Do we all agree that Kamala Harris never owned a Glock? Or at the very least had only bought one during her campaign so she could say she owned one? Did anyone ever follow up on this?

not only prove them wrong but also show the antisemitism in this accusations
Ben Shapiro should be his defense attorney and we need not only face the charges but set the standards under which all world leaders must be judged I wonder if the leaders of the tow accusing nations can stand the standard demanded of Israel.
And Israel should issue an arrest warrant against all ICC members and many UN members starting with Gutierrez and finishing with Francesca Albanese then judge them with the standard they set to judge Israel
What do you think about Ben replacing Marco Rubio in Florida? Ron DeSantis is a solid governor and I'm sure the thought has occurred to him already. Ben has a good understanding of our history and has good priorities. A senator without scandals would be cool.
"America isn't great because America is powerful. America is powerful because America is great." Ben Shapiro

The narrative that Matt Walsh is laying out here is that the service worker is a slave of the customer, and the service worker is working for the customer in order to acquire tips.
This is a fair narrative. I'm not upset by it. But, I'll present a different narrative:
The service worker in fast food (unlike in restaurants) do not work for tips. They rarely ever obtain tips and they don't expect tips either. This is a good system. Unlike the restaurant worker, which is certainly a slave to the customer, albeit a highly paid one, the fast food worker works under a different model.
Both the restaurant worker and the fast food worker are entrepreneurs, in a sense. They are in the business of selling labor, or selling their body. It is a different form of prostitution. In prostitution, the body is moved in certain ways in order to please the customer and satisfy the customer's needs. The body of the service worker is also moved in service of the reorientation and locomotion of commodities, particularly food. The acquisition of food is the source of the customer's satisfaction, rather than sexual intercourse.
Here is the key difference between the prostitute or restaurant worker which work for tips compared to the fast food worker: The tip worker serves multiple masters, the tip worker serves the business with which the tip worker has a contract, such as OnlyFans, or the pimp, or Chili's restaurant franchise, and the tip worker also serves the master of the customer. It has two sources of income.
Meanwhile, the fast food service worker only respects its contract with business. It does not work for tips, nor does it anticipate tips. It is not the fast food worker that serves the customer, it is instead the business that serves the customer, the worker is simply a tool in that process of service. But, it is important to understand that the business is serving the customer, not the worker.
It is in the interest of the business to maintain its customer base. Consequently, it is in the interest of the business to maintain good service worker tools. It does so through selective hiring and firing.
The business in this case is kind of like an AI machine. No individual human controls the business. Instead, you could say that the business controls the humans that reside within its body. The humans laborers, including the CEOs and the board, labor in order to maintain job security within the business. In order to maintain that job security the business must live. The business has an interest in its own survival, and this is represented through decentralized interests of the cells (the humans) within its body.
If the service worker tool is not performing well, then the business should jettison that tool and replace it with a better tool that can serve the business's customers better.
Suppose that the tool cannot find a position in any business due to its faultiness, there is now a dilemma. The tool has to maintain itself through time. Given that it no longer has the means to maintain itself, the tool should have an interest in purchasing MAID (Medical Assistance in Dying) in the free market by freely consuming the services of a MAID business.
The tool is not free to be born, it is forced to be born into the economy by its father. It does not owe its continued existence.
Introduction
In this episode of the Ben Shapiro Show, the host delves into the political landscape in the wake of the 2024 elections, providing critical commentary on the Democratic Party's struggles and the ongoing influence of Donald Trump. Shapiro, a prominent conservative political commentator and author, has developed a reputation for his incisive analysis and persuasive arguments on current events. He discussed various political dynamics, focusing particularly on the repercussions of recent electoral results and the shifting sentiments regarding leadership in both major parties. While the episode includes no specific guests, Shapiro often draws on a wealth of data and external discussions, such as clips from other political commentators, to substantiate his points.
Key Insights and Notable Discussions
The podcast sharply critiques President Joe Biden's engagement with the media, or lack thereof, particularly regarding the consequences of his presidency as it relates to the recent electoral setbacks for the Democrats. Shapiro highlights Biden's reluctance to communicate effectively with the press, showcasing his absence during critical moments, such as his birthday celebrations, as emblematic of deeper issues within the Democratic lineup.
A significant portion of the episode revolves around the internal discord within the Democratic Party. Shapiro highlights a heated exchange between Cenk Uygur of The Young Turks and political historian Alan Lichtman, illustrating the Democrats' failure to come to terms with their electoral losses. Their argument serves to underline the struggle within the party to accurately assess their missteps and avoid repeating them.
The episode also points to the changing dynamics of Trump's political influence, likening him to "the Batman" of American politics, portraying him as a figure of vengeance for the common people against a detached elite. Shapiro argues that this narrative resonates with many voters who feel alienated by what they perceive as the technocratic governance style dominating today’s political discourse.
Controversial topics arise as Shapiro discusses the ongoing debates around gender identity politics within Congress, specifically concerning Representative Sarah McBride. This ignited a contentious dialogue about bathroom policies, with Representative Nancy Mace emphatically asserting her stance that biological sex should dictate restroom access. This debate exemplifies a larger national discourse on gender identity that has become a polarizing issue.
Supporting Data
Several key statistics and insights pepper Shapiro's commentary. He cites a poll by Echelon Insights revealing a 54% approval rating for Donald Trump's transition team, indicating that a considerable number of Americans still support Trump's policies despite the turbulence surrounding his presidency. Additionally, Trump’s approach to the economy, with an emphasis on leveraging tariffs against China, is discussed alongside broader concerns about geopolitical strategies and trade relationships.
Notable Quotes
Shapiro encapsulates the sentiments of many conservatives and critiques leftist ideologies with sharp rhetoric. For instance, he notes, "When you decide to destroy the center of gravity, the norm has been destroyed in the name of the fringe," emphasizing the consequences of progressive policies on American society. Another poignant moment is when he discusses Trump’s approach to governance, stating, "What works is what works," underscoring Trump’s pragmatic economic policies that disregard strict ideology in favor of actionable results.
Books, Resources, and Additional Materials
While the episode does not specifically mention external materials or literature, it provides a robust commentary on figures such as Jay Bhattacharya and Robert F. Kennedy Jr., both of whom have emerged as faction leaders challenging the establishment perspectives on COVID-19 policies and public health.
Practical Takeaways and Conclusions
The podcast offers several actionable insights, focusing primarily on how listeners can better understand the current political climate. Shapiro encourages a critical view toward mainstream media narratives and urges individuals to engage in discussions that challenge prevailing ideologies. He suggests that understanding events through the lenses of economic pragmatism and national integrity can empower listeners amid political uncertainty.
As the show concludes, the underlying message resonates: the political backlash spurred by recent events may signal a re-emergence of conservative principles centered around the interests and identities of the American populace. Shapiro posits that the incoming Trump administration, should it materialize, may herald significant shifts, particularly in foreign policy as it pertains to relationships with adversarial nations like China, reinforcing the idea that the call for decisive leadership in times of change is more relevant than ever.

I’m fairly left-leaning and there are stances that Ben has that I definitely wouldn’t agree with. For example, I’m pro-choice and I typically refer to trans people by their chosen pronouns.
I’m not all that familiar with his stuff and his opinions, but when I caught him on Jubilee’s “Surrounded” series, I was like, “This is a good person.”
The country’s leftists are in an odd place where anyone that doesn’t agree with you is suddenly the worst and doesn’t deserve a place to express their opinions. But, Ben made valid points during his Jubilee appearance and it got me to check out his YouTube channel. 🤷♂️
I’m still sad about Harris losing and am wary of a second Trump term, but something about Ben’s endorsement makes me somewhat reassured.
(I really don’t know all his political opinions though, so perhaps his infamous reputation is earned.)

Can someone who knows more than me explain exactly what happened between Ben and Candance? I know it had to do with (at least partly) the Israel Hamas conflict with Ben obviously being pro-Israel. What exactly did Candance say about it? Was there anything else she said that led to the falling out? Thanks!
The fact Ben Shapiro, gave Tom McDonald his first billboard top sold song, shoulda been a litmus test. Most Ben’s listeners don’t listen to rap, most Tom’s, don’t listen to Ben. The fact they made a fun song, together, and it did so well, shoulda been an eye into how the country was going.
I'd love to get Ben's take on who the Trump administration should prosecute for corruption (looking at you Garland, Majorkas and the Big Guy) and who should be allowed to skate to bring the country back together.
Can Trump pardon himself after he is sworn in?

I know this isn’t exactly a Shapiro specific post, but how the hell are we still waiting on results from Nevada and Arizona. Like, I know it doesn’t matter at this point for President, but it’s fucking crazy to me that it takes more than a day to count those states. I guess this goes for every state that we are still waiting on for house and senate results. It’s insane.
I really don’t understand why she lost. It’s really a mystery to me. Ad starts at 6:55. This is one of the weirdest political ads I’ve ever seen.
