Following GreySkull LP Phraks for 4 weeks now. This is week 5 and definitely making strength gains. Had to take a break last week for a business trip.

I currently spin indoors so I know how to pedal for sure. π€£π€£ What else do I need to know? I'm shopping for a bike now so any tips on purchasing one would be great as well. I currently have a cruiser but I want to get soemthing like a mountain bike.
