Levelling the field: Generating basic income from high-frequency trading

when put in a nutshell, one stream of cash to fund a universal basic income is finance transaction taxation - what if anyone could participate in high-frequency trading, thus generating a constant source of revenue?

I mean, it doesn't make things better, it's just "the big guys are doing it, why can't we?"

Does Jürgen Habermas support basic income?

I'm looking for text where Habermas explicitly discusses basic income. I've looked up a few things in english, without any specific support to UBI. Could you please hep me search into other languages (german in particular)? Thanks
