I'm naturally quad dominant. And have never had a big booty. Even now, it's decent. Enough for me to not be insecure anymore. But not a DAMNNNNN she thicc kinda booty.
But I got that by lifting AND by gaining 30lbs over 3 years.
I would like to lose 15lbs through pilates, weights and running. How can I keep my glutes in the progress?

Good afternoon yโall.
I was tested positive on 11/20 with Covid (2nd time ๐ญ), and this bronchitis. I thought it wouldnโt hit me so bad since Iโve had it before, but I guess I was wrong. Iโve been trying to keep my asthma in check so I donโt feel worse also.
I just wanted to get advice on how to start feeling better. Iโve been taking the prescriptions given to me, and staying hydrated and I donโt feel a change. Even getting out of bed hurts.๐
