I used the French knot technique to add ornaments because according to my children, he was “boring” without them 🙃
Where would I find the very long yarn needles for sewing parts of amigurumintogather? Are these upholstery needles? My small needles aren't cutting it for my big projects.
As the title suggests, I’m looking for fast fantasy amigurumi patterns. Have a couple of adult brothers who will be at Christmas this year, and they are very much into fantasy things (as am I, but I digress lol). I’m running out of time and rushing to get the other presents I have in the works done too, so the faster the better 😅 doesn’t have to be a free pattern, but it doesn’t hurt either. TIA!
Pattern: The Desk Goose by The Chaotic Strawberry (I opted to go without the stand and make him into a plushie! With a scarf! His name is Franklin)
I am not at all skilled enough to “improv” from a full toothless pattern lol. But I want to make a little keychain of just Toothless’s tail for my brother for Christmas. Does anyone know of a pattern out there for this? I know it’s a bit specific, and a reach. If anyone has any advice on how to just make the tail from a full toothless pattern, that would be great as well. I would prefer for it to be able to lay flat.
Started and finished this lil guy today. I loosely followed the medium sized one from this pattern: https://www.cutiepiecrochet.com/post/mushroom-trio-pattern#google_vignette
I'm mostly just trying to use yarn I already have so my yarns were two different sizes and I had to play around with the pattern to make it works. It was a great learning experience! About the title, I've made little amigurumi stress balls before, but this one is my first real finished product that isn't just learning how to get into it. I'm probably gonna add a cute face to it. This will be a Christmas gift for a family member who loves mushrooms😊 I'm really happy with how it came out!
I used the sweet softies pattern but modified the feet/hands and colors: https://www.sweetsofties.com/2020/06/woodland-leaf-fairy.html?m=1
Had to put a pause in this project until I got more polyfil because I ran out and had just enough to finish the body piece but I love it so much
I have already made a bear, snowman rabbit and reindeer. What else should I make?
Looking for the codes for the Advent calendar items throughout the month
Do you think I can still use them for keyring Xmas presents or should I re-do all the skirts?
