Hey all!
So I know there's the courts here on HK Island with people playing Basketball, etc. Guess I'm a bit introverted to ask if I can join lols... and whenever I pass by the Southorn park or the courts along my bus route, I've just always wanted to go and ask...
Probably gonna get some roasts for this haha... Anyways I haven't played in ages but would like to get some practice and spend some days playing the sport. Anyone here who plays?
Hello,
I did a wire transfer to the suspect's account for my father from US to HK Bank. Few days later realized it's a scam and reached out to the banks and HK Police to dispute the wire transfers. HK Police reached back saying they were able to freeze a certain amount in the suspect's bank and i need to hire a lawyer to take civil action if i want the money back. Reached out to a couple of lawyers i found on google. only 1 of them replied and are asking to pay around 15k USD to even proceed. Is this also a scam? Can someone shed some light please

Hi! I've loved Chungking Express for a while and I consider the first half the best film ever made. And in that half, there is a scene where the blonde woman smokes a cigarette before doing some spoilery stuff, at around the 20th minute. What is the language that is being spoken on the radio and what is the song played? I've actually looked for a veeeery long time, but I never managed to find the answer. Thanks so much, HK jiayou! Fuck the CCP!
Hi guys. Where can I find good fruit at an affordable price?
I just moved into an apartment and nothing seem to work. The landlord and his team doesn't seem to really care as it's a company with over 300 properties and my apartment is probably one of the smaller ones. I want to move out but I don't want to lose my deposit. What is my options here? Can I report the company?
Hi guys. This one is for the locals. I recently came back to HK and discovered these small restaurants that sell $30 meals and give you like 1 meat and rice sometimes even veggies. Apparently it started during covid. What are they called in English and how do I see all their locations on google maps?
