Hello! I was an elementary student in the 1980's. I've been looking around to find some of the computer games we used to have during our lab time, which was pretty rare then. I can remember playing Carmen Sandiego, Math Blasters, Number Muncher, and then later...Time Raiders in American History and Mavis Beacon.
There is one game that has me baffled. I have no title unfortunately. Here's what I can tell you.
It is 1st person perspective scavenger hunt between rooms and a few buildings while trying to avoid a Dragon that would pop in from the side and give you a game over if you made the wrong move. The dragon seemed to pop up randomly (at least, that's what it seemed like in 4th grade). I can also tell you that the game was on a 5.25 floppy disk and the monitor was a monochrome green and black.
Thanks for taking the time to at least read it. It's driving me crazy. It seemed like a game that could be "beaten" and I never did.
I recently picked up a Tandy 1000 XS, it came with a mouse but it was missing the steel ball. Having a hard time finding the keywords to search for a replacement. All my results get me regular plastics mouse balls or balls for the board game mouse trap. I’m assuming a regular plastic ball wouldn’t work.
