How to prevent paint from chipping off due to rubbing parts?

Hello, I'm painting a custom 30 minutes mission acerby (not gundam, but close enough), and I'm having troubles with paint comming off do to pieces being too tigh, or parts being in contact, like here on the knee. I stripped down the paint and sanded that off, but for other parts I can't remove material to prevent contact (like the connection in the middle and lower torso parts). What can I do in those cases?

I only have access to acrylic paints and varnishes, so no enamels/laquers, at best, I have tamiya acrylics, if using some resistant paint/varnish is the solution.

Tried replacing the varnish the with springs

Somehow lost the varnish tubes and decided to use some spare springs I had. Like the effect and like the spring sounds when bending the ankle. I got the idea from the pg since it uses springs in those areas

How do I remove stains in my figure?

I tried to clean up the visible stains, but it seemed that they could not be removed from the kit. It's like you can see the circular stain or smudge after rubbing it with alcohol. I used the Gundam marker pour type to do my panel lining.

Anyone has any advise as to how I could remove the stains?

panel line bleeding...

Could anyone please let me know the cause of panel line bleeding?

I used this topcoat and this marker to panel line...

  1. I think I could fix this by using alcohol rubs, correct?

  2. I guess I apply too much topcoat for this to happen ( as only some places have this issue), is that right?

Looking for ideas for elongated neck

Trying to do a kitbash modelled after Ridley from the Metroid series but I'm drawing a blank on how to model the elongated, flexible neck that he normally has, and also the pterodactyl/dragonlke head.

Any recommendations on what parts i can use? i have a few Zoids Neblox models but i'm trying to keep it to gunpla or 30mm for compatibility's sake, alternatively if there are tutorials on how to make my own elongated neck using wire, that's welcome too

Kit bash thought.

Since the HG Ez8 is notionally in scale with the RG RX-78, could you wrangle the armor from the HG kit onto the RG?

I know it would take some surgery and glue, but it's it a totally bonkers idea?
