It's very frustrating that one of the core elements of city/industry design is missing from the game that is ground preparation, as well as bridge-building which existed in Anno 2070.
By modifying terrain I mean removing annoying rocks from the tundra region and flattening the ice shelf bumps which prevent building on and so on.
Where do you go to fight this?
I want to increase the range of service buildings in all sectors for the sake of beauty building, also if there is a way to alter the radius of heating structures in the arctic that would be great
Thanks for any help it could be a mod or a cheat or whatever!
How to earn money? I´m losing them.
Hello people,
I couldn't find an answer elswere so I'm asking directly here. I'm trying to find out which game can run on my laptop and which cannot, and Anno 2205 is a weird one. When I am launching the game, either from Steam or Ubisoft Connect, the intro cinematic sound run on a black screen, but that's not a problem as I can skip it by pressing escape. But then I arrive on the intro screen (here above), but with no UI at all to click. I do not think it is a performance issue, as the animation with the space vessel works and my mouse can be moves fluidily. I just get stuck on this screen. Does anybody knows what I could do about it? I''m getting sick of trying every combinaison on my keyboard that could make the UI reappeard :D
Thanks!
hey there , is anybody playing new huge mod for anno2205 new frontier
i am kinda stuck with space station moduls and how to make most optimal if anybody have some some pic or guides, how to build it. it would be very helpfuel
Sorry if this has been asked already. I saw a couple threads that sound like they had a similar problem, but they didn't go into detail, or get responses.
I have a temperate sector with a large population, and with services provided by Corporate HQs. I click on every single residential building to check that they are all "Fully Satisfied." While in the strategy map, I load a different sector, and then load the original sector. Now there is a warning icon next to the original sector with a message saying all 4 city services are at 0%.
When I re-enter the sector, and then look in the strategy map, the warning icon disappear. I click on every single residential building. All of them have solid green bars on every need in every tier of employees, even for services. But a significant number of residential buildings are reduced to "highly satisfied" yellow bars, even though every need is still solid green. The population and income in those buildings slowly fall to about 80%, but the total population and income does not change.
If I plop down a service building nearby (any tier, and I can immediately delete it afterwards), suddenly all of those residential buildings are back to "Fully Satisfied." The population and income for those buildings slowly climb back to 100%, and again the total population and income does not change.
I tried placing more services all over the place, rearranging residential buildings to make room. The % fulfillment in the strategy map warning icon will go up. I keep doing this until the total services shown at the bottom of the screen during placement can only increase by exactly 10 points, instead of >10. Now the warning icon in the strategy map does not reappear anymore when I load a different sector, then load the original sector. But total population remains the same, and my expenses has increased from all the extra service buildings.
Is this a graphical glitch, with no actual consequence to population and income?
So I am playing on veteran diff and just built a fully moduled headquarter. I am very disappointed because it is ultra expensive (around 28k maintenance cost) and I even have to build another football stadium and 2 extra metros because it can't even supply the need for my investors. I am currently thinking of removing it because of the massive cost and the uselessness. What are your opinions about it?
Hi everyone
I have finished Anno 2205 many times already, and I’d like to play with some mods (New Frontiers for example).
It says to install the mod into Anno 2205 folder in Documents, and here’s the thing - I don’t have that folder anywhere on my PC.
What do I do to play with mods?
Purchased game through Ubisoft client if it’s necessary to know
p.s English is not my native language so sorry for mistakes
I'm in the mission 32 and to unlock Mars it says that i need 3 corporate shares and i have 0, but it doen't say of which corporation are those shares.
Just a reminder: If you want to get the achievement then play on 22th of may which is tomorrow.
Does anybody know if the Anno 2205 World Markets and council are still functioning now in 2024?
Network Status and Ubisoft club are both connected, but both the world market and Council say "Connection not established".
Ive done a bit of googling around and couldnt find much info - steam forums mentioned a bug from way back but apparently that was fixed. Looking at Ubisofts network status suggests its fine too, but no matter what I try the world market just doesnt work.
Any help or advice would be great
Hey all. I have looked all over the internet and I can not find a good answer on this questions. I have tried running the numbers myself however I am terrible at keeping up with all the little costs so i am coming here for help.
Is it better to produce Vitamin Drinks locally In Walbruck Basin OR is it better to produce them in the Vanha Plains.
I am considering making my colony bigger by eliminating all fruit farms and juice processers in the Walbruck. To still meet the need I am considering only running juice production in the Plains. However the math on this subject is where i get super lost. Between the two using different resources, the import/export costs, vs the potential additional workforce created space, and so on. If someone already has an answer or if someone could generally break down the math for me I would really appreciate it. I have also added a poll for a quick answer style if some people have general opinions on it but a detailed explanation would be best. Thanks!
How much revenue is recommended before I go to the Moon?
At the moment I only own 3 sectors (including one artic sector).
Should I be aiming for around 100K+ as from what I heard the Moon is expensive and can get you bankrupt if not careful.
Is the Orbital Station a necessity or its more of a luxual investment?
This is my current setup.
I've been doing some reading and that moving to Artic is expensive and can potentially make you run out of money really quickly. With that being said I decided to build up and expand my own Sector first.
With these stats alone, is this acceptable to move to the artic sector or am I missing something beyond these figures?

I'm playing after a very long time on peaceful veteran, with all settings on most difficult without calamities and invasions. That means consumption of goods on max, and income sparse - because as you know you can't get veteran otherwise without having to deal with the interruptions.
However this implies that investors out of the box are never profitable to satisfy. If you can get the last few goods from the market for cheap price you surely can, momentarily - and that's here the challenege.
Is there a particular layout for the station to change this? I'm thinking austerity and some other perks that change revenue and consumption, over the traditional choices for the easier economies. And for sure the tundra stuff on high end expensive goods do wonders.
What i'm wondering is, can i now remove my space ports or are they still used for something?
Hi anyone knows if there is a way to use the rewards on steam i have them unlocked but cant use them
