I was not at fault but don’t have insurance as purchased vehicle brand new one month before the collision. The car will be assessed by the other persons insurance in a few weeks. Wondering whether their insurance would replace my car instead of repairing it based on age and damage.

Whose fault?

The car was a 2011 vw jetta, Tried doing head on with a cement wall going roughly 120mph as an attempt to escape an abusive relationship, but that’s a diff story, when I cranked the wheel I turned so hard I drove on two tires for about 50 ft, I narrowly missed a telephone pole, which if I hit I’m sure I would t be here to tell this story, I hit the curb on the driveway so hard it sent me airborne, I barely clipped the top of the 5ft cement wall from 150 ft away, it somehow bounced me higher in the air and I snapped the top half of a pine tree similar size to the others in the picture, and a flagpole larger than the others. Then about 150ft later I landed on my back passenger roof, and flipped several times across another driveway and then a cement base of a telephone pole. I look up and see my engine to my left ab 50 ft away on fire, and I was chewing on glass. 

What happened to me: I was too intoxicated when it happened to remember to keep my seatbelt off, which is why I’m still here.  I had an unimaginable bruise across my body from it, and my lungs were very severely bruised. When I hit the curb the force from impact traveled up through the gas pedal and shattered my calcaneus like glass. When I landed out of the air on my roof, I broke my spine in 7 spots, one vertebrae burst into 4 pieces and acted like a grenade in my back obliterating my spinal canal, and damaging my nerves right after the cauda equina, any higher I would’ve been paralyzed with no chance of recovery. When they pulled me out of the car I could feel my spine moving in 2 different directions. Had to re learn how to use the bathroom and walk, but walked without support for the first time 4 months later, was told I’d never get my right leg back.

 The doctor reconstructed my calcaneus with “the pieces big enough to put a screw through”, they considered cutting the foot off in fear it’d never re support my weight. They did a bone graft for the practically non existent vertebrae, ab 1/4th of my back is fused.

Hello, Yesterday I was driving down Miami’s Turnpike, Ronald Reagan Turnpike to Fort Myers, Florida, when my black sedan was sideswiped by a ten wheeler commercial truck. The truck driver merged lanes without checking his blindspots and unluckily I was in his right blindspot (I was in the right most lane and he was in the middle of a the three lane interstate).The trucks front right wheel collided with the left side of my car completely scratching and ripping the body’s metal surface from the driver side door to the back left bumper/fender and even scratching my rim. Is my car totaled? Any advice besides obvious contacting of insurance providers and etc? Any advice or help on what things to do next besides waiting for insurance companies responses would help a lot. Black 2023 Hyundai Elantra Base Model

Street Racing In Memphis Leads To Explosive Crash 

I was driving home from school and this guy had a trailer and he was pulling out so I tried to scoot over a little and ended up rolling my car at least 3 times.

Thoughts on this? Could this truck cause this damage on a Toyota 86 while driving past and not notice? 3rd picture taken of truck after being dropped off. No visible damage.

Who do you think is at fault? - Tesla was traveling near the speed limit. The Dodge driver pulled out onto the road taking up both lanes and then taking Tesla's lane just before impact. Tesla driver braked and swerved left to avoid the apartment complex or a worse impact with the Dodge.

I was immediately behind the black car here, somehow without a single scratch on me or my car through sheer luck or skill or something. 

Everyone seemed well enough. The driver of the silver car was still stuck when I was given the ok to leave, but they weren't rushing to get them out, so they must be at least not severely injured.

White car (Taxi driver, age unkown) had a stroke while driving

I was sitting at a red light when someone decided to blow through it, almost hit another car, and then swerved to hit mine instead.

It is a '22 Nissan leaf EV. I don't know cars well enough to know if it will be deemed totaled or if they will try to repair. The police report in insurance will take time to confirm next steps, and I'm trying to get a sense of if I should be looking at other cars.
