Hey this game looks super cool and I’d love to play it as on Xbox it says I can through cloud gaming. Though when I select it it tells me it is not available through Cloud gaming? Is there a way to fix this or am I stuck without this game?
Although I enjoy Power Rangers: Battle For The Grid, I would have liked to see some more in terms of the roster. I know, it seems like it's one of those "why couldn't we have this character?" posts, and obviously it'd be impossible to include every single character listed here, but this is just who I would have liked to see. I wanted to try to represent every season and include a few crossovers.
Mighty Morphin:
I think Mighty Morphin's roster in the game is solid. However, I would replace the cenozoic blue ranger with Billy and give Trini a skin without Dragon Slayer armor and possibly give the Mastadon sentry a normal MMPR Black Skin. Furthermore, while Ranger Slayer already has an alternate skin, I would give her one more: The Pink Solar Ranger. This is the only season I would include the whole roster of rangers.
Alien Rangers:
My goal is to try not to shove Red Rangers in people's faces, so instead of Aurico, we would get the following characters:
Zeo:
In addition to Trey of Triforia, I would include Tanya Sloan and give her an additional skin of the Yellow Solar Ranger.
Turbo:
We'd only get one ranger from this season. Originally I wanted to use Justin, but I found a better choice: The Phantom Ranger.
In Space:
Lost Galaxy:
In addition to Magna Defender (although I'd add a black solar ranger skin), I would include Karone as the Pink Galaxy Ranger.
Lightspeed Rescue:
Time Force:
To be honest, I think this season is good as is.
Wild Force:
Ninja Storm:
Dino Thunder:
SPD:
In addition to SPD Shadow Ranger and SPD Kat Ranger, I would include Sky as the SPD Dekaranger, but I'd also give him a normal blue ranger skin.
Mystic Force:
In addition to Udonna, I would add Leanbow. Since there are two alternate colors for the main suit, one can be purple and the other can be red. His alternate skin would be his ancient mystic mode.
Operation Overdrive:
Jungle Fury:
Is good as is.
RPM:
Samurai:
In addition to Lauren, I would include Deker and Antonio.
Megaforce/Super Megaforce:
In addition to Gia, I would include Vrak and Robo Knight.
Dino Charge/Super Charge
In addition to Poisandra, I would include Heckyl in his Dino Charge Dark Ranger Form with a skin based on, you guessed it, Blue Solar Ranger.
Ninja Steel/Super Ninja Steel
Beast Morphers
Dino Fury/Cosmic Fury
(Note: They have their dino fury and cosmic fury skins)
Crossovers:
If Street Fighter can cross over with Power Rangers, I don't see why we can't have a few more?
In my opinion the roaster sucks I mean most of the shows don't even have a character and I am just shocked that we got fucking Adam park as a mighty morphin ninja ranger before a in space or RPM Character
I added:
MMPR Blue MMPR Black MMPR Yellow
(Like come on, you needed those three)
Andros (In Space Red) Serrator (Super Samurai) Trent (Dino Thunder White) Antonio (Samurai Gold)
If the game launched with this roster (practically the same but I added 3 of my favorites), 24 characters would have been amazing to have at launch.
Hello, I watched the Power Ranger series in the mid-2000s. I saw this game and got excited seeing it but I never played any fighting games before. Is it beginner-friendly for new players who never played fighting games before.
I asked before and found out the Xbox version has desync and some other odd issues, so I've narrowed my choices down to Switch and PC at this point. Switch is currently on sale and I have some expiring Nintendo gold coins, though I'm curious if there's any real benefit besides faster loading on PC that could coerce me into waiting for it to go on sale again on Steam or elsewhere.
I was playing one day and got to like lvl 1020 when after a match my game crashed and when I jumped back in my level was reset. My banners were all locked or gone and I can’t log in to Nwayplay now. Had that hastened to anyone else?
What's your experience playing this game online in 2024? Only toxic players remain? Only pros? Takes long to find a match?
Do you think this game could/will/should get some sort of sequel now that it's been dormant for so long? I certainly think it wouldn't hurt them to start over from a new base and cut out a few of the characters from less well regarded seasons (Megaforce and Samurai, probably even Cenozoic Blue) as well as the few characters specific to Shattered Grid (Dragon Armor and Mastadon Sentry) and start over, filling in the new gaps. I have a bias towards the Mighty Morphin seasosns, so I'd love to see the rest of the OG Mighty Morphin crew, Ivan Ooze, Ninjor, and the Masked Rider. Heck, even Bulk and Skull as the Purple and Orange Rangers and Eltarian Warrior Zordon like in the comics. But I'm not opposed to other characters from other seasons, I'm just less familiar with them. I know the White Dino Thunder ranger seemed like a big request. Zen-Aku from Wild Force. Maybe some stuff from "In Space" and "Ninja Storm". It's interesting to me that RPM has a stage but no characters so that should probably be rectified in a sequel. IDK. Just spitballing.
Of course the other idea I have for a follow up is not quite a direct Power Rangers focused endeavor, but one which crosses over the brand with TMNT. Thanks to the two crossover comics and both series long histories, there's plenty to work with in making a fighting game crossover between the two. Though I think, for story simplicity, that project would have to limit itself to Mighty Morphin characters on the PR side. Which is fine. The two projects would exist for different reasons.
Either way, I think a follow up of some kind should happen. But what do you think?
This is my version of Ryu’s TOD. Hope you guys enjoy and may the power protect you.
Hey guys just got this game, the Super Edition, got a used copy on Ebay, for Nintendo Switch.
I am unable to play online, I am connected to my Nintendo Online network for sure, but when I try to play online the game says
"Your account does not have online game accessibility"
I see something about a "nWayPlay" , which I attempted to make an account for and such, but I'm confused if I really had to do that or not ?
Pressing "ZR" on main menu brings up a little sub menu that seems online connectivity related, I press "X" to Log In, and I get the same message
""Your account does not have online game accessibility" "
What am I doing wrong ? How do I play online (in any mode) on Nintendo Switch ?
Thanks guys !
Lmk what you guys think also leave a like and subscribe
How active is the game on switch and how long does it take to find a match on switch. I'm from the UK if that helps
I'm a long time BTFG player from europe but i've been traveling across asia for the past year and a half. I play a lot of other fighting games as well so when i got to vietname and got into their FGC discord i was told that BTFG was region locked in Vietnam.
With a game that uses p2p connections for online play and has crossplay enabled for any console, why would it be region locked? Are there legal issues with Power Rangers in some countries?
