There was a handful of dance music in the 90s, so I will anticipate some repeat posts here, as I am lenient about repeat posts on Reddit, but you also have the option of simply posting different versions of songs that are otherwise repeats.

I feel like they're underrated artists who not many people have listened to or mentioned a lot
I'm looking for a house hit from late 90's or early 00's that had an animated music video containing a walking dog with a hat, if I remember correctly.
The beat has a repetitive melody played by a saxophone, or other brass instrument.
This person has the same song in mind and is also looking:
"Was the video fairly crude and slightly trippy with the dog like a taller version of This Is Fine crossed with Keith Haring stick men? He was running about a city and the animation looped quite often.
I don't think it's French House and I think it's earlier than 2000, maybe even 96 or 97, possibly called "Dance It" or similar and uses the same or very similar sample to Patrick 122, listen here 2min 40 seconds in. https://youtu.be/ZKpoQpofREc?si=IxvxbPvlGKRdw9RU"
Hopefully someone here has an answer!
Thank you for the help in advance!
