get all of the tip or I should give cash instead.

I have gone twice in the beginning, and end of last month, to my local Chickfila, and ordered the Southwest Salad.
Both times the entire salad base is Arugula only. No lettuce, no mix, just all Arugula + the toppings.
The first time I thought maybe it was a lettuce shortage after I got home. I waited a month, went back, and it was the same. I used to get these salads all the time a few months ago, and the base was mostly lettuce, with a bit of springmix.
Is that how the salad is now? Or is there just a long shortage of greens?
What happened to the Chick fil a I once knew 😭 the chicken is so nasty now, it doesn’t hit the same like it used to. I couldn’t even finish a full sandwich the other day, the quality & taste just isn’t there. Is it just me? Or have you been noticing the fall off from chick fil a?
lol wtf is this????
I heard that when a new Chick-fil-A opens up in the US, the first 100 people there get free food for a year. I tried looking up if they did this in Canada as well, as they are opening one up in my city this week, but I never saw anything concrete. I was wondering if anyone tried this in any of the new Canadian locations, and if they got anything? I want to go, but I don't want to get up super early and freeze waiting in line on the first day if I'm not getting free food 💀
